Everything was great, bed was amazing, location was good, and everything was really clean. Had a little washer and drier in the building which was great too. The only thing was the water heater I don’t think it work really good but other than that we had a great stay

we really enjoyed our stay here! it's a bit further out from central Bangkok but was perfect for us as it was close to the schools we are teaching at and easy to get a taxi everywhere. the place is exactly as it says on the description and Mei was so helpful in telling us where to buy water and amenities. some really nice restaurants if you turn left and continue up the road.

Great value. Everything worked well. The apartment was clean and quiet and secure but not inconveniently far from the heart of the city.

Water was provided every morning and it was comfortable like a hotel.

Absolutely loved the hospitality and the friendliness of the Host and his wife. I felt right at home throughout the stay. The location is very peaceful and has everything for a digital nomad, I stayed there for a month and loved it. It’s green all around, and well equipped. The host made daily essentials like water, beverages all available at the ground floor which was a massive upside, I really liked that touch. I didn’t have to order a pack of water every time especially since the delivery is capped at a six pack every-time. Just one small caveat (absolutely has nothing to do with the property just a FYI for anyone who is scared of stray dogs) when you go outside the property, there are a pack of wild stray dogs at the only narrow road that connects the main road. So at night it gets scary and I was followed and barked at and the road has no footfall at night. They also follow while you cycle from and to the place. But overall, absolutely recommend for the price, no brainer!

I had a great time at Shammee's place! The apartment was exactly as described. The shuttle every 30 minutes from the building to the Supermarket and BTS station was very useful. The hosts were also very helpful and responsive to all of my queries. Perfect place if you work remotely and need somewhere quiet and comfortable to work and relax. I would definitely stay here again!

Frank’s units are lovely and great value for your buck. Super clean, stylish flat, perfect for one person. It has everything you need. Comfy bed. AC. Ceiling fan. Fridge. Kettle. Dishes. Microwave. Little balcony. Modern bathroom with hot water. The building is clean, with a nice vibe. And location is on a quiet residential street with lots of local food vendors, 711 nearby and a 10 minute walk to BTS. And Frank is super friendly, and quick to respond. I booked the place a few hours before and it was ready to go! All in all, one the best air bnb’s have stayed at and a great pick for Bangkok :)

Convenient location, easy access to public transport, multiple options for food and coffee all around, and a 7 eleven is basically next door. Beautifully designed, cute, functional, clean and spacious space. fully functional amenities and appliances. Well maintained. Exactly like the pictures. However, only the main bedroom has a window. Rest of the house doesn't have natural light and air. Excellent host: proactive and responsive, communicates and solves the issues remotely and promptly. Comfy stay overall. Recommended.

apartment looking exactly like at photos. everything is working fine. everything is super clean and you also get free cleaning few times a month. lots of coffee shops and restaurants around the condo. super communicative host that will even take you out if you want. provides all the necessary information and resources. i honestly never met such a friendly airbnb host if you visiting bangkok for a few days it might look a bit outstanding from central area but it takes 10 minutes by feet to get to the mrt station and 15-20 minutes on mrt to any of the main attractions. for long stays it’s just a perfect option because neighbourhood has everything for comfortable living if you’ll stay at patchara’s house, send greetings to a woman at reception and guys from verse coffee shop from me🙏🏻

Both the studio and the infinity pool correspond to the photos. The studio is clean and cozy. The host is top class, quick to respond and caring. We took advantage of the host's offer of airport transfer, both check-in and check-out were hassle-free. We recommend it!

Nivit was the best!! He provide us with free shuttle to and from his place to airport. Our flight was rescheduled but he incredibly great and give us place. The room was spacious on the top of the building i feel like in penthouse. it's way beyond my expectations. Definitely will go back to Nivit's place

Felt right at home. It was a lovely place to stay. Super safe with guards at the front gate. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen had everything you could need. WiFi worked great. AND a laundry machine. I would 100% recommend and will stay here again. Thanks Hooray!
