A beautiful Italian villa perched on a hillside overlooking the Adriatic , only five minutes walk to the sea, there is a lovely cove below the house which is perfect for a morning swim before breakfast. This charming house has stunning views of the famous trabocchi coast and is only one kilometer from San Vito Marina. This luxurious wooden chalet is set in secluded five hectare gardens, with sweeping views to the Maiella mountain. Part of a small organic farm, thirty minutes from the Abruzzo International Airport, at Pescara. Relax by the swimming pool (May 15 to Oct. 15) and enjoy the serenity of this delightfully peaceful location. Regretably, we are unable to accomodate pets, or chilldren under the age of 12 and alterations to your date(s) are only accomodated prior to thirty days in advance.
