The house and location where spot on amazing the house was huge the pics didnt do it justice well furnished and kitted out only issure the top 2 bed rooms struggled to stay warm all nice but would highly recommend

Everything we could possibly need from all kitchen utensils, cooking equipment, plenty of extra towels, bedding, cleaning products, toilet rolls, even a toothbrush in the little bathroom drawer! We loved the garden and even enjoyed picking apples from the tree and cooking them. I have already recommended your lovely house to other people and would definitely return if in the area. Thank you

What an absolute gem of a place to stay! Absolutely beautiful surroundings and the house is so lovely inside. Plenty of room for 5 of us, and we loved waking up to the sound of the river while we sat outside enjoying a cuppa each morning. The beds were so comfy and everywhere was so clean. Would definitely recommend and can’t wait to return. Whitby is a lovely town with plenty to do for all ages, the open top bus tour is a must! Lots of gluten free places to eat which was so important as there is a Coeliac in our party. Great communication from Stephanie regarding a couple of queries I had. 5 stars all round from us! 😊

Lovely house on a quiet road. Finding parking spots on the road was easy too. Just a very short walk to the town and beach meant it was well located too. Clean, modern and smart, with a private outside space too.

Lovely place to stay and close to Scarborough. Responsive host. Close to a kids playground and private off-road parking. On a road so a bit of traffic noise but nothing major. Very pleased with stay and would definitely stay again.

A great host combined with a great location. Frank was very responsive and helpful. There was a comprehensive guidebook about all amenities and when the guidebook couldnt answer questions frank was always quick to respond and patient while explaining. The location is phenomenal, right on the edge of everything so its not too noisy and its not too quiet. Excellent place.

Darren and Matt were both extremely accommodating and the apartment couldn't have been better. The location was perfect, plenty of space in the apartment and a nice balcony to sit out on as well! If I was to stay in Leeds again, I would 100% book this apartment again.

Another fab stay at Frank’s apartment - third time my sister & I have visited! Will definitely return & would highly recommend. Comfy bed & everything you need for your stay including a bottle of wine. We recommend the Raj which is a few doors away and also the North South cafe/bar which is next door. A few minutes walk from the Minster and the centre of York and a 10 min walk from the station.

Amy’s place was perfect for a very last minute trip to York! Only a few minutes walk to the centre so was ideal for what we wanted. The Christmas tree and decorations were a lovely touch and made it feel very homely! Clear instructions for everything and a super comfortable bed. Although was just the two of us, I highly recommend for a small family too. Amy was super responsive and incredibly friendly. Thanks again!

Ellie was a great host who communicated clearly and promptly. The flat was in a perfect location for our stay, which was focused around an appointment at the Spire Hospital. The neighbourhood is great- there are plenty of places to eat and drink and yet despite being over shops in the heart of Hessle, the location was quiet and the flat was a peaceful place to stay. Parking when we arrived was a little bit tricky and we were about 5 minutes away, but between 6pm and 8am (and all day Sunday) it is easy to park for free on the square just a minute or so away. All in all a great spot with a fab host.

We stayed at Jame's place as we were going to an event at Bridlington Spa. The location was central for the town, seafront, harbour and Bridlington Spa. We were met by Tina who was very friendly and helpful. James pre-booked parking for us which was only 5 minutes walk away. The apartment suited our needs and we have booked to stay again later in the year.

Great people and great place to stay. The apartment is very comfortable indeed including all toiletries and basic kitchen stuff like cereal, milk, tea, coffee, sugar etc... The apartment has a secure parking spot and being located in the centre of York, this is invaluable if you have a car. Perfect location with about a 10-15 min walk to the Minster and just a couple of minutes to the centre of town. Have no fears booking this apartment. The communication with Chris and Dagi was also excellent.

A fabulous stay in a wonderful clean, stylish and well appointed apartment. Simply superb. We cannot recommend this place enough. Ideally located to central York (just outside the city walls). If we had to find a negative (and we really would struggle to find any) it would be the addition of a mat for the bath when showering. But this is only as I am the most accident prone person and if anyone is going to slip it will be me! I could trip over thin air! We will definitely return. Thank you so much.

I didn’t know anything about The Bay before I arrived and was pleasantly surprised by the family friendly vibe of the ‘village’. I visited alone but I wouldn’t hesitate returning with my daughter. Lots of places to go locally.

This is a gorgeous apartment very close to the centre of York and within walking distance of York Railway Station. There is an allocated parking space which is very helpful as well. The apartment is very nicely decorated and I would highly recommend it. I would definitely stay here again.
