Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Pickens County

My family and I had a wonderful time. The house was perfect for us, I think our favorite room was the White Sunroom off the kitchen. I could be cooking and the grandbabies were on the floor playing. We did have to move the coffee table into the corner as it was glass but is made ample play area on the floor. We drove to Helen, Dahlonega, Amicolola Falls St Park, Ellijay. We did 3 Wineries, Apple orchard and the kids hiked the community every morning. I don't think we could have squeezed anything else in, in one week. It was an an amazing trip, coming back to the house in the evening was as comfortable as coming home. Thank you for having us. Maria Metzger

We were seeking a private, quiet and luxurious Airbnb to unplug from work, daily life stresses, etc and immerse ourselves (along with our two well traveled dogs) in nature. This Airbnb fit our needs perfectly. We enjoyed privacy and especially loved the gurgling stream and professionally manicured property. There are many options for outdoor relaxation. We saw turkeys several times and many deer. The low light pollution at night allowed the stars to be much more visible. We had planned to go hiking, but the Airbnb was so peaceful that we just explored the property and walked the driveway many times instead which satisfied our active dogs. We rarely return to an Airbnb, but we definitely plan to rebook here. Highly recommend!

We celebrated a friend's birthday for a mini trip with our pups. We had an amazing time. The community is so peaceful and serene with lots of good view. Chase's place has EVERYTHING you need so do not hesitate to book your next stay at a home away from home. Chase is extremely accommodating and responsive. Thanks for a great time!

Our family of 10 and our daughter's dog had a wonderful time at this amazing home. The view was fabulous! The house is as advertised and large enough for all 3 families to have a floor to themselves. There are plenty of things to keep everyone entertained both inside and outside the house. Lindsey was a marvelous host that promptly responded to all questions. We will definitely stay with them again.

I came with my family to enjoy thanksgiving in the mountains. This place was beautiful, the house was cozy, and Veronica was SUPER responsive to all questions I had!

We had a wonderful stay at Camp Ingram! The house was the perfect location to spend Thanksgiving with the family—both beautiful and comfortable. Every room was fully stocked with everything we could possibly need, and Bob was a fantastic host. We enjoyed our stay to the fullest. We will definitely rebook in the future! Thank you!

Kristen & Mike were fantastic hosts!! From communication prior to arrival to throughout our stay they were always available and super helpful! Mike was able to walk me through getting the fire started in the living room since the pilot light was turned off which was great! They even came up Saturday (an hour drive for them) to help us with a complication with the hot tub (which was truly just due to our own inexperience with hot tubs not an actual malfunction) which was truly going above and beyond! Their home has the perfect layout with a bedroom on every floor with private bathrooms + a half bath off the kitchen area! We loved every space & the beds were SUPER comfy!!! We felt right at home the whole trip and will definitely be coming back!

Great way to spend our mini vacation. great cabin with pond and the fish were biting. Our boys 12 and 7 both enjoyed feeding the goats and fishing. They also enjoyed their own private sleeping and lounging upstairs. The pullout sofa outside the bedroom, upstairs bath, and mini firdgemade them feel as if they had their very own place. Our dog is a lab\pointer mix so he appreciated the space he had to run around in the front yard. We wanted a quick, fun, yet relaxing getaway and Molly delivered. would highly recommend and thinking of bringing the family back for my birthday this summer.

This place is worth the money!!! It is a great location and very peaceful. Less than 10 minutes from Ellijay. And Savannah is an excellent host. She had everything you need plus snacks and drinks. We seriously only needed clothes (although there is a washer and dryer). We will most definitely be back!!

Everything you would want at a home and more! Maryland took in mind every detail while creating the perfect hosting spot. We needed nothing, everything needed was in the home! By far the best home we've stayed in and host! Super friendly and her place was super clean and quiet. Definitely a place worth booking of you're looking to get away and experience relaxation and all the amenities this place has to offer.

Constance was extremely friendly greeting us. The grounds are beautiful and extremely quiet. The room was cozy and we felt right at home.

Lakeside Retreat is a very nice, cozy, clean and comfortable place to stay. Tom and Christine are very friendly, the Ducks at the lake are cute and so is the dog. We enjoyed our stay!

We had a great short overnight stay to Dahlonega and picked the rental bc of its proximity to downtown where we were focusing our trip. It was way bigger than expected. Easy to find and very very clean and comfortable. Parking situation was nice too. It’s a good 10 minute up hill walking to the town square passing BEAUTIFUL historic homes!! One of our favorite parts! But being in the crisp air after a great dinner and wine was the perfect way to start and end the evening. Host communication was top tier. Bed was comfortable with nice bedding. We will definitely be back!

My husband and I loved this place! The apartment was wonderful and offered everything we needed. And we were right on Main Street, literally just steps away fun shops and some excellent restaurants. We will definitely be back. I highly recommend staying here!

I cannot begin to describe how perfect this place was for our Galentine's weekend. Russell and Paula from the start, were gracious and accommodating. They even let us check in early/check out late because of their cleaning schedules. They checked in on us when we were there and provided us plenty of welcoming goodies. Their cabin was spacious, and the views were stunning on a clear day. We enjoyed ourselves tremendously and would recommend this cabin to anyone looking to spend a little time in Big Canoe.

The views make this place incredible! The house is older and has mostly new furniture, linens, and is very well stocked. The kitchen and bathrooms reminded us of childhood in the 70s and 80s. I highly recommend this as an awesome and affordable getaway.

I’m going to list both pros & cons to this cabin. I’m purposely not categorizing and I’m mixing them together so that you not only see the negative(s) but the positive(s) as well. - Gorgeous scenery; We were able to see wildlife every day. - Scott & Lisa were great at responding to every message - minor repairs needed. - Scott & Lisa made sure to make this home comfortable for families - including babies/toddlers - all bedrooms were on a different floor - while the driveway is beautiful and well-maintained, it is steep. We traveled in a 2024 front wheel drive Chevy Trax & a 2019 Ram & both vehicles made it up & down w/o issue. - There are so many things to do on the property. - There are no curtains hanging in the bathrooms. While the house is pretty far from the other houses, I could see another house from the master bath. The bathroom on the 2nd floor could easily be seen in from the 2nd floor balcony. This was an amazing home for the weekend. I would 100% stay here again.

My husband and I loved staying at this location. Perfect for a weekend getaway in the mountains. We relaxed by the fire, grilled some steaks, relaxed in the Jacuzzi with beautiful scenery all around. It is very private. The bed was comfortable, the house was very clean. When I say the driveway is no joke, I mean it!!! We arrived in the dark, so it was a bit intimidating. Very steep, but my Honda CRV made it up fine. We would love to come back with our whole family.

This treehouse home was great! I met the needs I had and the location is beautiful. Sergio and Cata were great hosts when I needed help with guest passes and any questions. Thank you!

We spent 5 weeks at this cozy cabin with our 3 young children while we were selling our own house in town, and we truly felt right at home. We only had one minor issue that was fixed immediately. The hosts were all super kind and responsive. We love Big Canoe and Trevor’s cabin is a gem. It’s deep in Big Canoe, but that means zero traffic noise! So incredibly peaceful, we didn’t want to leave.

We loved this cabin! It was beautiful inside and outside with lots to do. The views were incredible, although the second day there was dense fog so we didn’t see the mountains again until checkout… but that’s just the risk you take with a mountain home so high up in the winter. We still had a wonderful time just cozying up by the fire and the basement ping pong table and arcade table gave my kids hours of entertainment. Highly recommend!
