Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Perrysburg Township

This place is a gem! Was much bigger inside than I expected, we even had people over to host dinner ourselves. Kathy provided a high chair and pack-and-play for our toddler, and that worked great with the second bedroom and plenty of room for her to play. Apartment and location were clean and quiet, with easy parking and the little downtown including the coffee shop below and a great park nearby. We'll definitely look for this place first the next time we're in the area. Would recommend to anyone.

This was our second stay at Matthew’s place. The beds as well as the living room furniture are very comfortable. Very large Smart TV in the living room with additional TVs in the master bedroom and dining area. The kitchen is well equipped, we made several meals including Thanksgiving dinner. We appreciated the selection of teas as well as coffee pods. The neighborhood is safe and quiet. It was nice to have access to a washer and dryer. Matthew was responsive and friendly.

Great place to stay. I always try to stay there when I'm working in Toledo. Nice and quiet, very clean, and wonderful people to work with.

If you have any doubts about this listing just forget them all! This home was such a beautiful place to rest and relax while I visited an old friend. I will be back in the future if I’m blessed with availability, I honestly did not want to leave, the bed was too comfortable! I honestly wanted to just sleep my days away, and forget about my plans, I am thankful for the opportunity to stay in this lovely home! Get in while you can, you won’t regret it!

Vanessa was a great host and the place was perfect. Highly recommend for long or short term stays. I will definitely rent again if I'm in the area.

I’d definitely recommend and give Chelsea’s river rental 5 stars! My family and I were in town for a weekend trip to the Erie Islands. Best choice we made to stay in this very cozy air b&b directly above a local bakery across the street from the Portage river. Amazing coffee shop and grocery store in walking distance. Very clean and comfortable with charm. We will definitely be back to stay again.

Wonderful get-a-way spot for my husband and I. We enjoyed the gingerbread house kit Reyes left for us. We haven’t laugh that hard with each other in years. We didn’t want to leave…

My family and I had a wonderful stay over the Thanksgiving holiday! The home was spacious yet warm and accommodated all family members. We hate we missed using the pool, but we did get snow :). I would highly recommend this property and working with Rebekah if you are in the Toledo area!

Loved staying at Connor’s place and I would stay again! It was perfect.

Our family stayed at the home to visit my Mom at Ohio Living Swan Creek. Perfect location. House was clean and spacious. Had snacks for us to enjoy and Roku TV was perfect to watch some football and hang out. We prepared and ate an early Thanksgiving dinner. We brought a few needed kitchen pans and items of our own. Wonderful memories were made!

This is the 3rd time we've stayed here, and it is as wonderful as ever! So very comfortable and calming, it's always the first location we check when planning a trip to Perrysburg. Fantastic host, couldn't ask for more.

This is a five star place! Owner excellent to communicate with as well as a clean n comfortable home. Location fantastic near the mall n great restaurants and Toledo Botanical garden n Wildwood park amazing for our walks. Our dog felt comfortable too.We were visiting family and drove from Tennessee to celebrate Thanksgiving and Christmas. We created great memories here so thank you!

Had a great stay at this Airbnb! Was very convenient for work while I was in town. The place was clean,comfortable, and had everything we needed during our stay. Nice quiet neighborhood and the host was friendly and responsive. Highly recommend!

Alexis and Jason are the best Hosts you will ever find. They want to make you happy with your stay. I said something about a mattress not being comfortable for my back and the next day they ordered a new extra firm mattress and had it there in 3 days. Now that's going the extra mile for sure. They are so accommodating that we booked with them again for all next summer.

Perfect place to stay

I had an awesome stay at Ben and Virginia’s place. They are super responsive, nice, and accommodating. The place was clean, comfortable, cozy, and in a very nice and safe neighborhood. Comfortable beds, huge TV’s, and felt like home. And not far from other parts of Ohio, conveniently located. Would stay again if in the area.

This place provided the perfect stay. It was warm and inviting when we first walked in, Alexis was great at communicating she needed a few more minutes and even wrapped up while letting us in with a was so sweet! We got to eat meals there, clean our clothes before going home, pull out my computer for work at a desk in the bedroom, and comfortable beds and furniture. Their places will be on the short list for our next visits. 😄
