Natalia was very helpful. I booked on the day of check in. She was responsive, helpful and patient. The apartment was warm, quiet and comfortable. Natalia made sure I was able to find everything easily for and told me about in town activities. There were even Christmas lights on the balcony, a lovely touch since it was Santa Day weekend.

The overall vibe was amazing and very unique. We loved the kitchen set up, the beds were very comfortable and the projector for watching movies was absolutely amazing! A perfect place to stay to explore downtown Port Hope.

Jay was an amazing host! We was Very accommodating to our earlier arrival. When we got there we had WiFi issues and he said someone over immediately to fix it. The home is SUPER clean and well stocked with everything you need. Jay's communication is amazing. I HIGHLY recommend this Airbnb. We will be back soon. We had an unfortunate cancellation with another host due to a storm and found Nicole's listing and got it booked on the same day. Despite the short notice, Nicole made sure that everything was in order at the time of check-in. The rooms and common spaces were very spacious and my partner along with our pups had a very comfortable stay after a long drive. The yard was a big bonus for the dogs too! We had to miss out on the hot tub but it sure looked enticing to dip in. The neighborhood was quiet as well. As the house is shared, we did hear the upstairs folks as they walked around but not disruptive enough to take away from the relaxing stay. Overall it was a great, homey vibe!

I stayed at Marika's for a month and she was very responsive and accommodating. We had a few conversations during my stay, and I found her to be friendly and genuinely concerned for my well-being. The living room/bedroom combination is private, but the rest of the space is not. However, that was not a problem. I would definitely stay there again, if need be, and would recommend Marika and her place to others.

I had a fantastic stay at this condo! The space was clean, modern, and exactly as described—actually even better in person. The bed was super comfortable, and I really appreciated the thoughtful touches like extra towels, coffee, and some local recommendations. The location was perfect, close to everything but still quiet and relaxing. The host was amazing—responsive, friendly, and clearly cared about making sure everything went smoothly. Check-in was a breeze, and they even checked in to make sure I had everything I needed after I arrived. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay.

My stay at Louis’s place was just perfect. First of all, the location is great in so many ways: it is facing a a center than has everything from a grocery store, restaurants, a pharmacy, and a nail salon so it was very easy for me to find whatever I needed and not worry about travelling long distances. It is also very close to the train and bus station, with many close bus stops as well. In addition, it is walking distance from the Ontario Shores psychitaric hospital, which is where I was working, so that made everything much easier. It is fully equipped, especially the kitchen if you’re someone who likes to cook, and is very clean and tidy. The neighbourhood is very beautiful, safe and quiet and is very close to the lake. Louis is also very helpful and quick to respond and is always ready to help with whatever I needed. I highly recommend Louis’s place if you’re planning to stay in Whitby.

Jason's place was wonderful, big, bright, clean and scenic view on top of that. Would highly recommend
