The property is from the grandparents' home. Federica conveys this passion and keeps it tidy and clean. In summer you need air conditioning in the room. Very satisfied with the cozy and clean place. Federica is very helpful. Practically downtown. Great for visiting local places.

Great place to stay in Lanciano

We enjoyed our stay in the elegant room in a historical palazzo on the main square of one of the most beautiful towns in Italy, with a wonderful view to the town square and the stunning mountains beyond, not to mention the view from the communal terrace on the other side, "a room with a view" indeed in Italy! The room itself was of palatial style and dimension, with stylish décor. Everything was very clean. The delicious coffee and brioche in the morning was also provided in a welcoming and friendly manner across the main square. There was helpful information about the surroundings from eating out to attractions, not to mention complimentary chocolates and sweets laid out in the lounge. The place was well heated for the cold winter it happened to be. The WIFI worked perfectly.

A beautiful and brand new place, in a very convenient location to reach is close to the city center, also reachable on foot, taking a pleasant walk. Elio and his wife were very kind and very attentive to all our needs. Highly recommended

Awesome! Gianni was super attentive! He communicated proactively and even offered us a larger room, for the same reservation. A typical Italian breakfast was included: brioche and coffee! The B&B has been renovated and is sensational! breathtaking views. Tks, Gianni!
