It is close to excellent restaurants and the seaside. All the furniture is new and of high quality. Maria Teresa and her son were great tips for catering, as for visits to villages (but there are also plenty of museums to visit), the sublime hikes to do in this area... in short, great tips. Unfortunately over a week we couldn't visit everything but we caught our eyes already:) it would have taken us more than a week on site. The welcome, just like our departure will have been very warm with Maria Teresa who we thank very much for allowing us to discover this beautiful region! The house is secluded and at night there is a masterful calm, this house is ideal for relaxing and refreshing. The house complies with the photos of the site, the olive grove is sublime. No light pollution at night either, a real joy. In short, only beautiful images printed in our retinas. We had a great stay. Thanks again and maybe see you next time:)

Daniela was an amazing host, very responsive and gave excellent recommendations. The location can’t be beat, close to restaurants, train station, the beach, and shopping. The space was cozy and exactly how it looks in pictures. We had a great time and would stay here again!

We enjoyed the accommodation with the 2 apartments very much. The hosts are very friendly and responded immediately to questions. We also appreciated their discretion and always felt free. Accommodation is as pictured, great view and beautiful garden for playing our kids 4&6 years. We will be happy to come back, thank you very much for everything😀

Lanciano is a particular city, a lot of one sense. By car it is not convenient, but on foot everything is simple. Well located accommodation and access to the city center in 3 minutes(on foot) , close to the train station. Well-maintained apartment, contains everything you need even for a long term stay, spacious and bright. Huge parking in front of the access, elevator (although it is on the first floor). Quiet place. Very good quality bedding. A real pleasure to stay in this place.

Great place, absolutely terrific view of the ocean. Great location. Close to everything that you will need. The bathroom and shower were very user friendly. Very easy check in and the parking was by the front door! Also, the elevator was wonderful for the luggage. Can’t go wrong with Cristiano’s apartment .

Everything was great, everything that was needed was there. Gioda was always very helpful with any need or questions that we had. More likely we will come back some day :)

Very large terrace with a direct view of the sea, fantastic!

We had a wonderful week here in early September - the place is just as lovely as its listing and a particular highlight was the pool: the perfect size for early morning laps! The surroundings are peaceful and Andreea was always quick to respond to any questions. We went to the private beach club most days (having beach towels provided is an added bonus if travelling with Ryanair!) which was a ten-minute drive with easy parking, and the apartment's location is ideal for visiting the pretty hilltop towns nearby if the weather isn't great. (Highly recommend visiting Ascoli Piceno on a Saturday with its small antiques market then venturing further to the waterfall in Castel Torsino.) Do book Agriturismo Sant'Angelo, which is just a short drive from the house, and be prepared for ten delicious courses! A great stay:)
