We had an excellent stay. Check in instructions were clear and they let us store baggage after checkout for a few hours. The house was clean and had lots of natural light and space. The location was terrific — walking distance to old quarter and French quarter. Would definitely recommend

It is one of the best apartments that I ever saw at AirBNB. It is decorated with such love and style. It is very cosy , clean, spacious and it’s got everything you will need for a long stay. The neighborhood is great too - lots of local restaurants (there is even a Michelin Star Restaurant nearby- it is absolutely great - it’s called Xoi Com). The Hanoi metro station and Rapid Bus station is nearby. The hosts are very friendly and always online to help you. The wi fi speed is great.

Binh was cery responsive to our queries and was very helpful. The apartment was spacious and had all that we needed. Great location too!

Great place, matching the description, proactive and friendly host

Hang's place was a dream. The apartment was in a quiet location in Hanoi but you could easily go to the Old Quarter in a few minutes via Grab. A couple of nice restaurants downstairs, there's a supermarket and a convenience store, so you really don't have to worry about getting hungry or getting quick stuff for your needs. There's an outdoor and indoor pool, a gym and a nice park. More importantly, Hang is a joy of a host. She responds fast, makes great recommendations. She even assisted me in booking for a dinner place for Christmas Eve and in getting a van to go to the airport. Her place is beautiful. And my kids and I would love to return to this place once we're back in Hanoi. Highly recommended!

Unbeknownst to us the Hanoi section of our Southeast Asia trip was scheduled during the preparation for Tet, the Lunar New Year celebration..What a treat to walk down the street connected to our alley!! It was jam packed with people, motorbikes, food and flower vendors and all things red!! This place is situated in the Old Quarter and most things we wanted to do were easily within walking distance. The spiral staircase leading up to the fourth floor/third bedroom was picture worthy. Be sure to take one while you’re at the top looking down on someone in your party who is looking up from the main level. I was disappointed that the washing machine was on the rooftop level as we had laundry to do but the stairway leading up to it is steep and narrow. Not ideal. The rooftop is also the area that is pictured so beautifully in the Airbnb photos but again, due to the stairway, we did not use it. Overall, however, we would stay there again.

A well-located home for visiting the old town. Very well located for the bus from the airport. The shower is very hot and the bed is comfortable. Good value for money.

Everything worked really well for us. Fabulous location, comfortable place. Communication was excellent. The stairs are steep, but we did not mind.

The place is as beautiful as the listing photos, just be careful if you're bringing elderly, because the stair is a bit steep, but the rest is nice and comfortable; you get two separate private bedroom, each with its own bathroom, and there's living room and kitchen where you can gather with your friends to talk or cook. It's nicely located too, you can walk around the block and there are various stores, cafes, and restaurants, and it's not to far from many of the city's landmarks too. Lastly, the two hosts are very prompt with responding to your inquiries and very helpful with all the question I have.

This was a great find for the price. Tung was very responsive and friendly, a great host! The location was wonderful. There was a lot to do within walking distance. The place was very clean. We had an excellent time and would absolutely come back to stay. I highly recommend it.

This property is perfect for groups looking to stay in the heart of Hanoi, right on Beer Street. With three apartments and five queen beds, it comfortably fits up to 10 people. The washrooms are clean with great hot water, and the location is unbeatable—close to restaurants, attractions, and all the action. The highlight of our stay was the host, Rosie, who was incredibly responsive and helpful, making the experience seamless. A couple of things to note: 1. Noise: Being in the center of the action, it’s not ideal if you want a quiet stay. 2. Steep Stairs: The stairs are steep, so they may not suit families with small children. Our kids (all above 8) managed fine. Overall, it’s an excellent choice for short-term stays and groups wanting to enjoy Hanoi’s vibrant atmosphere!

Three things I value the most: 1. The host is very supportive and responsive, making our trip super convenient. 2. The location is very close to Hoan Kiem Lake and Pho Co. We can explore Hanoi without having to take a taxi. 3. The host connected us to a transportation company so that we can go to Noi Bai airport with very reasonable price.

It felt just like home:comfortable, clean, and truly wonderful. Hong was always proactive and communicated with kindness, going out of their way to accommodate us. The neighborhood was incredibly safe, and with a lake right in front of the property, evening strolls were delightful. This is definitely a place we’d love to stay at again! Absolutely loved my time here! I had my taxi drop me off at Mia's Cafe from the airport and was met there to be taken to the apartment for the first time. Everything was so great and easy after that, a truly lovely space, lovely balcony, and always easy to communicate. The neighborhood is fabulous, lively but outside the chaos of the Old Quarter. Good busses and neighborhoods in walking distance as well. Overall a fabulous stay, and I wouldn't hesitate to book again.

I had pleasure of staying at this lovely apartment. The place is clean. It had a cozy and warm atmosphere. The furniture was comfortable, and the living room was huge, as we had 3 kids with us and they have enough space for playing. There was also a kids playground on the ground floor. The building was safe, as there are security guard even druing the night. We had no trouble getting to the place at 2AM when we checked in. Ha was very responsive and helpful with any questions I had.

Conveniently located nearby on Japan Street, many restaurants.And there is a supermarket downstairs, and it is also convenient for shopping to cook your own meals.

We loved this apartment! The location was great and allowed us to walk to everything in the Old Quarter while giving us a quiet space to go to at night away from some of the hustle and bustle of Hanoi. Our host was outstanding and extremely responsive. They also helped arrange airport transportation which was seamless and so helpful! We will be back here again when we return to Hanoi.
