House vacation rentals in Piedimonte Matese

We spent a weekend at Casa nel Verde and everything was wonderful, from the very comfortable and cozy house, to Giovanni always super helpful. The town is the house are perfect for weekends with friends and/or family surrounded by greenery and quiet Highly recommended

We recently stayed at Lucas House, a lovely villa in the mountains of Scauri, just a short drive from Rome. The house is beautiful, with lots of space and comfortable beds. The views are amazing, and we loved both the private pool and the larger shared pool. Most rooms had air conditioning, which was great. Driving in the area can be tricky, but the "authentic" Italian experience makes it worthwhile. There aren't many tourists, which makes it feel very real, but it might be challenging language and service-wise if you prefer more tourist-friendly places. Overall, Lucas House was perfect for our big family. It is child-friendly, though the large marble stairs make it more suitable for children over 3.5 years old. It’s close to many beautiful spots and beaches. Dealing with Luca and his team was easy and smooth. Thank you, Luca, for hosting us in your wonderful villa!

Inside and outside an incredibly nice house. We are spoiled travelers but were completely impressed. Everything was there, clean, sufficient, good beds, nice sofas, top kitchen, nice pool. Completely private. Beautiful art and other stuff. The people of Novasol that let us in were so friendly. And Rosalia was so helpful. Everything above expectations!

Superb location. Peaceful setting. Well appointed villa. Comfy settees and bed. Well equipped kitchen. Effective Wi Fi but no TV. Ideally situated for getting train to Naples and Rome. 15 min drive to local railway station where parking cost 8€ a day. Managed to visit Herculaneum, Pompeii, Rome for two days , Monte Cassino which boasts the most beautiful cathedral, local beaches at Sperlonga are beautiful and old Gaeta town which is well worth a visit. Mary and Salvatore were superb, super responsive in addressing any queries we had. Welcome pack was greatly appreciated. You must have a car to be able to enjoy this villa. Highly recommended

Al Vecchio Casale is the Italian farmhouse you've been dreaming about with many modern amenities thoughtfully included. Beautiful surroundings. Communication was great with many recommendations. Halfway through our stay our fridge stopped working and they arrived with a replacement the same day.

Everything was fantastic. Giuseppe and his family were a wonderful hosts.

The place is simply wonderful, very comfortable really and with a dream environment. The hosts are one more kind than the other, all cousins as they told us, always attentive and ready to solve any questions, in these 6 days we were staying we had a great time, although at this time of year time does not accompany us. In principle, highly recommended, do not stop visiting and recommend this excellent property, happiness and successes with this wonderful venture, next time we will stay longer as it is well worth it.

My wife and I have stayed at quite a few AirBnB's, but this was by far the very BEST experience we have ever had. The place was wonderfully well thought out with care and attention to detail. Alessio and his family greeted us warmly and showed us our apartment. The family lives in the attached house, but our area was very nice and private. The garden views of the mountains are stunning and beautiful! The pool was immaculately maintained and was very refreshing after a long day in Pompeii. Alessio also provided breakfast baked goods and was very responsive and gave great local recommendations. He and his family were a huge blessing to us and the place gave us some much needed refreshment away from the hustle and bustle. The country setting was perfect! Thank you so much Alessio and your family for your generous hospitality! The kittens on the premises were an added bonus and enhanced our experience on the property.

I stayed one night in Giovanni's B&B with my friends and we were really satisfied. The structure is impeccable: every corner of the house is taken care of and cleanliness is at the highest level. The rooms are not only tidy and welcoming. Self check-in was very comfortable and allowed us to organize ourselves in total freedom, but the owner was always available for any need or doubt. Even if he wasn't physically present, a message was enough, and he responded immediately with kindness and availability. I highly recommend this B&B to anyone who wants to have a pleasant, carefree stay. I sincerely thank the owner for his hospitality.

Very well cared for accommodation with walking distance from and to the train station. The kitchen and bathroom were well stocked for every need and very clean and tidy. There is a big supermarket around the corner and very good restaurants. Luca was very kind, attentive and helpful host. You couldn't ask for more, we had a lovely stay and I can recommand this appartment.

