The appartment is great, super clean, have a bus station and a grocery store that you can reach by walking. The appartment have a great kitchen and a cute terrace. Our only negative point with this place is that it’s far away from the center so you absolutely have to take the bus which is not always there on time which makes the traveling time consuming. Other than that, this place is great!

Andrea's place is spacious, functional and pleasant. The terrace is nice. Andrea cares about the well-being of her hosts. We loved our stay and would definitely recommend it. We parked our car at the bottom of the residence, it was convenient.

A beautiful apartment in one of the most beautiful areas of Rome

Great place! Elena and Barbara were fantastic hosts. The Airbnb is in the perfect location. The view of the Colosseum was hands down the best. Like other reviews said, the shower was the trickiest part. We had a hard time keeping the water warm in the shower and kept bonking our heads. But we were warned by previous comments! That being said, it does not take away that this is a great spot and would stay here again. Thanks for everything!

This apartment is very nice and clean and has a really nice and big balcony. The kitchen has everything that you need in a kitchen, a nice and clean bathroom and there is a lot of space in the rooms. Everything works fine! It is quiet in the evening and night, which was really nice after spending the whole day in the center of Rome. Maurizio who manages the place is very friendly and helpful - he answered our questions very quickly and he was there to say welcome when we arrived and he was showing us everything in the apartment and told us how to go to the center and so on. I will recommend this apartment - thank you for a very nice stay!

If I could give 100 stars, I would!! Our stay was nothing short of exceptional; it truly felt like a home away from home. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed into a warm and inviting space that was impeccably clean and beautifully decorated. The thoughtful touches made all the difference but our host was simply AMAZING!! The attention to detail was remarkable—every corner of the home seemed designed for comfort and convenience. Whether we were enjoying our morning coffee in the charming kitchen or unwinding after a long day in the comfortable living room, it was clear that our host had put a lot of care into making this a perfect retreat. The location was phenomenal, close enough to explore everything and if you ventured off, it was super easy to tell the taxi "Pantheon, please". We can't recommend this place enough and are already looking forward to our next visit. Thank you for helping us make memories that will last a lifetime!

We stayed there for four night and what a super cozy place !! Fabio is also very responsive. The location is a bit far from the tourists hotspots which we actually wanted. There's a pizza shop right across the street which had delicious pizzas. The Supermarkets are also very nearby.

A well laid out and spacious studio in a quieter neighbourhood but with plenty of local bars and restaurants if you fancied an evening away from the bustle of the centre. Very well equipped and the block has a lift which is very handy. We had a very comfortable stay here. Transport links to the key attractions are good and they it’s only a 15 minute walk to the metro.

The place was beautiful and filled with lovely green plants and had a really nice little deck area as well. Everything was as described and was so perfect for me and my boyfriend!

Spacious, bright and cozy apartment. Very friendly and helpful owner, but never intrusive. The condominium gym is a plus, but the area is still full of green areas and equipped for outdoor sports, or even just for a relaxing walk. We'll definitely be back!

The apartment is 100% recommended! It's as it appears in the photos! It has a very large dining/living room, the room is also large and has a walk-in closet! Enrico is a good host who is attentive to you, he responds very quickly and makes the stay easier for you!

Great apartment with terrace on the ground floor. And with garden where there is also a large lemon tree. There are mosquito nets in front of all the windows and garden doors. Great! Plus the central location a few hundred meters south of the Vatican. Perfect for exploring Rome. We will gladly come back. PS. Dear Anna: The grid in the kitchen is easy to open by two turns clockwise. 😉😁
