We felt absolutely spoilt and had a fantastic stay. We were welcomed and treated like family. A home away from home. We will return.

Just amazing! What we needed after 20 days in a camper! Anna is the most amazing host! When we come back to Europe we will be coming back to visit.

What else can I say if not: Exceptional! If you plan to relax after a day of sightseeing or hiking: a terrace aperitif facing the Sibyllins Mountains: it is possible by tasting a wine from the Ciu Ciu estate! If you prefer to rest by the pool: it's possible! (With always the same view ...) In the midst of a hamlet of a dozen houses, Sonia (the daughter) and Dario (the Dad) entrusts you with their Casa di Sonia. Great, thoughtful, comfortable with all the necessary equipment (up to the outdoor foosball table!) The welcome was warm and generous ( the fridge was adorned with multiple tasteful touches...) A small town (Comunanza) is 10 minutes by car where you can find everything: butcher shops, charcuteries, bakeries (4!), supermarket, caterer (pasta) etc ... Lots of charming hilltop villages (Smerillo, Sarnano, ...). A large city nearby (30 min): Ascoli Piceno, worth spending the day. The Adriatic Sea is less than an hour away: Grottammare, with its historic center overlooking the beaches. Ah yes, it is in the middle of the mountain, so the car is essential and the travel times to be increased a little. Thanks again to our hosts. Véronique, Quentin and Emmanuel

Marco was a gentleman and a great host. Very accommodating. The location is stunning, beautiful views over the hills. Definitely recommend.

We had a quiet and pleasant weekend at this villa. Quiet place away from noise. Marco was very kind, he gave us directions to the area and where to eat in. Villa as described, surrounded by nature. Spacious and clean environments. Pleasantly satisfied

Lovely spot - quiet, air conditioning worked really well, nice balconies on three sides, very clean, really well stocked, and generous hosts.

Best experience I've ever had on airbnb. Amazing hosts. Beautiful place, really a piece of paradise. There was total privacy even though the takers live on the floor above, they were not felt and showed up just when it was needed. The produce they gave us like olive oil and tomatoes was of excellent quality and killed in the house from the first moment. We will be back to visit them at the first opportunity!

We loved our time at Paolo's. He was super nice and very helpful with everything. He took us to Pescara the day after we arrived and helped me get a sim card for my phone and to the airport to rent a car. He told us good places to eat in Pescara and helped us with eveything that we asked, he checked in with us to see if we needed anything and he even brought us some fresh cheese. He brought his little chihuahua with him to visit us which was very nice since my wife told him how much she misses her dogs while we have been traveling. We loved the house, it had everything we needed and also had nice sitting and relaxing areas outside and even a stone bbq around back that we used. There was also a washer and two portable racks to hang clothes to dry after washing and a couple of folding lounge chairs to chill in whenever you wanted! The surrounding area is beautiful, with mountains and big rolling fields close by. Hope to see you again soon! Thanks Paolo! 100% recommend!!

Very beautiful place with a very beautiful view 😍

We spent 12 fantastic days with five (2 adults, 3 children aged 2, 4 and 6) with Francesco and his family. The house, grounds, pool correspond to the pictures and descriptions - it is beautiful and very private. Amenities and cleanliness of the house are to a high standard and according to the price. The ventilation system of the house is completely sufficient and very pleasant even for the high temperatures in August. House and furnishings are very stylish, suitable for the area, sustainable and made of high quality materials. The nature pool is fantastic, clean and perfectly laid out. The entire outdoor area is in amazing condition and well maintained. Francesco, his sister and his parents are very accommodating people, always trying to give tips for the area, the beach and restaurants. They are very reserved and respect the privacy of their guests.

Anna’s place is lovely and spacious. It’s in beautiful country and one would be fortunate to stay there.

