Family-friendly vacation rentals in Peyrat-le-Château

Sophie and Dominique are very responsive and very pleasant. We also enjoyed the service with clean rooms, the beds made nothing to repeat on cleaning. The grounds are also very well maintained. Many activities in the house, swimming pool, forest walk bocce court and the little extra is the golf course.. We had a pleasant time in the house with a quiet and very refreshing environment. We recommend this place.

Very nice stay with friends with children. There is everything you need in the garden to occupy both young and old! You will surely enjoy better summer or spring from the outside but a small midnight hot tub in this cool time was very friendly. Tom is responsive if you need information about the space.

Great stay at Tuija's! Very responsive upon arrival (we could not find the keys to the garage, problem resolved very quickly and warmly remotely) as well as upon our departure. Very well arranged and equipped accommodation, clean, comfortable bedding. We recommend! Special mention PMR: Only 1 step for access to the grounds, then 1 to access the house. With a removable ramp, access is good, and the space in the house allows wheelchair traffic (1 of the 2 bathrooms with toilet and accessible shower).

For what was a budget friendly stay for us we were happy with the accommodation and it’s facilities. The hot tub was perfect to enjoy at any time of the day and was totally private. Our dog Merlin had plenty of space to explore the gardens and plenty of beautiful walks nearby. Although we were there out of season, there was still many things in the local area to do. We highly recommend visiting Chamberet to hire some electric bikes and tour the wonderful scenery. Seems to be lots of English in the area which meant many restaurants/places of interest had English speakers. Although not essential for us, it could be beneficial for future guests whom may struggle with the French language. We only had one negative to our experience and it was that the double bed wasn’t at all comfortable. Although, we appreciate for some, the hard spring mattress may be exactly what they like. Never the less, we spend the rest of our stay on the two single beds instead which were a little better for us.

A lovely gite in a wonderful rural location but with good road access for exploring the area. A really well equipped kitchen and as we like to cook when on holiday this was especially appreciated. Nice downstairs space in particular with simply the best woodburner we have seen. Very responsive and friendly relaxed hosts. Recommended all round.

Great house for 2 families, perfect for what we wanted. Lots of seating areas, kitchen was really well equipped. Pool and hot tub awesome. Nearby lake is good for beach and water sports. Hosts were great and gave good recommendation for a food festival in a nearby town. The house is in a very peaceful location, surrounded by countryside, which was great most of the time but if you want restaurants or activities it’s a drive. I would recommend the house though as it’s really well set up for a week with friends or family.

Extremely pleasant 15-day stay, in a really exceptional environment. We loved this garden, which we walked several times a day. Each time we made discoveries! The proximity to animals was great. Gite located 7 km from the 1st store, so no constraints on this side. We will return without hesitation!

Staying with longtime friends, spacious house with a very family atmosphere, between the activity room in the attic, the garden, the courtyard and the large cozy common space open to the kitchen, everyone found their way. We had a good time around the table with good meals (super well-equipped and well-designed kitchen), good evening listening to music chatting on the covered terrace, nice day strolling through the garden or participating in our Trochiades (dart contest, table tennis and Mortelư 11) The bedrooms in a row, just like the lobby with all the lined coat racks had a taste of a holiday camp, it was very nice to us! The beds are comfortable and the duvets cozy. Cheers to the holidays!

A very clean house and with a Creusois charm quite like Arpeix, a place of rest. A wood burning stove on arrival , intoxicating warmth and soft materials that make the space a warm cocoon. A natural setting nearby and a just pleasant and wild calm at the same time ... Great place

This home lives up to the listing. We had a pleasant stay at 4 and René is very friendly, giving us all the information we need (nearby activities, restaurants, ...). The area is secluded enough to be quiet and at the same time close to the lake for walks. Great experience, recommended.

We had an excellent week at Laurence's place. The cottage is very nice, with lots of charm. The accommodation is very clean, and well arranged. The outside is beautiful, quiet, with many spaces to settle in and enjoy the calm. The pool and trampoline delighted the kids. Laurence is very nice, always available, she shared her little gems with us in the area. Perfect stay!

House and host at the top and true to the description, we had a lovely time in this beautiful property with everything available . Bedroom and bathroom largely sufficient and clean for 15-20 people. Quiet and super nice place to spend a great weekend as a group.

Nicolas's house is a little paradise😊 a haven of peace. We stayed there as a family and all were delighted, we were guided by Patrick who is adorable and responsive to any request. We'll be happy to go back.

Perfect location for us, nice garden for the dogs (although not secure). Charming old cottage had everything we needed for a relaxing holiday.

Great stay at Renata's! Even better than in the photos, the house is well equipped, magnificent gardens and views of the valley, beautiful swimming pool, the best game room for children as well as outdoor games (cabin, swing, hammock, ping pong...) really has everything you need! Nearby activities, Hautefort castle, Lascaux cave, hook branches... Renata is a very friendly woman, attentive and understanding, I recommend it without hesitating!
