Wonderful home that was clean and cozy and exactly as described. The host was always responsive and kind. The home was well stocked and had everything you could want with some cool extras like a popcorn machine and some delicious coffee. We would not hesitate to stay again. We forgot some chargers at the house and we were notified shortly after our departure and were able to stop back by to pick them up. Very kind and awesome people. 5 stars!

The unit is as "cute" as advertised, spotlessly clean, and quite comfortable. It is close to the beach, nice restaurants, and downtown Long Beach. Sandy is a proactive, responsive host who anticipates potential problems, and she answers guest questions immediately. We very much enjoyed our stay at her place, and we will book it again, the next time we are in Long Beach.

New construction ADU (accessory dwelling unit) in a quiet and very peaceful neighborhood in an LA suburb. Closer to Disneyland than downtown LA but right in the middle of SO many Southern California sites and attractions. Super clean, but smaller place. Owners live in home on property so they are very responsive and helpful with any needs. Highly recommend.

This is a great location! It is about 10 minutes from Disneyland and and really close to the beach and all kinds of other local attractions! The layout of the building is unique and very modern but cozy! Three stories with each story having a bedroom and bathroom with the second floor also having a very large kitchen and nice living room! The location is also right across the street from a great grocery store and many restaurants too! Hosts are very friendly and helpful and I would suggest this stay to anyone looking for a medium size Air Bnb for a much better than average deal!

This is a great little spot with exceptional location. Close to all the shops and restaurants as well as the beach. A cozy and comfortable bungalow with everything you could need. The bikes and all the beach equipment are a great touch.

Everything was very good with Jean, very attentive and easy to get to the location of the house. Inside everything is very neat and clean, plus it has plenty of room for large groups

We had a great, relaxing time with our two kids here! The space is clean and warm, with lots of outdoor area to enjoy. Great restaurant options, beaches, canals and parks all within close walking distance made it easy to barely leave the neighborhood during our whole stay. We would definitely stay here again!

The house was perfect! Great location close to Disneyland. The whole house was very clean, well stocked kitchen and linens. The swimming pool, hot tub, miniature golf, games room were all wonderful and enjoyed by everyone in our family.

Our stay was great. We really enjoyed the thorough communication and the location was perfect for our trip to Disney!
