Great house with enough room for a family of 9. Right in front of the ocean and walking distance to many restaurants and shops. Fernando was very communicative and fast in responding, even let us have a late check out. Recommend!

The house of María del Rosario is cozy and has details all around the house that surprise you at all times. The whole atmosphere inside helps you to relax and disconnect from the city. It also has several board games that we use in family. The house also has a wood stove that is ideal for enjoying at night. The outdoor garden is spacious and well-kept. We travel at the end of July (winter) and we had sunshine 65% of the time. The condomio is beautiful and has several walking trails. There is a shop and restaurant outside the condominium (3 min drive) The only improvement point we had was from the water in the shower that was cold. We communicated about this and they changed the gas ball and it improved something even if not at all. I know they needed more time to review the system. Overall, we had a good time and it's a good place to get away as a family ; make a grill/pizza and have a point from which to explore the surroundings .

Karen is an exceptional host. Her Airbnb is located in a private & secluded setting with lovely views. Our grandsons ran around the compound exploring the creek and running around. A very safe place for families.

Eduardo is an excellent host! very helpful with instructions and attentive! The view of the mountains is amazing and it has a huge garden with a patio setting to enjoy! I loved the yoga studio upstairs with a deck to practice outside or also inside! The bed is very comfortable and the shower is strong and Hot! It has a new kitchen with oven that I enjoyed very much! The best part it's that Arin Waterfalls are only 20 minutes walking! Amazing spot to enjoy, meditate and watch the valley from the top! The neighborhood it's very peacefull and people are very kind! I felt safe at all time! I would definitely come back!

The house is a beauty, the condominium is quiet, clean, large and safe, many spaces to have fun and walk, you can do it day and night to relax and exercise. Highly recommended 5 stars 💥

Excellent we loved the house very comfortable exactly the same as the photos the best of everything is that you can make use of the facilities of the club we had a great night of dance that the children and adults of my family enjoyed anyway we would come back, Jacqueline and Rosa are very kind and attentive.

I have stayed at this apartment twice now, and it has been great each time. The place is perfectly located and is very central and walk-able to any place in Baños del Inca. It is also quite secure and quiet, with a great view. Finally, Luis Orlando has always been great to rent from - very responsive and helpful We really could not ask for anything more.

We had a very pleasant short stay at Natalia’s place, which is an original height-ceiling beautiful apartment, nicely upgraded and redecorated. It was great for our family and everyone had their space, bathroom and AC unit to get comfortable. The big windows allow nice views of the park, and the location was perfect for us to get around simply by walking. I recommend this nice place.

Really amazing people, really understanding. Mother is a very loving person and very helpful. When I was robbed (it was my fault, they knew what would happen where I was) they allowed me to pay another night the next day and we are always really worried. You are in the Amazon, next to the river... obviously there will be insects sometimes, but that's part of the glory of visiting the jungle haha. Definitely will stay here again. I really appreciate everything they did and the apartment is really beautiful. These are people that all foreigners can trust, they are incredible.

The caretaker Manuel and his family were very friendly and helpful and had good recommendation for local restaurants. Would definitely stay there again!

Spend a quiet and peaceful time, away from the hustle and bustle of the city, with all the amenities I could wish for. Places to stock me with food were accessible, as were the countryside and recreation areas. Even my two cocky pets had a great time. Recommended

We had an excellent time, everything was very clean and tidy, candice was very friendly and received us super well. The weather was incredible, we would definitely return.

Our stay was very pleasant. The condominium is quiet, with excellent facilities: volley courts, soccer, tennis, pediment and very nice pools, always available to enjoy. The house is spacious and perfect for large groups; the rooms are exactly as shown in the photos and comfortable for more than 12 people. The wide terrace and games like soccer, billiards and table tennis made our experience so fun. It's worth mentioning a few details: the main shower on the first level has a drainage problem, which could be uncomfortable. Also, the internet did not work properly during our stay, so we recommend carrying mobile data if you need a connection. Otherwise, it's an ideal place to disconnect, relax, and spend time in a group. Would definitely go back!

Rufina is very welcoming. The setting is splendid and relaxing. Note that it is necessary to cover yourself because it is as cold inside as it is outside. Note that there is no shower and no hot water. Charge your phone beforehand because the outlets don't always give power.

Great place to stay. Easy check in and communication. Amazing views, comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen utensils (doesn't have oil or salt/pepper but not many places in Peru have cooking essentials), everything nice and clean, solar hot water (entire sacred valley lost power on our last day but we still had hot water). Nice big fire place with plenty of fire wood. One of the rooms gets some street noise but the other three were quieter. Would definitely stay again
