Very beautiful place and very peaceful. Beautiful area to visit Umbria and its many famous sites. Giuseppina and her son Maurizio are lovely hosts. Very helpful and friendly. Overall a beautiful experience. Two comments: to reach the toilet one has to cross one of the bedrooms (not a problem for us but good to know). And many restaurants in Magione were already closed in October (not the hosts’ ‘mistake’ but good to know too).

Charming! They even brought in fresh flowers! I would definitely recommend and also want to return.

My family and I we had a wonderful holiday in this beautiful villa, surrounded by the magical atmosphere of the Umbria countryside. There is nothing we can complain about,everything was perfect,the swimming pool added a plus especially during the 2022 July’s heat wave! The pool was well maintained and daily cleaning service was provided by the owner’s handy man. We really hope to come back next year and make more unforgettable memories at the Hilltop Villa-Orvieto

We had a wonderful time at the villa. It is a beautiful estate that easily accommodated our entire group. The kitchen is big enough and practical, the dining room great - and there is an abundance of things to do for every one: outdoor pool, indoor pool, pool tables and more. The pool towels were plush and big, the bedrooms a nice size. The place is just as in the pictures and the view is breathtaking. Villa is maintained at a very high level and the team promptly addressed any issue that came up. The villa is close to many towns and tourist attractions in Umbria, there is a winery just minutes away where you can schedule a tour and wine tasting, small coffee shops and restaurants around and a few supermarkets 5 to 10 minutes drive. The hosts were friendly and very responsive. We highly recommend.

Wonderfully beautiful location. The view from the pool down into the valley is fairytale. Mike and Vic were very helpful even if they were at home in the UK. Lots of good restaurants nearby and the same goes for excursion options if you love medieval villages like me. Highly recommended.

We stayed at the property for 8 days at the end of September. Federica, the location, the house, the complex around the house were unique and very nice! We felt very comfortable from the first day. A supermarket and several restaurants are easily accessible by car. Frederica is a great host and problems solved her and her husband quickly. We had brief problems with the toilet flush, hot water supply and heating - all topics were resolved in a timely manner. Close to the property is the train station Orte, from there there is a train to Rome several times, I can only recommend that. Cheap, on time (not like the DB) and Rome is a force! Accommodation is recommended and we would book again in case we get back to the region.

This a wonderful apartment. The location is perfect. Wonderful views from the terrace. Is has everything you need. Highly recommended.

The apartment is great for location, arrangement of spaces, hospitality. Very close to Lake Trasimeno and the most beautiful villages, it is surrounded by greenery and is ideal for those who want to take a break from the hustle and bustle of the city. Valentina is very helpful, always ready to give directions and advice. We hope to be back soon.

the nest is a great place to relax and enjoy the silence while on the pool or have a barbecue. Thomas was extremely kind and helpful with anything you need. the house is extremely beautiful, equipped and located in a cozy village.
