I think the pool could be a little bigger because of the great room capacity but it was fine 👍 We don't catch any bugs... q it was my biggest concern for being a field. We will definitely be back 😊

The house is very comfortable, fairly large rooms, with WiFi and TV in almost all rooms. The grill area and pool are really nice. The house had everything. The condominium was very well organized, it had everything.

A large and very, very nice house! The location is great and very safe, a spectacular and very clean beach. The people in charge of cleaning and maintenance are very friendly and reliable: Everything was very clear, safe, comfortable and we also ate delicious food. Thanks for all the recommendations. Peaceful and private, each lodge has its own private areas and pools. The restaurant and bar closes at 6pm, but the staff are happy to help organise deliveries and transportation as needed.

The place was wonderful, all relentless, full of details that made the place completely beautiful. The lady was delayed in answering for the app, but then after having her contact in wpp, everything was fine. 100% recommended

The home is truly a gem. From the moment we arrived we were greeted by a beautiful property with pristine views, mountains, the gorgeous pool and everything else we could've imagined! The home was equipped with everything we could possibly ask for, the kitchen, the bathrooms, and everythings else. Extra beddings, pillows and what not. Prior to our arrival, we wanted help with a private chef, tours, and local attractions, the host kindly set us up with everything and helped us like a personal concierge. Whenever we needed something, whether a minor issue, or more local advice, we were answered immediately and communicated with amazingly. I truly have no words to say but thank you! We will always be grateful for making our trip to Peru a memorable experience!

We had a great stay at Paul’s house. It is everything the photos suggest and more. From the architecture to the furnishings, everything is perfect. The location is very private and you will likely have as much private beach as you could want. We would spend our time outside on the deck, in the pool, grilling, walking the beach and then retreat to the wonderful climate-controlled interior to sleep. The staff is amazing and very attentive to any request. I highly recommend visiting this corner of the world and staying at Paul’s place.

Casa AYA is stunning! It's a house that has an energy that makes you vibrate and live a dream! The architecture and decoration make every corner unique. The spaces are huge, and the comfort of the house makes you live a few days of luxury. Infinite thanks to our dear Eva, who made our stay perfect. He got everything we needed and cooked us delicious food every day! We lived a few magical days, we laughed, we cried, we danced and we did rituals that made us connect as a team and come back full of good energy and the best memories. A round of applause for the owners of this house who managed to reflect love in every detail. I feel lucky to have felt Casa Aya my home for 5 days. Thank you, thank you, thank you

We had a very nice weekend with the family at Andrea's house!! The house is huge, with multiple rooms and spaces. The kitchen is very well equipped, as is the grill area, and it has a large garden where you can do activities with the family in addition to the pool. I highly recommend it! In addition, Andrea was always attentive to all my questions and solved some specific problems quickly. We'll be back soon for sure!!

A special and spectacular villa, almost certainly the best or among the best options in Mancora. Francisco is a real gem - super friendly and always around to help do anything. There some minor downsides that have little to do with the vila itself — lots of bugs ( but vila does a great job of providing spray, nets, other options); mancora is not doing so well in general— roads are horrible, tourism seems to have declined somewhat. But all that said, you could happily spend an entire vacation at the villa itself. The DCO food is good and you can order to the villa directly. Pool is special. We even saw whales from the privacy of the infinity pool! A great luxury. Jacqueline is direct, very responsive, and friendly.

Our stay at Sofia's property was fantastic! Sofia, the owner, was always attentive and provided us with plenty of information whenever we needed it. Elizabeth, the manager, was incredibly accommodating, ensuring that all our needs were met and always looking out for the comfort of our family. Chef Carlos prepared delicious meals, and the house staff, Viviana and Leslie, were extremely kind and always ready to assist with anything we required. The house itself is beautiful and very comfortable, with five well-furnished bedrooms and spacious common areas, including the dining room, indoor and outdoor living rooms, and the pools. It’s a perfect place for a large group. The property is conveniently located with easy access to Playa de Olas, a great spot for surfers in Mancora, and the area felt very safe. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay!

The house is just as the photos! The environment full of greenery, the house is super comfortable, fully equipped, the pool delicious, the pool, the rooms, the bathrooms are all spotless. A quiet place to relax and at the same time near the main avenue. I recommend it and I'm sure we'll be back! Thanks for all, Israel.

It is the first time we found a house in these conditions, we were fascinated!!, it is prepared WITH EVERYTHING for a pleasant stay, we were 9, the layout of the house allows us all to be comfortable, the host responds immediately, in addition to the courtesy she had to have bread, eggs, coffee, water in a bidder was very useful, since we were coming on a trip and we arrived at night. The house is located steps from the beach, Mollendo is 10 minutes away.

A good place to spend a weekend with family and pets. Spaces exactly as shown in the photos. The host responds quickly. Really quiet area.

The place was booked at short notice, still I contacted Mariele, who offered me the advantages of the house. The large and clean pool. The cabin-like house with furniture everywhere. The rooms clean. The bathrooms clean. The kitchen with all the utensils and equipment to make any preparation. There weren't as many mosquitoes as I imagined. Quiet, relaxed, private, with great natural lighting. I would definitely rent it again for a short vacation again.

Everything is very good, house well located and with all amenities.
