Great location, friendly host and super helpful.

The place was spacious and squeaky clean. I know it's clean because I have a sensitive nose and little dust or smell can trigger my allergies but I stayed healthy throughout our stay. Harold was very considerate and helpful with our request, and the area had nice restaurants and a convenience store just a few meters walk. We had a comfortable stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in your beautiful apartment which had everything we required and more, it was very comfortable and beautifully furnished. Central station was very easily accessible so getting to and from the airport was very easy within 1 hour and we walked into the central Milan which took us 1 hour at the most. Ubers and public transport were easy to find and there were some great cafes and bars nearby. I would highly recommend and would stay here again when I come back!

We spend 9 days there. Alice was very responsive via app and the mother, that lives close by, was there at checkin time to help us settle in. The apartment is very cozy and it felt almost like home away from home. If I got back to Milan I will consider for sure Alice place. Thank you! 😄

I can't say enough good things about Alba. She is so helpful and flexible. A real joy to deal with. The property is one of the nicest and classiest parts of Milan. A nice and leisurely walk to Duomo and Monte Napoleone. Very strong recommendation.

The accommodation is very well equipped in a very quiet building, the kitchen very convenient. The condition of the accommodation was impeccable.. the check-in instructions and communication with our host was always very clear and quick. Near the subway. We had a lovely stay in Milan at this accommodation. I highly recommend it.

We had a great time in this accommodation true to its description, complete in the amenities offered, extremely clean and this is the most important point when booking with strangers, and very well located in Milan because away from the fervor of the hyper-center and at the same time close on foot or by transport, in a very good quality neighborhood with good quality restaurants. Laura has always been responsive and responsive, and congratulations on the accuracy of her communication. If we come back to Milan, it is at Laura's place that I will come to live!!!! Thanks to the kindness of the Italians, great experience.

This is one of the best places we have stayed in. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this spacious and clean apartment, perfect for family time. For those with small kids, it offers everything you need, including a crib, high chair, kids' foodware, bibs, etc. The location is central yet away for the busy area around the Duomo providing easy access to everything. Plus, there is a grocery store right across the street, which is incredibly convenient. Parents will appreciate the washer, dryer, and dishwasher. The apartment was well-equipped with basic kitchen and bathroom necessities. If you're traveling to Milan with your family, look no further.

We stayed at this property during the Christmas holidays. This accomodations was ideal for us as it has 2 bedrooms, one of which could accomodate our baby bed, as well as two bathrooms so we could shower even when the baby was sleeping. Ideal location, close to the city center and with the big plus of private parking. The only upgrade I would suggest are the pillows, for the rest it was impeccable. We'll be back for sure at our next visit!

Elisa’s home was great, Everything that we expected! She was very kind, welcoming and understanding as we went with our two dogs and the place was great for them as well!

Regarding the apartment, we found Ernesto's place very clean. The apartment is functional and contains two small suites which was relatively convenient for our location (2 couples) The apartment is in a quiet and secure neighborhood (parking space with camera). Regarding accessibility, the tram is a 3-4 minute walk and serves the Duomo very quickly it's really ideal. In addition, the hosts are attentive and extremely responsive and we really appreciated it. They were great tips and even helped us with our visits. We couldn't find any particular flaws during our short stay, we really recommend this place!

We loves Rodrigo's apartment. It was beautiful and spotless clean. The instructions we got were clear and precise. There was several restaurants around within close proximity. The metro was about 7 min walk which made everything really accessible. FYI, kids under 14 don't pay on the Metro. Also, if you don't have a ticket you can always use your credit card by just tapping as if you would have a ticket. During weekday mornings the traffic was a little loud, but it was manageable. Rodrigo was always ready to answer questions, very responsive. The check out process was super easy and not much to do. We definitely recommend the apartment.

Amazing place , great hospitality , close to public transportation

This was the second time I stayed in Paola's apartment. I liked it the first time and so I chose it again. I highly recommend it.

For anyone looking for a stylish house in the amazing (food) city of Parma. this is excellent. If you can appreciate the combination of old craftsmanship with a modern touch this is a top option. Host has good communication and great care. Would recommend!

The apartment, spacious and clean, is located in a great location, near the Mico (reachable on foot in 15 minutes). Despite not having private parking, we were always able to find a place on the street in front. Marco was very kind and gave us all the directions to the attractions and restaurants in the area.

It was an absolutely perfect stay in this very pleasant apartment that we highly recommend. Close to the center but in "real life", with the supermarket 15 steps away. One could not expect anything better.

Bright modern apartment that matched pictures & description. Close to Metro & many local restaurants & bars. Balcony on both kitchen & bedroom surrounded by a park. Downside of park & trees was mosquitoes so if that matters to you may mean balconies less useful.
