Danielle's cottage has been lovingly restored and was a comfortable place to spend with my three brothers. Late October was a great time to be on Ratigan Lake with heavy mists in the morning, sunsets at nights and geese on the water, The fireplace is particularly inviting and the dining table is a great place for meals and gaming.

We had an absolutely amazing time at Shandora's place for Thanksgiving! The place is gorgeous and I constantly found myself looking at the brand of everything from the towels to the kitchenware because I wanted to buy something similar for my home! Everything is so cozy and you can tell Shandora puts her personal touch into the entire place. Everything is so well thought out with tons of outlets/usb plug-ins in the bedrooms, plenty of extra sheets/blankets/towels, and all the kitchenware you would need to cook anything. The fridge is HUGE and has a built in water dispenser and self-filling water pitcher. The living room is great with lots of seating options, an easy to operate gas fireplace, and a large TV with lots of apps. Shandora is an amazing host and answered my questions right away and was kind enough to allow us to have a little bit of a later checkout. Couldn't recommend this place more and would love to come back and stay again!

We feel so fortunate to have found this beautiful home, spacious enough for our kids, their spouses and our grandchildren! The kitchen is so well stocked with not only everything you’ll need for cooking, but also with spices and condiments! We will not hesitate to book this home again! Ben was so responsive to my questions and his communication was great! No complaints about this beautiful rental!

This was our first trip to Michigan, and Jason’s Airbnb was the quinessential experience; tasteful and unique touches of Michigan were present in decor or in local sourced treats like Michigan produced Maple Syrup. The property…wow, is right on the lake. The deck extends out over the water giving you the sense you’re on a boat. It was immaculate and the owners make sure you have everything you need for an amazing time on the lake. My personal favorite was firewood for the fire pit and all the ingredients for a smore. Jason was prompt and courteous in his communication. Check in and out was easy. The community was welcoming and there are things to do within walking distance: bowling, boating, restaurants. We would definitely return.

Absolutely AMAZING A-Frame Cabin. It has everything you need for a weekend away. Host was super responsive and friendly. A dream location for sure!
