Please make sure to read the details and guidelines before making a reservation. HI, thank you for your interest in my place. Please note that my location is not near the beach. This neighborhood is quite peaceful and not very lively. I recommend having your own vehicle, as it’s about 2 kilometers from the main road. In the area, there are convenient stores nearby, such as Lotus, Makro, and 7-Eleven. It’s about 5-10 mins by car.

I booked quite spontaneously because I went diving in Khao Lak/Similans and really liked my two weeks here. The Check-in was easy and convenient, the room is very clean and spacious and feels like great value for the money. The WiFi works well, great restaurants are only a couple of minutes away and you can book a laundry service in the hotel. Would absolutely stay again!

Great place and location to lots of stores and restaurants. 15 minute walk to the beach. Staff are very friendly. There’s a 1000 baht deposit but you get it back when they check the room. I would highly suggest this place if you’re staying in Kata!

I was very satisfied with my stay. I needed a break, I stayed there 5 nights before going to the Surin Islands and I went back one night after returning from the archipelago. The location won't be for everyone, but the setting and thet there don't make me regret my choice. The staff is very nice, helpful and smiling. They always asked me what I wanted to do during the day and were happy to help me get there. I was really immersed in Thai culture, being the only tourist, and it was great. Breakfast is included and VERY generous. The beach which is a few km away is really very pleasant and offers beautiful sunsets. In short, if you want to spend a few days away from mass tourism and in an authentic place, this is the place for you!

One of the best locations in Patong. Mere seconds from the beach. Beautiful rooftop pool. Very nice and clean rooms. Friendly staff. Only things to flag are the WiFi in one of the buildings is very, very poor and and while the breakfast is free, it’s average at best. All in all, I’d say money well spent and I would recommend staging. If WiFi is important, ask to stay in the second, bigger building with the rooftop pool.

its central location is a great advantage, the sea and the bazaar are within walking distance. There was no noise at bedtime at night, a quiet apartment building in itself. Mr. Serdar was very helpful, most of the time, we ate at his restaurant, too, and it was unforgettable for us that he brought the food order to the door on an extreme rainy day. The apartment was very successful as in the pictures.

There are three great things about Jamie’s place: 1. Great view from the balcony. 2. A short 100 yard walk from the door, down lots of steps to the beautiful beach and good places to eat & drink 3. Peaceful, private accommodation 4. Good value 5 . Basic old furniture but very clean and tidy. If you have mobility issues and/or your balance isn’t so good then this isn’t the place for you. The steps inside the little house are a little tricky to negotiate - bedroom with balcony is top floor, refrigerator/kitchen sink/food prep area/shower/toilet are on the lower floor. So… going to the loo in the night time when you’re just woke up and feeling groggy needs extra care. It’s tricky if you’re not confident with your balance . Be careful. There are about 100 steps from the road up to Jamie’s place, which makes is wonderfully private. It can also leave you out of breath. Travel light cos you’ll have to carry those bags up and down those steps. I loved the place and will happily rebook!

The stay was amazing! My partner and I had a wonderful time in the room - very cute and quaint unit. The room itself was clean and the bathroom was well kept. The one downside to the room was the view out the balcony. Location-wise, the accomodation was not hard to find - situated in a small alley by the street. There are a lot of food options just on the road outside! Thank you to the hosts for being really friendly as well! It was very easy to communicate with them through our stay. Thanks again for hosting us!

The cottage with pool is privately located with a private entrance. The owner and his wife are quite friendly and helpful and can help you with activities nearby. The road with most restaurants is a 15 minute walk, but you can also use a scooter from the owner. You can get breakfast what they bring to the cottage and during the day you can also order good food via a message for a reasonable price. It was wonderfully quiet sleeping on a good bed and the shower was good too. We slept here for 3 nights and had a wonderful time. If we go to Kao Sok again we will definitely book here again!! Thank you for the hospitality and good service!!