Very good Location, close to everything, the beach, center. Luca is very helpful, he gave us an adres of bike rental. Apartment is very luxurious with big sleeping rooms and a big living room. Every room has its own balcony

The hosts were extraordinarily friendly , polite and accommodating. The apartment is steps away from the center.

we were very satisfied with the accommodation, which is right across the road from the sea with a large beach and a gradual entrance to the sea, the accommodation is very suitable for two families, it is two apartments that are connected by a small corridor and entrance door, bigger apartment has a wonderful terrace with a view of the sea, the apartments are very well equipped and you will find everything you need here, we can highly recommend

I can not praise Milena enough, wonderful host! So welcoming, friendly and charming. Our stay was very comfortable, probably the most comfortable we have had so far in all our travels. The accommodation is spacious, had everything we could possibly need, spotlessly clean, nicely air conditioned. Villa is shared between 3-4 families, but somehow it works out to be quiet and private and very pleasant, great for an occasional chat and exchange of local tips with neighbours. Same with a swimming pool, due to different schedules we had it mostly to ourselves, but even when shared with others- still comfortable. The premises are looked after by Enoch, who is absolutely lovely. He looked after us as well, made friends with our 6 year old son. Location is great! Picturesque! Convenient for visiting beaches, mountains, grocery stores, vineyards, local restaurants and great pizza. Quite close to an airport. A car is a must though. Hoping to come back next year, thank you Milena and Enoch!

The place is really nice, equipped with every element to spend a serene vacation. Fully equipped : dishwasher,washing machine, pots,plates, stove, oven, clothesline,clothesline,tongs,shower with hot water, LCD TV, LCD TV, elevator, all punctually working. There is a nice balcony, large enough to have allowed us to have lunch several times outdoors enjoying the view of the sea, in fact we were a few meters from the underpass that leads to the pine forest and Lido. Also, if close to the railway I must say that the train felt very little, even at night it is not felt, perhaps due to the fact that the station is nearby and the trains do not go hard. Very organized because of the private indoor parking, which is very convenient in downtown areas. The private pool has always been extra clean with a lifeguard. Simona is a more than considerate and punctual owner. When we needed information, he always responded to us immediately, also giving us tips on the nearby beaches for the umbrella or where to eat well, etc. What to say, a nice vacation, definitely to be repeated. everything went well, including the proximity to the beach and its amenities... the pine forest between the house and the sea that we took advantage of every day because of the heat above all during lunch... also those on the greenbay. The only note out of tune is the noise of the train that disturbs during the nest in the pine forest... common or railways should make noise barriers at least in some busiest stretches

The reception by Paola was very friendly. The apartment was nice, clean and with two spacious bedrooms, and the swimming pool and terrace were lovely to spend a relaxed day. The kitchen was very well equipped to cook our own meal. We had a lovely time and recommend this to others who are looking for a relaxed place to stay.

Villa Mayer was an excellent place to stay for my family during our trip to Fossacesia and Abruzzo. The villa was spectacular with amazing views, excellent location and it had everything that we needed for our two weeks - including the pool which was just perfect throughout the hot weather during our stay! Piero was an exceptional host; attentive and helpful. He made our stay easy and I would certainly stay again next time!

We enjoyed a lovely stay. Gianni and his daughter are two warm, sweet people who provided a nice welcome. We felt right at home in their beautiful home. The region is very beautiful and you know that if there is a problem you can go to the host. At the same time, they gave us all the privacy. There is a beautiful swimming pool that is very well maintained. We would like to come back and can only recommend this house and these hosts.

Nice accommodation with all necessary facilities, a big garden and a magnificent pool. Located in a quiet area with superb views on the surrounding mountains. We truly enjoyed our stay here and would definitely recommend it.

We have spent 3 beautiful weeks in Casa Maya. If you like being in the countryside it is definitely place for you. The beach is very close to the house as well as the mountains. There is a lot of things to do. I also would like once again to thank Valerie for taking us a family with 7 kids and taking care of us during our stay. We are coming back for sure!
