Vacation rentals with a pool in Phnom Penh

This was honestly one of the best stays I've experienced. The host was amazing. The place was stocked with every possible amenities that a person could need. I would definitely recommend to anyone who travels to phnom Penh. Honestly amazing!

Sarin and Chef Nak were absolutely fantastic hosts! They were super responsive, told us which places to visit within Phnom Penh and also helped us hire a car to get around. One thing to note is that if you plan to go into the city often, the journey can take around 45 mins to an hour, given that the car has to cross a stretch of water by boat ($2 each way). In conversation, we mentioned to Sarin and Chef Nak that we are vegetarian and they were so considerate that they helped us buy fresh vegetables and even prepared a lovely welcome breakfast. Their place was perfect for a short and relaxing getaway, and the house itself was stunning. The only slight drawback was due to the heaters being solar powered, we didn’t really get much hot water for showers. All in all we couldn't have asked for better hosts than Sarin and Chef Nak :)

This is a neat and tidy apartment and located in walking distance to the riverside area and also an AEON mall. We found everything we needed in the apartment to cook simple meals. The cleaning service is very efficient and Eric also provides a water fountain for drinking water. He was responsive and helpful in our communication. The building is new and modern and our kids really enjoyed the playground. The wifi worked really well, the beds were comfortable and linen was good. Overall a good place to stay. The small negatives for us were that the pool was too cold to swim in and the tuk-tuk drivers out the front were trying to overcharge for trips, however neither of these are Eric's fault.

Nice loft apartment in a quieter area of Phnom Penh. You don't hear the street noise from the 16th floor apartment, and there is a nice city view and cool breeze that comes in at this height. There are some decent markets a short walk away, and whatever else we wanted to do was a fairly cheap tuk tuk ride away. The roof top pool was nice, but the gym equipment is honestly quite poor. This was not a big deal as there is a very nice professional gym just down the street that only charges 6000 Riel for a day pass. The electricity for the apartment was cheap, only 21000 real for the week we were there, but the deposit system is not so convenient, maybe consider using the airbnb deposit system instead of having to leave cash then arrange to get money back on departure. Over all really great stay, we will return next time we are in the city.

We had a great stay here. The host was very responsive and helpful. The apartment was very comfortable. The location was nice with shopping in walking distance. And it was cheap and easy to get a tuk tuk to other areas of the city.

We stayed in Sophina’s apartment for 2 months. It was comfortable, clean and convenient. We appreciated the washing machine, rooftop pool and very comfortable bed. It’s in a quieter part of town but there are always tuk tuk right outside so transport was very easy and inexpensive. There are 2.grocery stores nearby and lots of restaurants.

The condo building is good. There is a store downstairs with food, tables and supplies. The gym was great, along with the pool, sauna and steam room. The price for each were $2.00. The condo was super clean, quiet and peaceful. I enjoy being inside and it’s safe. The hallways is clean, but the elevator floor needs to be mopped. The neighbors are quiet, respectful, and peaceful. It’s a nice building to be there and live. I’m really impressed with the quality of people, the building itself and its clean. The kitchen is great with nice dishes. Riding food delivery is easy and quick. I order almost every day. I would book again, when I come back to the area.

The condominium itself is excellent, offering great facilities and a peaceful environment. While the location is a bit far from the city, this actually made it a perfect retreat from the hustle and bustle—very quiet and relaxing. The host was incredibly attentive and always made sure I had everything I needed. I truly enjoyed my time living here and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-equipped place to stay. Thank you for a great experience!
