We absolutely loved our stay here. The perfect place for a staycation! The stars were stunning and the hot tub was so nice to relax in. Avand was very responsive when we had trouble with the outdoor cooking area and helped us get that all situated. We were a bit bummed the dishwasher wasn’t working and the hammock wasn’t set out on the porch like in the pictures. We can’t complain too much though considering how gorgeous this property is! Overall, this is definitely now a saved airbnb for us and we will be back:)

This cabin was the perfect spot for a birthday getaway w/ 3 high school girls. We enjoyed the hot tub and foudue pot! No snow in Cold Springs so we drove up to the Hwy 108 Sno-Park, sledded at Cow Creek, and explored the Shadow of the Mi-Wok trail (w/ grinding rocks full of ice). I can't say it any better than the creative writing student's note in the guest book: "Absolute coziness. This lovely cabin is covered head to toe in furry, pillowy warmth. We arrived to a handwritten note and a bucket of popcorn. This cabin is built as a home, not a house. We had a wonderful time playing monopoly by the fireplace as we watched both Home Alone 1 & 2. We enjoyed the messages sparsed throughout the home and the welcoming, familiar decorating scheme. When we first arrived I could've sworn I had been here before. The tall windows, the gentle A-frame called out to me from a past memory. And just as I had experienced before, this was a snowy, magical weekend."

This was the perfect getaway for our family! The property is a little secluded as we expected but Tobey's directions were perfect and we had no trouble getting there and settling in for our stay. The house had everything we needed. Our kids are older now but they would have loved the library of books and the kids toys when they were younger. All the amenties - from the well stocked kitchen, to the towels for the hot tub and bathrooms to the TV projector were so well thought out and helped to make our stay comfortable. The beds were also super comfy. It's a perfect place if you're looking for a quiet getaway but we also got out to Yosemite and to some local places as well. Tobey is a great host and we would love to go back in the future! Would definitely recommend!

We did a short trip to Yosemite and this was a fun place to stay. The views were great from outside. If the windows were clean, it would've also been amazing from the inside. Communication with the hosts was easy.

We very much enjoyed our short stay at Cozy Bear! We did the 4 mi hike at Pinecrest Lake, made delicious pizza in the pizza oven, and relaxed in the hot tub both evenings. On the way home we stopped at Sonora for lunch and shopping. It was definitely a full weekend which we would do again!

Janet's home was super spacious, and clean with a gorgeous view. The view is 360 degrees. It was like staying at a secluded private cabin. The kitchen included all the appliances and coffee pots, utensils, pots, etc. The spa was fantastic and a nice treat after hiking in Yosemite. It's outside of Yosemite so be sure to get an early start. I would definitely want to stay here again. I'm sure winter is even more beautiful.

What a cute cabin! Everything was so clean when we arrived and well-stocked with great kid stuff like a travel crib + extra sheets, high chair, baby/kid plates + flatware, books and toys, even a humidifier since the winter air was so dry! We couldn't have asked for a better setup while we were on vacation. The cabin is up a hill a bit away from a small town, definitely not walkable, but wonderfully peaceful. Distance from Yosemite was great -- about 35 mins to the park entrance and then another 25 or so to the valley. We went back twice over 4 days and it was a piece of cake. Overall, Olga was very communicative and helpful and we can't wait to book our next visit!!

That was the perfect family friendly house. Communication was seamless, the host was responsive and considerate, ensuring our stay was comfortable from start to finish. It was a great experience, we would stay there again any time!

Our family loved the place which is ideal for up to 6 people. Our kids enjoyed the proximity to water and our kids enjoyed kayaking immensely. Place was kept extremely neat, and host was very responsive. We would be staying here again for sure.

Great vacation home located in an ideal private, lakeside community in the trees. Lovely covered deck is ideal for entertaining in any weather. Large living area great for larger families. There were books and games geared towards children, which was a nice touch. The downstairs ping pong table was fun! We enjoyed our stay and will return again. Ideally located about an hour's drive from Yosemite Village.

James was very responsive, he helped us with every little thing that would come up, the place was clean and cozy, the floors do squeak quite a bit but that is usually how it goes with cabins, we loved the fact there was lots of wood since it is chilly and we went on November, I would go back again, it is a little deep in wilderness but it was a great stay. 10/10. Thank you for a great stay.

When we are in Groveland, Roy's place is one of our favorite places to stay. We were even successful in getting the Potbelly stove fire started and was super cozy on a cold night. Thanks Roy

I stayed at Michelle's cabin for a girls' weekend with my sister, nieces, and daughter over Labor Day weekend. It was clean, cute, and looked just like the pictures. We appreciated the air condition since the weather was still warm. We also enjoyed the porch to look out on the trees, visiting deer, and turkeys. Michelle was responsive and proactive in communication, offering to let us check in early and check out late if we needed to. I would definitely come back and stay here on a future trip. The house was clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again. They supplied everything we needed from Snacks to shampoo 😂!

The place was lovely and had all we needed for the week. The master bedroom and bath on the main floor was perfect for me. Beautiful surroundings and safe area.

Sonia is an excellent host and a very kind person. She went out of her way to help resolve an issue with my car during the check-in. Everything was perfect, except a minor issue. The driveway leading up to the house is very steep. So if you are traveling with lots of luggage in a van, it is advisable to park the car at the bottom of the driveway instead of trying to take it up the hill. My Toyota Sienna hybrid van could not go all the way to the top of the driveway and got stuck. Sonia helped me locate a local tow truck driver who was able to bring the van down to the street level.

Lovely, well appointed home with personal touches and warm welcome. Perfect for a family trip to Yosemite. Patio and hot tub looked good but we didn’t get a chance to use them in our short stay. Wood burning fireplace is a nice touch, comfortable furniture and convenient amenities.

I booked Yuki's place for my friends to celebrate a big birthday with me. It was cute and everyone felt very at home. The place itself is adorable, very homey and comfortable and was quite clean. There is lots to do in Groveland and surroundings (we ventured toYosemite) and everyone had a wonderful time. Yuki's place is an easy walk to the main Groveland Marina - making it a good choice for those who want to spend time on the lake.

Incredibly clean, comfortable, and inviting. Wonderfully hospitable and helpful hosts. We loved the Murphy bed, the gas stove, and the wildlife wondering around right outside. We had a lovely and relaxing stay.
