I was so grateful to have a quiet place for me and my kids to land after a long day. I felt safe and relaxed. The hot tub was a huge hit for my kids. We will be booking again.

This was a perfect place for our family to stay! The kids loved skating, hot-tubbing, the digital game board, and the soft cozy beds to snuggle up in. The local sourdough bread and artesian coffee provided was an extra nice touch! I hope we find another excuse soon to rent this house again! Shuree was a great host!

Eelurra’s house was exactly as described and was the perfect retreat for our family. The open concept living room/kitchen/dining room allowed all of us to gather and cook and laugh and watch tv while the bedrooms were spaced out enough for everyone to have privacy as well. The location was peaceful and quiet but also within 10-15 minutes of a grocery store, coffee shop and restaurants. We were in Alaska to attend a memorial service at Big Lake and Eelurra was the perfect host and even adjusted our check-in time so we could arrive earlier in the day if necessary. We did have a small issue with the exhaust fan over the stove and Eelurra immediately sent her husband over to troubleshoot and the issue was resolved quickly. Honestly, this was one of the best airbnb experiences I’ve ever had and I would 100% stay at the house again (and recommend it to friends) We didn’t get to see any Northern Lights during our stay but, with the clear skies and no city lights, the stars were perfect.

Beautiful apartment in a beautiful location close to the ski resort. Also a great home base to all activities near Anchorage north to Palmer, south to Seward, and Kenai to the west.
