Very satisfied with our stay. We booked one month and we left feeling like we were leaving our home. Lots of traffic though- the building is mostly for rental hence the ins and outs guests- however it’s very accessible and taxi/cab is always available. It is not central and not within walking distance to local shops. You would have to bike or ride or drive. The space is spacious and clean. Host is super responsive and friendly. Definitely recommend to anyone who’s looking for a great place to stay in the city.

Great location in district one of Saigon, right in the heart of the city. Walk right out your door, to the left a few steps, and there are Michelin-rated restaurants and awesome coffee shops. And don't worry, around the block is a 7-11. All of district 1 is all a short walk or a short motorcycle taxi away, and the hosts are amazing. The natural floors and the natural wood furniture make the place very comfortable.

Amazing Apt For Travelers Near Central Of Dist.1

We had a very nice stay at the place. Communication with Ben was very good and easy. Unfortunately, when we arrived, the apartment was not yet cleaned (we also booked at very short notice), but Ben took care of it immediately. And after that, everything was very nice in a good location with lots of restaurants.

We had a wonderful time at Annie’s place. Very easy to get Grab to travel anywhere in the city. Great local food options nearby. A convenience store downstairs was a big help. Apartment itself was exactly what we needed. Comfortable for 4 people. Kitchen was decently equipped. There was some issue Annie had to face with the apartment we had booked but she managed it well by giving us a similar place in same building for a day till our original apt was ready. Highly recommend.

A true glimpse of Saigon which is exactly what I was looking for since we were traveling for a few months and were a bit tired of the usual hotel experience. The placement was ideal and we walked everywhere. Very cute and actually quiet despite being right in the center! I have back problems but the bed was great and not hard!

Very clean, the cleaners work hard. Very bright, a window on the entire wall. There are also large curtains. The window, or rather the glass wall, faces the street and there are special bars so that no one can see you, but you can see the street. It is very convenient. The room is in excellent condition, nice renovation. All the staff are friendly and nice people. They provide free water. But you need to leave the room and pour it from the cooler into a carafe. They also have the option of putting the entire cooler for you, this is an additional service that costs $1.5 for 20 liters of water, which is very cheap and I ordered it. Water is a very big plus for this place. There is a great restaurant 20 meters away, not expensive but very tasty. There is a store 10 meters away, open 24/7.

Apartment is located at the center of District 1 and some of the major attractions are well within walking distance. The apartment is generally clean, although there were some wet towels in the washing machine and the toilet. Host was responsive and helpful in resolving our issues. My toddler son enjoyed the stay and we will choose to stay in this place again if we were to come back to HCM City.

Good location in District 1 - everything is within walking distance. 7/11, restaurants and various cafes right outside. Apartment building is modern, very nice roof area. Somewhat deterrent are the many indications that no short-term rental is allowed by law. However, this seems to be common in the house.
