Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Pigeon Forge

We enjoyed our stay! The house was in a very convenient location.

Our stay was wonderful. We had a large group and everyone had their own space. There was plenty of amenities in the home and we were close to town without feeling like it. Host was very responsive. Will definitely recommend this to anyone and will bookmark this house for future vacations. Thank you for the wonderful memories.

I stayed here with 6 of my closest friends and we had a great time! We loved all the board games and the fact that there was enough space for everyone to stay and enjoy each other’s company! We also loved the fact that we could utilize the kitchen instead of going out for every meal. The only thing we wish we did was stay longer than two days! It is a beautiful place to stay and there are so many amazing attractions and activities to do in the area! I would highly recommend staying here with friends and going sightseeing or even relaxing in the hot tub!

Perfect location! Private but close to the main strip in Pigeon Forge! Loved the creek out back with a swing and firepit beside it. We opened the windows briefly to enjoy the sounds of the creek below. Cindy had a happy birthday balloon, card and treats awaiting us as a surprise! Sooo very thoughtful!! Immaculate house! The kitchen had everything one would need! Loved the wrap around deck! The hot tub was clean and amazing! We had a great time playing pool!! A lot of house for the price! I w would love to come back and bring family or friends. Cindy is amazing! She checked in to make sure we had everything we needed and made recommendations for dining and shows. I would definitely go back and highly recommend!

This home was exceptional! The beds were extremely comfortable and the kitchen was very well stocked and had everything we needed. The view was spectacular and it was beautifully decorated for Christmas. We enjoyed every moment of our stay and would love to come back again.

We had the most wonderful time stay at Fancy Pants!! We come to Townsend all the time and never knew such a wonderful home was there. Amazing view, the sound of the river just outside the door left us feeling relaxed after our daily adventures. Parker and Oz were such gracious host. Will definitely be coming back.

From the other reviews, it seems like everyone gets a different unit based on how the resort fulfills the reservation. That being said, our family of four (two little kids 5&7) LOVED staying at the Westgate resort. We used the waterpark each day, and that helped make this AirBNB totally worth it. We also stayed on top of the mountain...which was amazing. Played mini-golf for free. Quick access to Gatlinburg for dinner and to the mountains for the hikes. Clean units, kids slept on sofa couch, we had private bedroom. Kitchen to make pack lunches for hikes. Large bathroom. Just be sure to say 'no' to the 'free lunch and tour' so you aren't stuck on a long sales pitch. Units do connect to each other via connecting door, but thankfully we had quiet neighbors and didn't hear them.

We had a great stay at the cabin. Very clean and quiet. The bed was very comfortable and the hot tub was excellent after a cold day in town. We will be back to stay for sure. Thank you Tammy and Victor!

Kris Villa was one of the best Airbnb experiences we’ve had! The place was spotless, well-organized, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Our family of 12 had plenty of space, and every detail was thoughtfully arranged to make us feel at home. From the well-stocked kitchen to the cozy atmosphere, everything exceeded our expectations. The host was also incredibly accommodating and responsive. If you’re looking for a perfect getaway, I highly recommend Kris Villa. We would definitely stay here again!

The cabin was absolutely beautiful! It’s located right outside of Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, and Cades Cove which was convenient. We picked this cabin because we wanted to be away from all the congestion in those busy towns but close enough we could visit. Very quiet area. Kids loved the game room. We definitely would book again. Justin was very attentive and helpful with anything we needed

Great cozy cabin with breathtaking views. First time seeing snow and were able to take our dogs to enjoy too. A little tricky to find the cabin in the nighttime, but the instructions given definitely helped! Very clean and the perfect getaway.

Cozy home, great hot tub, and close to the tourist area! Definitely secluded and away from noise. The hill is a little steep to get up to, but it’s the mountains so definitely expected!

Booked for a quick weekend getaway. Clean cabin, the road to get there was a little nerve wrecking, but overall the place was great. Def would book again.

I can't say enough about the place and the host. The cabin was very clean and homey feeling. The views were beautiful. I felt very safe there. The cabin was easy to find with plenty of parking. It was very quiet and peaceful. The road is steep and winding but my son had no problem with the drive. It's situated reasonably close to town and restaurants. Kathryn was amazing. I called a couple of times and she always answered right away. I had a question about the heat and Wendell came over to check it out. Fortunately everything was fine, it was just operator error. He was very helpful and polite. Kathryn also went above and beyond to help when my son became sick. I am so grateful we booked with her! I would definitely book with her again and would encourage anyone else to do so as well.

Great place to stay when trying to get away and enjoy the outdoors! I love that It’s not in a crowded area! It was perfect for just 2 people. We loved the fire and enjoyed the get away. This place is also not a bad drive to any restaurant.
