Very good stay with our 3 children at Ernesto's. The house is still very outdated, but it seems like some work is planned. The equipment is quite worn too, but it is there and functional. For this price has a strategic location in northern Italy that's fine.

The stay at Giovanni's family house was really a special experience, it's located near several major towns you can visit. We were greeted by Giovanni's family friend and he was very kind and explained us everything. He also had great tips about what to visit in the area. The house itself is exceptional, it is huge and is way more impressive than in the pictures. We found everything we needed inside. All in all, you won't regret booking this place.

I only spent two nights in the listing and my only regret is not continuing this stay. The place is perfect if you want to discover the area or even to settle in. Quite quiet neighborhood in a small town that moves but not too much! Just the right thing. The parking space reserved for the house is great! Located right in front, it's fine. And what to say about Christian and Alessandra... except that they are great. Very responsive, very welcoming and nice touches. I love it!! Thank you for this stay!! Perfect house for big group and family with children. our family had a wonderful stay at stefano’s place the house was spacious and the kitchen was well equipped. the play area for children was great and the location was also lovely. we really enjoyed and we really hope to be back!

i highly recommend this accommodation, the place is peaceful and the house has a lot of advantages, namely a cool and very nicely decorated house with all amenities. The village is a 20-minute walk away and offers all the services (restaurants, different shops, pharmacy...).To end, we were hosted very well by Elena .

It was all great... We loved everything. The biopiscina, the great food, the tzakouzi. What a wonderful scenery and view. The hospitality was amazing and more than can be expected. We truly felt like home.

We had come to Piacenza for a family wedding and didn’t want to stay in a hotel ! The Villa was perfect …. It had a beautiful Downton abbey feel to it and the history that you felt immersed in in the property was great . The villa was clean and the welcome cake was a bonus. The grounds were perfect for walks and the kids enjoyed playing tennis and bowls … There was a superstore 10 Minutes away which was helpful. Francesca was a fabulous host … so helpful and accommodating to Jen needs ! Highly recommend this villa !

The house was as pictured! The pool was very inviting and the house had plenty of necessities for a large group. The host was very responsive and communicated well even with a language barrier.

We were so lucky to stay at Isabella’s beautiful space this past weekend as a group of friends celebrating a birthday. The home and surroundings was even more beautiful than the photos, and was the perfect space for a large group of friends or a few families. The kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms were spotless and their decoration was so charming. The outdoor pool was the perfect place to spend sunny summer afternoons, along with the many terraces. Isabella herself was so warm and welcoming - from the moment we arrived we felt at home and she was able to answer any questions we had for help. We ate one evening where Isabella’s husband cooked for us and the food was so delicious and the “restaurant” terrace to sit was so beautiful. We were also very lucky to get to meet the many lovely animals including Brando and the two barn kittens - a highlight for the group. It would be our dream to return one day - thank you so much Isabella!

Perfect and beautiful house in lovely landscape. Ideal for a couple days of hideaway and relaxing. Bear in mind that there are not many sights close by - however, this means that there are not many tourists in the area. Absolutely recommend!

Fabrizio's house is fantastic. It is located in a typical Italian countryside environment. The view is great, the pool is wonderful, huge terraces ensured undisturbed conversations. The house is very well equipped and luckily there is air conditioning everywhere. Fabrizio is a super host and his house is ideal for larger families or groups of friends who want to relax.

From the opening of the gates & the warm welcome from Suran we knew this place was going to be special. As you open each door every room has a wow factor, but then you go onto the terrace and have a 360 degree view which can only be described as meravigilioso. It really is peaceful and beautiful. We was a family of 8 & the villa catered for our every need & more. The interior is tastefully decorated yet feels like home. The swimming pool was an added bonus and set in beautiful grounds. Federico was always communicative and available. His recommendations of wineries and restaurants were well received. It may be difficult to leave the villa but the local area is great to explore either by car bike or walking. There is only one negative.......you will have to prepare your heart to leave! Beautiful villa close to the charming town of Castell Arquato. Stefania was wonderful to meet and so helpful in walking us through the house and providing recommendations for restaurants and local activities. This home is a well-loved family home and you can feel the history as you stay there. The gardens and pool area are peaceful with incredible views. The kitchen is dated but well equipped, we made several meals there. The bathrooms are clean and modern. Thank you Stefania for sharing your home with us. It was a relaxing way to end our European vacation.

We had a great week with 8 adults as a family. The house is very well equipped, superb swimming pool, very nice pool house. We were able to enjoy the barbecue and pizza oven. We enjoyed the area by visiting Plaisance, Parma and Modena and of course Castell'Arquato nearby not to be missed!

Katja was very good at communicating and we enjoyed the living space which was finished to a high standard. We were visiting friends in Bergamo and S. Pellegrino most of the time, as well as Lake Garda so were introduced to some excellent restaurants in those places (Baretto, Via al Costello and Osteria al Gigianca in Bergamo and La Fruslina, S.Pellegrino - highly recommended) so can’t comment on local restaurants. Air conditioning worked very well and the pool was great for cooling off in the day. Overall, a great stay and would recommend it as a base for exploring Lombardia and Milan.

Beautiful house in an amazing horse farm. The house surrounding are amazing and include a beautiful swimming pool. Valeria, the host is charming and quick to any request.

I celebrated my 30s in this beautiful property. Paola is a very helpful, friendly and flexible host. We had a great time! Easy to reach, following all Paola's instructions. Huge space both outside and inside. She made us find the house super tidy and clean. Great structure both in winter and summer. I recommend both the place for the property and because Paola is really great.

Our family had the best time staying at Gertrude Jan’s home. We left the house truly relaxed. My 14 teenager described the view as looking like a “green screen”. It was stunning. The entire family slept well, the beds were great. Matteo was an excellent host. We had the pleasure of drinking his wine which was fantastic. 100% we will be back and recommend the place to friends.
