My stay at Trang’s place was great. It was super spacious, with a full closet, bathroom with laundry, a kitchen space (first time cooking on this trip which was exciting!), and a really comfy bed. The bathroom didn’t have toilet paper, soap, or shampoo when I arrived, but when I asked about laundry detergent, Trang delivered it really quickly which I appreciated. The kitchen was missing a few basic things like plates, but it did have a good variety of pots and pans and unlimited drinking water. In terms of the area, it’s located down a very local alley in a nice part of the city. I liked the neighborhood a lot, but just a heads up, the Airbnb is directly beside a school, so in the mornings it can get loud with the school kids. That said, the evenings were peaceful and quiet, which was more important to me anyway. Lastly, as a remote worker, having solid Wi-Fi and a proper desk setup was key. The desk was great and the Wi-Fi was even better. Overall, I had a great experience!

This was my second time staying here, and just like last year, it was great and easy to get to the airport after our trip. Host was great. No issues at all, highly recommend this place.

This place located in the best location in the city: restaurants, attractions, and quiet street. The facilities are the best. The whirlpool bath tub is just like any top hotels in Saigon.

I enjoyed staying here. The apartment is in a great location. It was quick and easy to get to the tourist attractions in district 1. Also some great restaurants in the area. Im a bit of a clean freak and the apartment was spotless. I would recommend.

nice place with gym room

We had a wonderful stay! The location was perfect, with plenty of restaurants, shops, nail salons, hair wash spots, and massage places all within walking distance. The room itself was great—clean, well-equipped, and had everything we needed. The washroom was also in great condition. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay, even offering us a discount when we had to extend our booking on the last day. Highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again!

Host is very friendly and rep quick I stayed here in the hot season but no need to use air condition much, the room was very cool even though the weather was very hot. Highly recommend!

Staying at 24Saigon felt like a home away from home. The chic interior design gave it a stylish yet cozy vibe, making it the perfect place to unwind after a long day. It’s tucked away in a small street, but that just adds to the charm—there’s so much to do right outside! From cute cafés and relaxing spas to street food stalls and even a Michelin-star restaurant, you’re spoiled for choice. Despite being in such a lively area, the apartment itself was super quiet and comfortable. The host was amazing—super responsive and always happy to help with recommendations or any questions I had. Everything about the space felt thoughtfully put together, from the decor to the little details that made the stay extra special. Whether you're visiting for a short trip or a longer stay, this place has everything you need. Honestly, I’d book it again in a heartbeat :)

Clean n comfortable

Had a super comfy stay! Staff were so kind and welcoming. Room was spacious, clean and cosy, with a great view from level 5. Loved the sunlight ☀️ heaps of hangers, and a washing machine out on the balcony. There’s a kettle and some cutlery provided, plus free basics like shampoo, soap, a toothbrush set, etc. There was a bit of a smell at first, but it faded after the receptionist sprayed some fragrance. The minimart downstairs is well stocked, and there’s even a shared kitchen. Not spotless but totally usable. I was so grateful they let me hang around after checkout, helped me heat up food and the lovely lady even offered to wash the dishes for me after I finished (to which I kindly refused and did it myself). Super kind staff! 🙏🏻💖 AC works great, hot shower was perfect, and Netflix + YouTube on the TV was a lovely bonus. Sarahs place was absolutely fantastic! clean, easy to find, very quiet, close to all shops for everything needed for a lengthy stay. Sarah was great in accomodating any requests we had, which is so important. the rooftop garden was great for work meetings as it was quiet and peaceful to work. would definitely recommend this place to get away from the hustle and bustle of district one, as theres plenty of food and shopping options close by. Sarah's place was the last stop in our Vietnam trip. It was well located in Ho Chi Minh, there was plenty of places to eat and drink near the building, and all the local owners were very friendly and inviting. The room itself was lovely. Nice use of space with a balcony that overlooked the entrance (very handy if you've ordered food!) The rooftop garden was my favourite part of the stay. I think only once did I see other people up there, so most of the time I had it to myself! It's a beautiful space that's nice to sit and relax after a hot day.

Nice place. Rooftop is cool and has lots of plants. Room itself is great. Bed and pillow are comfy. Kitchen has everything you need. Good A/C. Plenty of closet space. Host is very responsive!! Dryer and cleaner included. Parking included but can be tight if there are more than 3 motorbikes. Easy waste disposal.

Had a pleasant stay for a little over a month. There’s a sweet old staff lady that helps service your room twice a week. She’ll pop into your room around 8/9am on your designated cleaning days. First time, it was a little unexpected and shocking but let this be your fair disclaimer. Do note there’s a person who comes to the neighborhood to pick up bottles to recycle at 10:30pm everyday and is quite loud but besides that it’s a peaceful and quiet neighborhood. The place is just as pictured however the bathroom is minimally dated. NOTE: There’s a home restaurant (you pass it before you get to the stay). MUST TRY! It’s authentic home cooked meals, just like the ones your viet grandma would cook you! They have a whiteboard in front of their house with dishes they’re serving that day. Everything I tried was amazing! She opens at 7:30am for breakfast and 10:30am for lunch. Come early because she does sell out pretty fast. Only regulars and locals come so you know it’s the real deal!

Check-in was detailed and host was responsive. Location is pretty close to a lot of restaurants and gyms. Close commute to District 1 and the airport. The alley is big enough for cars to drive in.

Lala is great host. She was friendly, specific check in instructions, details. Her apartment is fully furnished such as stove, pots, cooking utensils, soft bed, comfortable to sleep in. The balcony welcomes the warm sun. Area with many eateries, coffee shops and supermarket Especially, just a few hundred meters walking can reach the airport I will come back when I get a chance I like the apartments of Lala, I will always choose KIRAKUAN
