Beautiful cottage in the mountains near Simbruini, great for hiking day trips exploring the area. The only thing nicer than the view was the wonderful hospitality of Annamaria and Domenico!

What can I say, everything was perfect. Gaia is a very helpful and kind girl. The cabin is super cute and has everything you need. The best choice for those who want to spend a few days in peace and quiet in close contact with friends and family. I will definitely be back even in the milder seasons.

We only stayed a weekend but it was enough to appreciate the location, a real cozy and functional gem, Riccardo and Emanuela are two splendid and kind people, for those who are not experts in the area it is perfect, you can reach the facilities on foot but still stay away from the confusion, to go to the village you need a car but it is 5 minutes, the building is very well organized, the house is very warm, a tip for those who have to go in winter, the ski pass must be done online to avoid unnecessary queues at the ticket office by downloading it directly on site by passing the QR code to the vending machine. Special thanks to the kindness and helpfulness of the hosts who we hope to meet again also to have a coffee together.

One night, with a child and a dog. The hostess was friendly and considerate of our dog. She gave us tips for the area. The facility corresponds to the description and the place was clean. We were offered breakfast. However, I would still like to mention the following: The neighbors' free-range dogs might have bothered us, but only during a longer stay - with our own dog. (Walks with dogs are only possible to a limited extent here) Plus point: Parking right in front of the property is possible. Overall, we were really satisfied! Thanks!

Beautiful place in nature and in full relaxation if you want to unplug a few days. The cabin is equipped with everything you need to spend a pleasant stay both romantic and with friends. Francesco is a great landlord who welcomed us with a nice aperitif and was available to all our requests. There are various trails and paths for nice excursions nearby. Absolutely positive experience!

we were looking for a refuge, in a detoxifying place and this is what we found. welcoming, comfortable and surrounded by mountain nature. Eufrasia is a nice and attentive person. The experience was beautiful and is recommended for those looking for tranquility, nature, meditation and relaxation.

The apartment in Alessia's chalet is ideal for those who, although a three-minute drive from the center of Pescasseroli, are looking for tranquility and space to perhaps walk their dogs. The highlight of the house is the living room and its giant fireplace, which of course we used every evening to grill the excellent local meats. The kitchen is small but essential. In the sleeping area, the underfloor heating is very comfortable. The rooms are a little small, two people are fine, four people are cramped. The caretaker was kind and also brought us firewood.

Hands down one of the best places I have ever stayed at. Being an architects I was intrigued by the log cabin, had to check it out. It was beautiful, a lot of love when into this building. It was incredibly well appointed,can’t think of anything it lacked. It’s the kind of place where you just want to hang out and do nothing. I booked two days and ended up staying four,or was it five. I was traveling by motorcycle and had to change my arrival time, not a problem and then Justyna let me stay past check out time until the weather. Beautiful view down the valley and very peaceful.
