Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Perrysburg Township

The space was exactly like the photos, easy to find and enter the property. Bill was proactive with directions/necessary information and reaching out to check in on our group. The sleeping arrangements were comfortable and the space was arranged in a way where we were never on top of each other. The Little Yellow Cottage had everything we needed!

The owners did a phenomenal job updating the home and have included everything you should need. It appears that all of decorations, furnishings, and contents were very well thought out. Our fur kids loved the fenced in yard and we felt “at home”. I highly recommend.

Once again, Victoria outdid herself as an incredible host! The house was absolutely perfect for my team while we were in town. A huge thank you for being so accommodating—you always go above and beyond! We can't wait for our next stay in Oregon, OH, especially when the weather is a bit warmer. Thanks again for everything! We’re already looking forward to our return!

I really enjoyed my stay here while on travel for work. The neighborhood is quiet, but the neighbors are very friendly and welcoming. The house is beautiful especially my favorite part: the kitchen. Patricia and Brandon are extremely kind and responsive. This place is an amazing find for those looking for short or long term stay in the area, I’m so lucky to have been able to book when I did because this place is typically booked up! Our family stayed at the home to visit my Mom at Ohio Living Swan Creek. Perfect location. House was clean and spacious. Had snacks for us to enjoy and Roku TV was perfect to watch some football and hang out. We prepared and ate an early Thanksgiving dinner. We brought a few needed kitchen pans and items of our own. Wonderful memories were made!

Wonderful home. Beautiful furnishings, comfortable and clean! We used the kitchen for cooking large meals and it had almost everything we needed. It was not too far from BGSU campus. Hope to be able to stay again when in town to visit our son. Thank you!

Every was just right for our stay. From parking and checking in to a nice quiet night to an easy checkout, it was great. I’d definitely stay here again.

If you have any doubts about this listing just forget them all! This home was such a beautiful place to rest and relax while I visited an old friend. I will be back in the future if I’m blessed with availability, I honestly did not want to leave, the bed was too comfortable! I honestly wanted to just sleep my days away, and forget about my plans, I am thankful for the opportunity to stay in this lovely home! Get in while you can, you won’t regret it!

Great place, great location as it was walkable to bars and restaurants. Would 100% stay at this location again when we visit BGSU.
