The location is superb, just in front of ocean. The villa is very spacious, with all amenities. But slightly away from market. Overall experience was very good, except door locking issue, but it was resolved by Mr. Hung very quickly.

Pros: Wide, full of supplies for residence, enthusiastic cute host Points to improve: Only motorbike to the door, tourist cars must find a place to park outside.

Villa is near to the sea beach. All mentioned furnitures and amenities are available for use. Small and nice swimming pool. Overall this 3-storey villa is ideal for family or group stay.

First, the host was proactive and responsive to my questions and concerns! They made sure I felt comfortable renting the property. Upon arriving, I met their butler who was very friendly and down-to-earth. The property is beautiful. It's located in the hills of the city, so you can see the entire city and its beauty during the day and at night. Enjoying the skyline at night while relaxing in the warm colorful lit pool was the signature of the trip. The pool is 1.6m at the deepest end, which is good for me since I'm tall. The furniture and floors were spotless and the altitude of the property ensures that there's always a fresh breeze rolling through the windows. The karaoke machine worked perfectly and sound proofing was great, so you can sing late into the night without bothering neighbors. Lastly, they provide many amenities such as a mini bar, cooking tools, mosquito repellent, and towels. It truly felt luxurious and recommend to anyone who wants a private getaway in the hills.

Son's place is very spacious and clean. Had the best view of the ocean. Just a few minutes walk to the ocean. We didn't see the host, however he was very helpful through the phone. Will come back for a 2nd stay if I come to Vung Tau again.

The host was very responsive and accommodating. The apartment was as described, with a great view of Vung Tau. The place is very close to the Lotte Mart supermarket and cinema, and a 5 min walk to the beach. We enjoyed our 2 week stay at the place.

The view is amazing, better than the pictures. The apartment is nice, and clean. Great value for money Minh is a friendly host. Can rent motorcycle at with security and get it for 150k day. Would reccomed this apartment.

The host is very friendly and responsive. He answers to all of our requests, which is really nice of him as I have an infant travelling with us. If you would like to find a place to spend time with your family, this place is a good recommendation. There is only one cons: it is a little far from the city center. It is better if you want to stay away from the city crowd and enjoy yourself at a cozy place with family!

I enjoyed my 2 nights at Joy’s place. She is a great host and very responsive. She also allowed us to check in early which is very appreciated. The room is spacious for 2 people and everything is very clean. The waiting time at the elevators is kinda long, but it is somewhat expected as I heard people mentioned this over the internet.

Accommodation with a beautiful view of the sea. It is within easy walking distance to the beach. there are restaurants and convenience stores around. it is great for a short stay at the beach. In addition, Hưi Huy is accessible and has been very helpful in the premises.

The place is nice for family gatherings, host is super responsive, the only problem we were having issues with were the reception dest, they were rude and uneducated. Do not try to ask them questions they will cursed you out.

The apartment was as the photos show. Very well located even if work is in progress on the waterfront. Well equipped, it was missing, nevertheless, convenient utensils for Western guests like a coffee maker and a minimum of dishes including cutlery... That said Hoan was very responsive and brought what was missing.
