The apartment is beautiful and comfortable. The host answers very quickly whenever you message. She is really nice. However, the apartment is far from the Hanoi center, the distance is about 10km. In conclusion, staying here is quite proper with your budget. Thank you Mrs Uyen very much❤️❤️❤️

The accommodation was really satisfying. Everything was perfect, including cleaning the room every day, as well as towels. We will definitely use it again next time. I recommend this home. And the host is so quick and friendly with feedback.

Van aims to please. He is a great host and his space is fantastic. Masteri West Heights is an elite location in the Smart City where activities abound. I really REALLY liked that Van’s place had a filtered reverse osmosis system, which meant drinking as much clean/purified water as one would like, from the space. Van was awesome at connecting me with a soccer team game, and responded back to any questions I had immediately. Unfortunately, I was not able to complete the full AIRBNB stay, as unforeseen circumstances called me back home. HIGHLY recommend Van’s place.

The host is from Korea, so it was easy to communicate. When checking in, it is difficult to meet other hosts, it is difficult to meet, from the time and place of the language, and it is difficult to meet, but this place is easy to check in and rest comfortably without being in person. If you stay more than 3 days, we will also clean. Like the room you checked in. I had a good rest. I had a good rest.

The apartment is located in a building on the 32nd floor, in an impressive brand new neighborhood. It's just like the pictures, very clean with all the amenities you need. The wi-fi worked great to work. There are shops nearby if needed. The hosts were very attentive, and gave us free access to the pool in their building as well as the gym. They are very available, kind and responsive to all our worries, we thank them for that! Finally, the accommodation is about 35 minutes away by scooter/car from the old quarter of Hanoi. It wasn't a problem for us because we were looking for a place that was a little out of the way. In addition, there are motorbike / car taxis everywhere at the bottom of the building (between 70k and 100k in one). We recommend this listing for your stay in Hanoi!

Great nook tucked away to unwind after a week around Vietnam. Plenty of room for a large group. Van offered laundry services, BBQ platter and a house keeper to help out at a moments notice. Pictures of the house were accurate and there was even a small business down the road offering all the basic items (food, drinks etc) for celebrations.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay with my child at Reina Yen Nghi’s apartment. From the moment we arrived, it felt like a home away from home, so much so that I extended my stay! The apartment itself was even more amazing than the pictures—it exceeded my expectations in every way. The community was peaceful and tucked away from the busy streets of Hanoi, offering a quiet, relaxing atmosphere with little traffic. Convenience was also a big plus, with marts and restaurants located right downstairs, making it easy to grab anything we needed. Reina was an outstanding host, always quick to respond and accommodating to any requests we had. I couldn’t have asked for a more welcoming and comfortable experience. I highly recommend staying here!
