clean quiet and central. The house was very clean and put together. we loved all the decorations, as well as the games and activities available. The kitchen was big and had everything needed to accommodate our large crowd. each room with well put together. large parking area to accommodate our big trucks and 30 ft trailers. centrally located between three different trailheads. gas station with great breakfast and pizza located only a mile down the road. All in all a great experience clean comfortable and accommodating. Would absolutely stay there again!

Beautiful vintage home with a great view and private even though it’s in a small city. Very quiet and peaceful. Everything we were looking for, will return if we have the opportunity!!

We had a nice winter stay in the home - met all our expectations. And we appreciated the host and cleaning lady checking in to make sure the furniture was well vacuumed. Kitchen worked well for having brunch and the kitchen table was nice to play games on. Good consistent communication with the owner. We'll be back!

My family and I (6 guests total) stayed here in early August and we could not have been more pleased with the accommodations. The whole home has been renovated inside and out and is very tastefully decorated. Cozy beds, beautiful back patio and access to so many activities around the around from hiking, biking, climbing, rafting and SO MUCH more. Fayetteville is a gem of a town and this home was everything we hoped it would be. We hope to revisit again in a few years.

Dave was great! Check-in was super easy, the place is very nice, there is plenty to do in the surrounding area, and if you have questions he's very responsive. Would stay again!

This was such a beautiful and lovely cabin right on the water. We basically sat on the screened in porch all day enjoying the tranquility and peacefulness hearing and watching the river. This place was perfect!!!!! Thank you for allowing us to stay with you!

Hollys airBNB was down right gorgeous. A nice little place with a nice warm vibe. Though the bathroom was a bit small it had absolutely everything you needed in it with plenty of linen for our stay. The space had plenty of windows for a beautiful natural lighting but also had curtains on everything for privacy. There are couple local restaurants within walking distance for a nice meal along with a supermarket for any additional needs. I’d say my only regret was not being able to stay longer to explore more. Amazing place and amazing host definitely looking forward to a future stay!

Our hosts were very responsive and friendly. The house was very clean and comfortable.

Second time I’ve stayed at Jerry’s place. It’s been a couple years since I was there and it was how I remembered it. It was clean. Its location is private and quiet. We went to ride the Hatfield McCoy trails and it’s a perfect location for that. The waterfall in the backyard is pretty awesome as well. I would absolutely stay again.