Our experience at Ciro's house was super positive , we found ourselves in a villa very close to the center and downtown where we had commitments , the house is a few minutes away on foot from the university, and a few minutes away is a shopping center served by everything including ATM , with the car that we were able to park inside the villa, we then moved easily since a few minutes away is the entrance of the ring road and about ten minutes away is the caracciolo- Mergellina promenade, The stadium is also reachable on foot . The house is clean and comfortable with a double bed and a comfortable sofa bed, equipped with climate and TV in both rooms. With the accommodation of the university parking lot that prevents a few hundred meters and the metro station that is being born you can stay with a tranquility of the countryside in the city center.

This was our first stop on our very first trip to Italy. We loved Napoli and staying here was fantastic! It was walking distance to many wonderful restaurants and shops. It was also close to local sights and transportation. Thank you for sharing your home.

Very nice place to stay for a trip to Naples. However, the parking is only free for small cars. You can hear the outside noise from the street very strongly in the room. Due to the fact that it is a one-way street, the background noise is manageable. Otherwise super clean and all necessary amenities available.

Very attentive host went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable

I stayed in Carmen's house for a week during New Year's Eve. The house was located in a quiet area and at the same time convenient to reach the main tourist areas allowing you to take a nice walk. The house was clean and we were offered two sets of towels and sheets as we would have been there for more than a week which was highly appreciated. In addition, the house offered a washing machine, a coffee maker, and all the cooking utensils at home if you wanted to. Since we had the plane in the late afternoon, Carmen was kind enough to allow us to check in in the afternoon and in general was always available and super responsive via messages. Surely if we go back to Naples, we'll come back here.

I took advantage of two apartments of Caterina, which are in a quiet area, controlled by a guard, near the metro station and equipped with a very comfortable parking lot. What more could you want?

We had a fantastic stay at Pina‘s place. We explored the area of Naples by car and the spot of the Airbnb was perfect for day trips to Sorrento, Pompei and Naples itself, while staying in a more quiet area away from any city traffic and troubles. We brought our 1 year old baby, what worked out in the Airbnb as well. Pina even went out of her way to organize a high chair, which wo did not mention as required in advance. Pina was always very responsive and good with her communication, giving us sophisticated answers to any local questions which was of great help. If we were to come back to the area, we‘d be happy to stay at this place again, thank you Pina!

Property surrounded by greenery, with large lawns and large trees, a waterfall of fresh water from the mountains, a pond, all as per the listing description. We are a functional farm whose only flaw is the dirt road that runs along Lake Barrea. We'll be back for sure, both because the place is ideal for hiking in the area and then because our dogs didn't want to leave.

Ilaria's farm is the perfect place if you are in the area. The house is spacious, very comfortable, super clean, quiet and cheerful. Our stay was very pleasant and absolutely free of problems. The fact that the property accepted a dog was an important plus. Ilaria is a delight who made us feel immediately at home and gave us directions to the area and the side activities at the BnB. a small home ideal for discovering the Matese and its landscapes. The apartment is located in a small typical alley. You have to leave the car on the main street, but it's not too far away. the views are stunning from the windows. It's perfect to go to Lake Matese

Gianni's apartment is located in Pietraroja, a small town in a strategic position to reach nearby villages and hamlets such as Cusano Mutri, the Matese and Bocca della Selva. Gianni, a very kind and sociable person, welcomed us in the square and took us to the apartment, which we found cozy and clean and above all equipped with everything listed in the description. He also showed us his shop where he produces hams (typical of that area) and where he made us have a very appreciated little tasting. There is the possibility of parking your car or in the square or, if the place is free even near the apartment. Chicca of the house is definitely the fireplace, which always makes a beautiful figure with its hypnotic charm. In conclusion, if you want to get away from the chaos of the city and spend a pleasant weekend of peace even with your 4-legged friends this apartment is perfect.
