Vacation rentals with beach access in Piçarras

Great apartment, very complete and new! It has everything you need, and the building has a heated pool that is an extra! Close to the beach is very well located. We adore Picarras and would come back peacefully.

The apartment met expectations. Those responsible for the receipt were very willing, they live in the same building. There is air conditioning only in one of the rooms, but the ventilation of the apartment is good. The condominium environment is very nice. I highly recommend this apartment!

Beautiful apartment, super complete, cozy, with everything we need for practicality in everyday life and for great beach holidays. Hosts have a lot of whim at the guest reception, leaving the apartment extremely clean, fragrant and organized. They're also super helpful. We had a wonderful stay!

The space is as advertised. Located on the seafront, the condominium has excellent infrastructure (court, swimming pools, gourmet hall, etc.), with pharmacy, bakery, market and local commerce nearby. Only one observation to be made: in previous contact, it was informed that the condominium provided beach and umbrella chairs, we ended up not taking our umbrellas, in the gatehouse we were informed that the condominium provided only for use in the pool area. We had to buy a parasol to use on the beach.

Accommodation consistent with the description!! Host always very cordial and requests!! Local is mto good, the fact of accepting Pets has made all the difference for us, feeling well accommodated, people from the mto condominium polite! Surely in the future we will return as the location for us makes it much easier to be close to the city we live!

Apartment identical to listing photos. Very good building structure! Easy access to the beach. Piçarras Beach is extremely clean and hot water, very good! Karla always available, regardless of time! Super friendly and ready to help us. Apartment with quality beds, towels, furniture and kitchen items. We love the days we spent in Piçarras. The infrastructure of the condominium is great, especially for those who have children, market and nearby restaurants. The very spacious and catering apartment very well. The hostess was very kind and we had a very good stay. I highly recommend it.

Beautiful Casa, with architecture different from the conventional. The balcony overlooking the sea is extraordinary, on sunny days it is possible to see the sunrise and take beautiful pictures or enjoy it with a coffee.

Site that deserves to be rented. We will be back. We will be back.

the house was great for our family 2 adults and 2 children. The place is quiet and close to important points such as market, pharmacy and beach. Hosts are super attentive.

The photos are not able to demonstrate the comfort and breadth of the house. We were in 9 people and we were very comfortable indoors, all clean and new, spacious rooms and dining area as well. The house is impeccable, thanks Patricia for the support.

The house is super well located, just a few meters from the beach, with nearby markets and trade. Complete with air-conditioned in all rooms and with items that we needed including beach chairs and Guarda sun. Pool very good clean house. Host always asks a lot. We intend to return whenever possible.

Second time staying in this house and everything was really good. Very close to the beach. Courtyard and very beautiful, organized and clean gardens. Clean impeccable pool. The house very cozy and clean. Very nice air conditioning too. It has barbecue and a great television too. Leonardo was very flexible at check-in which was very good for us who came from a long trip. The place is all closed and very secure, has room and shade for the cars. It has a shower to get the sand off the beach when you get home. Anyway, since the first time I was enchanted by this house and after the second stay I am still delighted.

Comfortable, well-equipped, clean and great location apartment. The condominium is safe and has leisure options such as swimming pool, sports court and children's piggyback. Alessandro was extremely helpful and friendly. We gave us all the information in detail and always answered my questions quickly. I recommend it!

Unfortunately the days of our lodging rained a lot, but the apartment is so comfortable and the condominium with several areas (including a super-equipped gym), the days were still very good. Apartment has a wonderful view and is quite spacious. It has restaurants, market, bakery, ice cream and pharmacy minutes away. The amenities are quiet and careful and access to the beach is practical. Great for families with children. The host was considerate!

Maciel is extremely receptive, gave us all the important tips for those who arrive from the trip, such as: beaches, restaurants, pharmacy, bakeries, markets, etc. The apartment is great, rooms and otima beds, everything that needs kitchen equipment the ap has, tb is well located and can go on foot in a pharmacy, bakery, butcher and market. Wonderful view. Pertinho da Praia. Market, pizzeria and restaurant next door. Insurance. Very good condominium attractions. Parquinho, game room, pool with bar, fitness center, etc. Grill, chairs, towels, hairdryer, washing machine, great.
