Waterfront vacation rentals in Phnom Penh

Great place to stay! Has everything you need, and the host was kind and attentive!

I was only come to pnom penh to stays at andy’s place, his place give you the experience as if you are someone who lives in a movie. The balcony is my favorite spot. However if you looking place where you can cook while stay it’s not really suite to what you are looking cause the kitchen is not working, but they have washing machine, so you don’t really have to worry about laundry and dirty clothes while you are traveling. Overall it has been nothing but to match my expectation, love it!

We had a great stay here with Juan, he went through the effort of showing us around and even allowed us to check out late! If I’m ever visiting Phnom Phen again, we will 100% be in contact. Thankyou!!

Really enjoyed our stay at this apartment. It was clean and a great base to explore the city. Transport available immediately to access the sites through the Grab app, which the host has recommended we use. The guards and staff on reception were exceptionally pleasant and really great with our 5 year old daughter. The local amenities are plentiful and only a short tuktuk ride to most other areas of the city. The host was extremely helpful and would respond very quickly to anything. Would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone wanting a home away from home in Phnom Penh.

We had a fabulous stay here. The apartment is stylishly decorated and has everything you need for a short or long stay. It's extremely comfortable and has supersoft beds in which you can wake up in to the view of beautiful Mekong River. The complex has pools, a gym and restaurant, with the city only a short and cheap tuk tuk ride away. Juan provided some great places to try. We went to the Indian restaurant and had the best we've had in memory, with huge servings which made for lunch the next day! Juan is my favourite host! Just the loveliest guy who went out of his way to make our trip truly memorable. Huge thanks, Juan and we'll be back! We loved your place and your city ❤️ 🌞

Stunning view, very good value for money, not a big place but for a few nights it’s fine. Host a as very good and friendly. The elevator was very slow! But still overall enjoyable stay

really nice apartment to stay at for a month. internet was great, the host was super helpful. the gym, pool and badminton courts were a great perk (though you have to pay for it, it was very well maintained and never too crowded). the view of the stadium is also really good. grocery stores, sim card store, cafes were all nearby and uber/tuktuks came within 1 min whenever required.

Exactly as pictures. Very clean when checked in. The rooms have good odor. The host is very responsive and helpful in guiding surrounding activities. 5/5
