Absolutely positive note for the host and his family, who are committed to offering us all their help for any need or questions about the best activities to do in the area. The house itself fully respected what its description here on the platform presented, not at all taken for granted according to my past experiences. The village where the property is located is very quiet, ideal as a base to rest after doing physical activities in the surroundings like us (trekking, snow sports, evening explorations of nearby towns like Scanno). Overall, we were very satisfied with the entire experience, so we feel we can recommend it with full marks 🙂

Gabriele and his wife are two very kind and wonderful people for their availability and attention. Fabiola's home is perfect for us looking for comfort but also practicality. It is small but cozy and absolutely nothing is missing to spend a stay and feel at home. The cleanliness was excellent, and the bed, despite being a sofa bed, is comfortable and comfortable. Super soft sheets and duvet. The thoughtful decor makes it clear that Fabiola cares about his guests. This is also shown by his constant availability and promptness in answering every question. The house is located in a beautiful viewpoint and is very close to many paths and walks. We easily found parking on the main street even though it was partying. We recommend it!

Fantastic stay with great character

Alessandro is a super helpful, friendly and very responsive host. The apartment is easy to find, clean and equipped with any comfort: kettle, coffee maker, herbal teas, pots and dishes. Suitable for both short and long stays. Close to the slopes of Monte Pratello and other villages in the area. Super super recommended!

The apartment is very nice, warm and welcoming. A few minutes walk from the center, small supermarket nearby and facilities minutes away. We always found a place for the car near the house.

Five days were too little compared to the experience of staying in this relaxing and restorative paradise in a fairytale, quiet and quiet context... exactly what I was looking for! I found it after a careful search and I have to say that it was ideal from the listing, once I arrived I could see that it perfectly met my expectations! The structure is very clean, very tidy, modern and complete with everything, there is really nothing missing from the amenities to the surprises left by the owners in the kitchen, which you don't expect and that you really appreciate :) Very kind and helpful hosts who thank you so much for your hospitality. The (beautiful) pool may seem like the differentiating element, but in reality the real plus is the largest balcony overlooking a green expanse of the super peaceful fields. Thanks to the type of stay I spent here I can start working completely rested and relaxed again, I will be back as soon as I can !

Wednesday, your place is all about detail. Every little thing is in the right place, and that combined with the nicest view and authentic garden made for a wonderful stay. When we return to Italy, we will make the detour to stay with you again.

The house is located a short walk from the center of roundabouts, equipped with all the comforts, super working heating and hot water, two well-finished bathrooms. Absolutely wonderful stay! Alessandro went above and beyond with thoughtful suggestions for local excursions. He helped us discover some hidden gems we never would have found on our own. The property itself was quaint, cozy, and comfortable, everything we hoped for and more. We truly felt at home from the moment we arrived. If we’re ever back in the area, we’d return in a heartbeat. I recommend Alessandro’s place while staying in Pacentro. It has plenty of space and a very strong wifi connection, which accommodated my remote work schedule. It is conveniently located to everything you would want to see in Pacentro.

Raffaella, is a wonderful host. She is very nice and will give you advice and help. The house is very clean, nice, with a wonderful panorama from the terrace. it is an ideal base for exploring this part of Italy. I highly recommend it and hope to return there someday.

Beautiful, bright, large and comfortable house. Even outside large spaces. We felt at home with all the comforts. In each room there is a television, beyond the large bedrooms also the shared spaces such as kitchen (huge), living room and veranda.

Monica was an exemplary host: kind, shrewd and helpful! Her home was wonderful, large, cozy and tidy, with spaces for leisure and relaxation such as the pool and the hobby room with barbecue perfect for me and my friends! A unique experience and, we all hope, soon repeatable!

Stefano's apartment is perfect for those who plan to spend a few days of tranquility in a beautiful part of Abruzzo, in the middle of the Gran Sasso park. Spacious, fully equipped, clean, with a garden overlooking the surrounding mountains. The apartment is perfect for families, even with small children. The added value of this apartment is definitely the hospitality of Stefano and his family. Stefano's father, Dino, welcomed me and my family as fraternal friends, giving excellent advice on the area and even helping us with the housekeeping (on several occasions, even early in the morning, he helped me light the fireplace). Stefano even brought us some great meat from the butcher shop where he works. In short, perfect accommodation and incredible hospitality! When we go to Abruzzo, we will definitely return to this home!

We loved our stay here. The apartment is just like the pictures — tons of character that fit Guardiagrele perfectly. The bathrooms are beautiful and well renovated, the kitchen is functional but the appliances could be updated (we made it work just fine), the bedrooms are huge with lots of storage. You couldn’t ask for a better location. We had two toddlers with us and I was worried it may be noisy in the piazza but it wasn’t an issue at all. The church bells are right outside the window but it added to the experience. Ginerva was wonderful and extremely responsive. Highly recommend!
