Vacation rentals with a patio in Perth and Kinross

Stunning little flat and very comfortable. Short walk to the centre of Pitlochry but still very quiet and peaceful. Lots of parking for free and very kind hosts, we’ll definitely stay again next time we visit Pitlochry :)

Marie's Riverside flat was perfect for our short break in Perth. It managed to be both peaceful and very close to Perth's centre/amenities etc. (Nearby Branklyn Garden worth a visit, as is the Stone of Destiny at the Perth Museum). The flat was spotless, the bed and furnishings very comfortable, lovely view of the tidal river. The kitchen was well-equipped and had a good selection of teas/coffee. Marie responded quickly to any queries and was kind enough to leave us a tasty selection of treats and wine. We wouldn't hesitate to book again. Thank you Marie.

Our stay was amazing perfect host at all times easy to contact and informative when needed perfect apartment ,beautifully decorated with cozy furniture all amenities needed and on hand home from home ,very quiet and walking distance to lovely local restaurants. We had a fantastic time and would highly recommend it to everyone and will look forward to booking again soon .

Beautiful house in a gorgeous location. Nicola has thought of everything, the house had everything you’d need! Lovely wee seating area off the kitchen so the kids could sometimes chill together there while the adults were in the living room. Perfectly located to visit the Enchanted Forest. We’ll be back!

Thank you for a lovely stay at Hollybush Cottage. Everything was as described and the garden was lovely. The cottage was warm and cosy - it was snowing and -1 degrees when we were there. Host was very responsive and helpful, and emailed a list of information as soon as we had booked. We have already booked to visit again.

Very nice short stay in Silvia’s place. Great location for outdoor activities where you can reward yourself with fantastic homemade ice cream and lovely coffee at the local farm which is a short walk from the house.

Great location, very clean and homely. Definitely recommend if you’re looking to stay in Gleneagles.

We loved our stay in the cottage! The cottage is spacious yet cosy and has everything you need! It is located in a very calm and beautiful area. Laura was a very friendly host and she always answered our questions really quick. I would definitely recommend staying here if you want to discover Scotlands nature and cities.

A beautiful little cottage nestled in the countryside, but still close enough to the amenities in the local village, and a short distance to Perth city centre. The property is well maintained, extremely comfortable, and has everything that is needed for a short break. We will definitely keep this place in mind when we are visiting again.

Just what we needed!

We stayed at Claire’s for three nights while we helped our son move in to his new home. The accommodation was comfortable clean and walkable to many local amenities including restaurants and independent shops and Cafe’s. Very clean and cosy with everything you need to make your stay really comfortable; including modern appliances and a great heating system. Super comfortable beds. The balcony off the lounge is great with outstanding views over the town and mountains beyond, even though it’s winter I still went out there. We didn’t use the underground secure parking as the van was too big but looked perfect for cars. The Crisps and wine on arrival were gratefully received and the milk too. I will be back!

My friend and I had a lovely weekend in Perth. Bartek's house was spotlessly clean, comfortable and cosy and had everything we needed including a great shower. Perth was 15 min walk from the house through picturesque North Inch Park and we had a fantastic woodland walk to Kinoull Hill and the Victorian Folly. Asda is a 5 min walk from house. We had no complaints so thanks Bartek for letting us stay in your beautiful house.

We loved it! It was clean and so cute, exactly like the pictures. You can see they put effort and love into the place! It was clean and cosy! Only one tipp for the future: it would be great to have a brighter light for reading in the Living room. The cosy lighting everywhere was beautiful but one reading light would be great! :) We would definitely come back.

Super apartment! Just loved this place! Such a beautiful location looking on to the river. The balcony is such a bonus - could have sat there all day watching the river wild life. The open plan kitchen lounge area is also a very nice airy and bright space. Very peaceful yet minutes away from the centre of Callander with all its amenities. Equipped to a very high standard, modern, clean and extemely comfortable. Beds were also comfortable. Stuart was great to deal with before and throughout the stay. Would definitely love to come back and can highly recommend - you will not be disappointed!

Two relaxing days and comfy nights, left in peace to chill out and enjoy the space. Warm, clean, and comfy with tasteful furnishings and everything one needs for a few nights break. Evelyn met us on arrival, gave us a heads up for five minutes and left us to our break. Very welcoming and highly recommended.
