Manuela’s apartment in Augsburg was perfect! She was a friendly and flexible host, making check-in easy. The location is fantastic, with a supermarket and bakery right across the street, plus public transport nearby. The apartment was spacious, spotless, and fully equipped, including a private garage. We highly recommend staying here and would love to return!

We had a great stay in the apartment with our 2 children (2 and 4 years). And there was nothing missing. The place is super small and quiet. In 10 minutes walk there is an enormous playground. But there are also great possibilities in the apartment: a large fleet in the barn (bobby car, leafbikes, etc), as well as a really great stilt house with plenty of toys. There were many board games (for the elderly) and you could have taken books to read too. In the garden, which is completely accessible, there were play equipment and everything was in very good condition. The apartment was clean and stocked with everything you might need.

Incredible, great price for all the possibilities

We had a wonderful week at Philipp’s place. Stylish and comfortable and easy to get to where we needed to go. Philipp was a great host - friendly and helpful and made it easy to get in and around. We would absolutely stay here again!

Maria and Joachim were very nice to meet us at the train station as we took the wrong train in the wrong direction, sorry to make them wait for an hour!Thanks so much for driving us back to the morning train after check out! There is everything in the house, any questions, Maria is very welcoming and will come and help quickly.It is very quiet in the small countryside where the house is located.We are very comfortable. Most convenient is that a car from the owner's house can be rented for a beautiful price.

Communication and service were great

The best thing about this accommodation is its host, Martin. So nice and kind young man who made our stay wonderful and made us feel like we were in our home. Martin's home is beautiful, comfortable, stylishly arranged and very clean. It have beautiful garden which gives you a place to fully enjoy in the nature and sun, while the spa center a minute away, gives this home six stars. There are many shops and cafes in the area, and it takes half an hour to get to the center of Munich. Visit Martins ovely home and enjoy as a king. I know we will soon again. I’ve written reviews of Adrian’s place before but it’s worth repeating that he’s is a wonderful host, and the place suits my needs perfectly.

From the moment we met Patrick and Amelie, they were very personable and welcoming. They walked us through the entire house, which exceeded our expectations and was even better than the pictures on the website. The location is very close to the train station, with great access to local amenities throughout the Munich area such as restaurants and Oktoberfest. They gave us great recommendations such as the Deutsches museum and their favorite restaurants, and transportation to get there. The beautiful balcony sitting off the edge of the kitchen was something we used every day. A really nice touch was that upon arriving, they offered us a bottle of wine and snacks. We immediately felt right at home. Highly recommend staying here!

Gerhard is an amazing host. He made us breakfast each morning. He was very polite and gave recommendations for the Oktoberfest. I would love to book again when I return!

Great place to stay and even better host!

We had a great week stay at the location. Three days of business, four days of tourism. It was conveniently located near my meetings, and the train down to the tourist area (and everywhere else in Munich) was within walking distance from the house. The house had a great living room, kitchen, and there were nice rooms on the second and third floor. (I would not recommend this for folks with mobility issues since it has a staircase that is almost a spiral staircase). The room on the third floor bed would have been tight for two people, but was perfect for me, the second floor bedroom was perfect for two. The host was super responsive and let us check in early and stay late at no extra charge. Check out was simple. We received local recommendations, and enjoyed our stay. If you are staying in hot weather, be forewarned that there isn't air conditioning and the third floor can be warm. It ended up being cool, and I was able to open up the windows so it was pleasant.

Daniela is very friendly and helpful. She even offered to pick me up from the train station.

Very nice house and Manuela is an excellent host. The place it isn't close to the center but it is well connected with the public transportation in every time of the day. Manuela gave us a lot of information on the activities we wanted to do and she's very friendly

Manuel made me feel extremely welcome before even arriving, very flexible check in as well as great (and friendly!) communication all round. The place was one of the nicest I have stayed!! Very clean and spacious area with a comfortable bed and lounging area with TV and Netflix! Even offered plates/cutlery which I used for my much needed hangover food. Manuel was extremely proactive in helping me with directions to Wiesn and gave me plenty of options and suggestions on how to get there! Couldn’t be happier with my stay and glad I had such a great experience.

Reiko is incredibly service minded and has a great home for 4 people. Nothing was missing, and Reiko was quick to respond if we asked anything. The only thing we missed was air conditioning in one of the rooms when it got incredibly hot. We would definitely recommend his place to others.

The stay was great! Everything is very clean and tidy. The private room and bathroom are really nicely furnished, as is the rest of the apartment, which you can use. The garden is fantastic and invites you to relax together with the pool. The two hosts also make this very good, great recommendations and quick and easy to reach. Both warm and open people who made me feel very welcome and comfortable. I recommend the place to everyone and would love to come back.
