Jean-Michel was a great host, very quick to respond and resolve any issues we had. The villa was extremely comfortable and the main pool and bar at the complex was great for the family. We would definitely stay again.

Good accommodation for the price, near many good restaurants and tourist attractions. However, I do only recommend for a short stay and if it’s within your budget. So busy with many tourists

Extremely happy for the place, location, restaurants, and the host. It is rare for a residence on a beachfront, it is very well located within Laguna area which has all the 5-star hotels around meaning you will never run out of restaurants from breakfast until dinner or if you wanna cook this place equipped with awesome kitchen appliances and ample space. The balcony with see through swimming pool blend in with the ocean is a great relaxing view from the living room. There is cleaner and pool maintenance every the other day which keep the room clean and tidy. Our overall experience has been great from the beginning until end of our trip. We already thinking to come back again already :)

Beautiful stay, peaceful and comfortable

Oleg was a fantastic host, nothing was too much trouble at all, always checking in to see how I was going and if I needed anything, from making sure cleaners had been and linen was changed. The apartment is in a great location, close to the beach, Canal Village and Boat Avenue! If I return to Bang Tao I wouldn’t hesitate in staying at Skypark again! Thank you Oleg 😊

Amazing host who was very responsive, accommodating and generous! Lovely location in the heart of Patong within easy walking distance of Bangla Rd and Patong Beach. Yet the property feels quiet and secluded with lush vegetation. Beautiful room with all the amenities you would need. Highly recommend this property for your next stay in Phuket!

The house matches the listing description perfectly. Everything was clean and the quiet and efficient air conditioning. The kitchen is very large but just deserves to be a little better equipped. The location suited us and that's what we were looking for but for guests it may seem a little secluded and it is necessary to have a car to go shopping, to the restaurant or just to move around the island. The host was very responsive and communication was very easy. The beds are comfortable. I would recommend this place which was very nice and thank the host. 🙏

Patrick's place was amazing. The views were incredible, the property was very clean, and he helped provide us transportation to and from the airport. Patrik was responsive and had cleaning staff come every other day of our stay to do laundry, clean the bathrooms, and tidy up. I would recommend this place for your stay in Phuket.

The unit is located in a resident area, quiet and nearby one of the weekend night markets and some convenient stores. Everything is just same as the photos and very clean as well! It is perfect for a small group of people. The owner is super helpful as well! One and only downside is that the toilet has a strong odor after flushing, likely due to an issue with the drainage system in Phuket.

Nice and spacious house with a lovely outdoor space, nature, and a swimming pool. The house has everything you need, perfect for working remotely. The hosts are super nice and friendly people. They were always willing to help and provided us with everything we needed. We enjoyed living here — definitely a place to come back to!

Christophe’s place is ideal for a group of 3-4 people, or for two couples or friends wanting to stay together. The view from the balcony is stunning, and we enjoyed it every day. The balcony itself is amazing, with comfortable chairs and an outdoor dining table—perfect for meals with a view. Christophe was an excellent communicator, always clear and readily available whenever we needed him. There’s a bus stop nearby, along with a local fruit market, Big C supermarket, Kamala Beach, and more, so it’s easy to find whatever you need. The room was stocked with plenty of towels for our stay, and there were lots of utensils available, enough for the whole family. The building’s pool is spacious and well-maintained. Overall, I highly recommend Christophe’s place for a relaxing staycation. Just a note: if you’re planning to visit Patong or Central Phuket, it’s around 7-15 kms from this place, Bolt taxis are available and cost about 200 Thai baht.

I STRONGLY recommend this accommodation. The host was really friendly, quick to respond, and she handled complicated tasks and demands calmly and quickly, so I was able to adapt quickly to unfamiliar places. And also, the bed and sofa are very fluffy and comfortable. The pool is also perfect, and I have never seen any bugs in the accommodation. The blackout curtains are perfect for a good night's sleep at all times, and I have never seen a Wi-Fi connection cut off. I can't describe how comfortable this accommodation is, in any words. I highly recommend this accommodation.

We enjoyed our stay. Very clean, quiet, secure location with beautiful sunset views. Everything was as expected.There are parking attendants available and they are very helpful. Convenient 711 just a short distance away. I definitely recommend this location if you want a quiet, slow paced,relaxing stay. The deck is awesome, plenty of space,excellent outdoor furniture and a gorgeous view.Marc was very responsive and made sure we had all the info needed to make our stay enjoyable. Just a note, if you have limited mobility, there are many stairs to negotiate to the condo and the pool. They are wide, safe and secure, but could prove difficult if stairs are a problem for you. Our guests and I had no problems and some were seniors. Just know there are many stairs.

It was a great place to stay in Patong with unbelievable amazing views. My only complaints are that the Jacuzzi tub water wasn't hot enough and the master bedroom sink drain leaked a little bit down to a floor drain. Housekeeping was excellent. It's basically a penthouse suite and we had a great time.

Guy’s Apt is a lovely quiet gem in the center of Phuket town, close to the biggest malls and supermarkets. 711 is one-minute away. We’d love to stay here again. It’s better to rent a car or scooter though.
