We found this property by chance and were already impressed by the photos for the beauty of the rooms but in reality they were even more welcoming and comfortable. Andrea was a really fantastic Host, when we arrived he gave us all the relevant information including various useful tips on local places. The property was really comfortable and even more beautiful than the photos, all completely renovated and having the plus of having breakfast and beach facility included definitely makes the stay even more enjoyable. In addition to these great strengths is the centrality of the apartment really convenient for everything, the supermarket is 2 minutes away, free parking at most 5 minutes, in 10 minutes you are on the beach and in 5 in the town center. A really fantastic solution. Highly recommended

Modern apartment in a beautiful building. Very clean, cozy, with a fabulous shower in terms of pressure and space. Beautiful spacious room, terrace equipped with laundry. Last but definitely not least, there is a reserved parking space inside the courtyard. Bruno proved to be an excellent, available and responsive host. This accommodation deserves a longer stay because it's really nice.

Maria Teresa and her son were great tips for catering, as for visits to villages (but there are also plenty of museums to visit), the sublime hikes to do in this area... in short, great tips. Unfortunately over a week we couldn't visit everything but we caught our eyes already:) it would have taken us more than a week on site. The welcome, just like our departure will have been very warm with Maria Teresa who we thank very much for allowing us to discover this beautiful region! The house is secluded and at night there is a masterful calm, this house is ideal for relaxing and refreshing. The house complies with the photos of the site, the olive grove is sublime. No light pollution at night either, a real joy. In short, only beautiful images printed in our retinas. We had a great stay. Thanks again and maybe see you next time:)

The villa is as described. The slopes were a challenge for me because, at 90 years old, I have difficult walking. The villa is on a hillside in a wooded area with a lovely view of the sea. Plenty of places around the grounds to sit and relax. While the building has been restored, it retains original window shutters and curved brick ceilings. Picturesque tiles decorate the face of the building. Rebecca was an amazing host. She quickly responds to any questions one might have.

Francesca was immediately responsive from the minute we arrived. She went out of her way to assist us in finding parking in the area which was pretty busy due to some kind of special school event all weekend. The condo was beautiful and very comfortable with a beautiful view of the beach. The location was perfect - tons of shopping and restaurants just minutes from the door. The area was walkable and clean and I felt very safe even late. night.

A stunning location, incredibly peaceful with easy access to Mogliano and surrounding villages. The apartment was perfect, plenty of space, two huge bedrooms, air con, good shower, kitchen had everything we needed. The swimming pool was clean and very much needed on the hotter days. Few other guests around but never felt crowded. Kirsty and James are the most amazing hosts, always happy to help and answer any questions…no matter how small. Kindly helped organise a Saturday night taxi and made dinner reservations for us too. We hope to return!

We stayed at this property for a week and Mrs. Leondina welcomed us with great warmth and kindness, responding to our every need. We enjoyed the accommodation with the 2 apartments very much. The hosts are very friendly and responded immediately to questions. We also appreciated their discretion and always felt free. Accommodation is as pictured, great view and beautiful garden for playing our kids 4&6 years. We will be happy to come back, thank you very much for everything😀

Great place, absolutely terrific view of the ocean. Great location. Close to everything that you will need. The bathroom and shower were very user friendly. Very easy check in and the parking was by the front door! Also, the elevator was wonderful for the luggage. Can’t go wrong with Cristiano’s apartment .

We felt very comfortable. The house is a bit off the beaten path, but it is quiet. You have the entire place to yourself, which was fantastic. The pool and outdoor kitchen are also great. We can only recommend the house and will be happy to come back!

It was evident from the beginning that Fabrizio’s number one goal is to provide first class service to his guests. If you are looking for a beautiful home in a rural setting you won’t be deposited. As grandparents, my wife and I were looking for a place to spend quality time with our adult children, their spouses, and our grandchildren ages 8-14, and at the same time experience Italy from a rural perspective before going to Rome. Our stay in Massa Fermana was full of great experiences: truffle hunting, Italian cooking class and dinner for the entire family with our cook and her husband in their rural home, wineries, restaurants, gelaterias, seaside visit, travel to historic sites. and much more. Since it was the beginning of Olive harvest, we picked olives from the olive trees on our hosts property and although we were not able to have the olives pressed for oil due to time constraints, Fabrizio gave us a bottle of fresh pressed olive oil from the first harvest of the area.

Apartment on two levels recently renovated. 2 beautiful and quite comfortable bathrooms, the showers are not huge but comfortable, excellent water temperature management. Very clean. Comfortable. Parking at the door. There's no TV in the room. I'll definitely be back

Apartment with two large terraces ideal for outdoor dining or sunbathing if you don't want to go to the beach… Very nice children's bedroom, with ample space to store items and clothes… Kitchen equipped with any utensils. The apartment is on the second floor with an elevator, ideal for strollers, in a very quiet residential area and close to the sea.

Beautiful location with a lovely outdoor area. The space was great for a big group, everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom. The host was fantastic with responding and provided recommendations in the area - very much so recommend the chef and also the wine tasting nearby. A plus was the pizza oven. Interior of the home is quite simple, some of the outdoor furniture could be in need of some replacement / new cushions. We also needed to pick up a few extra items like soap, shampoo and toilet paper for the bathrooms especially for a one week stay.
