What a great find. Lovely and peaceful apartment with every amenity you can imagine. Heather is so kind and made us feel so welcome. Super comfy bed was a plus!

We really enjoyed staying at this place, we actually had stayed here before Shannon was the host here, and she’s only improved it. The place is exactly as described in a great central downtown location. Everything is well appointed in the kitchen, and the value for money felt great. I went with my two kids and would gladly go again.

We’ve stayed in a dozen AirBnB’s in Wilmington and this is by far the best! The location can’t be beat. It was a 30-second walk to the Village Roost! Jennifer and the team at Ratu’s were so nice and welcoming. The apartment was pristine, the beds were so comfortable, and the deck/patio overlooking the river gave it such a peaceful vibe.

We had a great stay! Downtown Brattleboro area was a very easy walk. Lots of great restaurants, book stores, and hiking trails walking distance away. The bedroom and porch were cozy and filled with sunlight. I have already recommended this airbnb to friends and family.

Neat little place as advertised recently remodeled. America flatbread and valley Saloon both outstanding and walking distance. Shower was super cool!

Great place for a quick one night get away to Winsted to meet family. Very clean and cozy and a short walk to the downtown shops and Mario’s restaurant for dinner. Alan and Karen provided some snacks and had a great assortment of teas and coffees which was a nice, welcoming touch. A great option to stay at considering the lack of hotels in this area. Thank you Alan and Karen for providing a smooth and seamless experience!

Stayed here for a quick wedding weekend. We adored the style/decor in the home, and appreciated that it was cosy and private - perfect for a couple taking a weekend away. There are fun places to eat nearby and the surrounding town is gorgeous. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a great time in Northampton and enjoyed the convenient location of the apartment. The space is comfortable, cozy, and clean with attractive decor. The neighborhood is safe and walkable, with a variety of fantastic options for dining and shopping nearby. Some of our favorite spots include Hungry Ghost Bakery, Iconica, Thorne’s Marketplace, and Smith Museum of Art. We recommend The Roost for coffee & breakfast - the savory waffle is delicious!

Jennifer's space is beautifully and seasonally decorated, including fresh flowers in the bedroom. She lives on site, and it is clear she takes very good care of the space. We were able to easily cook the Thanksgiving dinner we brought. Everything was very clean and the bed was comfortable. There was a nice size yard (not enclosed by a fence, but large and private) for our small dog, and I expect the gardens are beautiful in the warm weather (quite dormant in November). We will look to come back here next time we visit Mass MoCA.

Lovely place to stay. Best with a car and relatively easy to access on foot to downtown Amherst. Uber was easy to use. Highly recommend as it was warm, pleasant, and low key to enjoy and appreciate!

Perfect stay! Everything was just as described, the apartment was spotlessly cleaned and well equipped, and it was a quiet, peaceful, and very comfortable stay during a snowy early-winter week. Mary and Lance are great hosts - thank you!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Tibet House. Gretchen was a great host, and we'd love to come back at some point in soon! Tibet House is exactly as pictured - charming, clean, welcoming. It's three main rooms, including a spacious master bedroom with a meditation area. The kitchen is nicely stocked with teas and coffees, and had everything we needed - even a pair of scissors. Very walkable to downtown Northampton's shops, restaurants and bars. The rail trail for walking is right nearby. And for parents looking to visit students at Smith College, you're literally a block away. All in all, very enjoyable and just the type of place we were hoping to find. Thank you!

Had an awesome stay at Andrew's place- super clean & spacious unit, charming common spaces, and very walkable. Andrew was highly accommodating and helpful. Would definitely stay again!

We had a wonderful, peaceful stay. It snowed and turned into a magical winter wonderland. The towns in the surrounding area had lots of unique shopping and restaurants. Colin’s place was quiet and we especially enjoyed the fireplace and the best sleep ever. Thank you, Colin!

This is our second time staying at Francois’ place and we couldn’t have been happier — everything is just perfect. If you’re contemplating between this and another place in the Hancock, MA area — trust me when I say to pick this one!

Great location, near many Berkshires attractions. The hot tub and pool were great! Welcoming gifts of snacks and wine were much appreciated.

Large place, perfectly located for easy access to UMass Amherst, Amherst itself and the surrounding towns. Comfortable bed, spacious bathroom and full kitchen. Lindsey was very proactive in her communication and flexible with check-in and check-out times. She responded immediately when I needed help on something when we were there. Great find. I definitely recommend Lindsey's place if you're visiting Amherst.
