were very pleasant days, everything was impeccable when I arrived, as I anticipated I ended up arriving at the site before and informing José and his wife, they had every concern to warn us as soon as the apt was clean anticipating more than an hour, I thank you very much.

We love the apartment, everything new, newly renovated, the view with the windows throughout the entire social area and kitchen make the atmosphere very tasty. Another very good thing is the location, close to the beach, supermarket, good restaurants. Pena we stayed a few days, but I intend to go back.

The apartment is fantastic, all infrastructure, multi-sport court, swimming pool, foot in the sand, and the most amazing is a commercial center in the condominium itself with everything you need. Ermes was a great host, quick and extremely cordial responses. We will definitely be back!

Very well cared for and comfortable. Loyal to the photos. Located a few steps from the beach and perfect for those who want to enjoy the house and family. The surrounding area does not have many interesting restaurants or bars, but it has nearby markets and pharmacy. Located 20 or 30 minutes from the downtown and Lagoa da Conceição restaurants and 15 minutes from the Ribeirao da Ilha restaurants. 10 minutes from the airport. We very much like the tour to Lagoa do Peri which is very close to the house (4 minutes by car), beautiful place, with fresh water and perfect for bathing and children. Easy communication with the owner and housekeeper. The only point we don't like was that we found the check in late (17h), a bad time for those arriving early, even more considering that check out is at 11h. The owner relaxed the check in at 2pm, and gave the option to arrive before by paying a fee, which we chose not to do. For the rest we love the house and the trip.

Excellent accommodation! The Denise house is new and well-equipped, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We went with family, five people and we were all very satisfied. The location is great, right next to the beach, "foot in the sand", and everything went as planned. The stay was perfect, and would certainly recommend to those seeking comfort and practicality in a well-structured place. Special thanks for the attention we have received from Jony, a polite and tireless person in providing us the best. I recommend it and look forward to coming back

Our stay was wonderful. The view is even more beautiful in person, really amazing. We are embroiled with so much naruteity and beauty! The house is great and cozy, the place sil; untidy and calm, it had everything we needed. We walked to the beach and has great restaurants nearby. The checkin and chekout were simple and easy and the host was very kind and attentive.

We love staying here! We literally feel at home! It was an amazing experience, even on rainy days! As soon as we entered the house, we directly smelled the scent of the cleaning! All very well tidy, cozy, with everything we need to stay for 2 weeks. Impeccable cleaning. We sat on the balcony as much as we could, for our breakfast! We could see a little bit of the sea and hear the sound of the water all day! At night, you could contemplate the starry sky when there were no clouds. I walked a few times in the morning to Watch Beach, to enjoy the sunrise and contemplate the silence and sound of nature. Very close! Silvana has always been very attentive and charismatic, helping us in everything we needed during our stay. Our heartfelt thanks to you, Silvana! It was the best stay we've had so far on Airbnb!

I think it was one of the nicest places I've ever stayed in!! Everything in the house is perfect, I love rustic things so for me it was the best experience… A view from the house to the beach without equal, I will definitely come back more often.

Beautiful and spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom on a beautiful property with everything you need . Pools , jacuzzis , gym and plenty of beautiful gardens and places for young kids to safely play. One of the nicest complexes I’ve seen in Brazil

Very well decorated and equipped apartment, had everything we needed for our vacation. We only found lack of parking that we had to pay separately, but the rest is perfect.

The apartment is in a very beautiful, clean, organized and silent condominium. The private entrance to the beach is a wonderful path. The apartment had everything we need for our stay.
