The place is perfect, close to the beach and with great car access to other beaches, the apartment is super cozy, held my family of 6 very well, including my pet too! everything💖 was clean, and has the necessary utensils.

The apartment is the same in the photos was clean and organized with a great space, had read in some comments about loud sound in the neighborhood more was very quiet even at the turn of the year did not sound too loud until late at night and we slept peacefully every night. Near the ape there is everything big market, pharmacy and even a very famous cafeteria (without freshness) it is very worth eating there just has to arrive early because the waiting line is between 2 hours, we really like the location of the ape to do everything walking and the neighborhood is very quiet. Hosts always very helpful, we'll come back more often.

I didn't have a good experience renting houses through the app, but Flávia's apartment was IMPECCABLE. My experience and that of my family, was sensational. Apartment is the same on the pictures. All clean, organized, various utensils, super close to the beach. They can stay without fear. The education of Flávia, Mr. Flávio and Mrs. Lili were sensational. I'm already planning to come back more and more often. I thank you for everything you did for us, I felt at home.

It was great, the apt matches the reality of all the photos. Everything was very clean and organized when we arrived. Diogo is always very helpful and the Caretaker of the building as well. The only observation is that it could have two controls of the garage gate, because it was two spaces, we went in 2 cars and sometimes we forgot the control in another car and then I would have to leave the car on kkkk street if I had both controls, I would talk well... But, the street is very quiet too, we had no problem.

my stay was perfect, Juliana is a sweetheart, a very attentive and receptive amphritrian. I really felt at home. The house is cozy, and the place is well located and close to everything. It was amazing and I can't wait to come back 🥰

We stayed a group of 6, quite comfortable. Equipped kitchen, good air conditioning, bakery and a convenience store nearby. Giselle greeted us earlier to leave our luggages in even after checkout, a tremendous hostess! thank you so much for everything, I highly recommend it.

Our penthouse experience was simply wonderful! The place is impeccable, in a great location. You can walk quietly to the beach and also explore the charming historic district, which is very close by. The hostess was extremely attentive, receiving us with great affection and care. Everything was thought out to provide us with comfort during the stay. The apartment of Roseli is very careful, clean and wide ... the condominium is excellent and the ap has a large and very pleasant balcony, better than I imagined from the pictures. It is in front of Praia Grande and away from the tumultuous part of this beach, which we think is excellent. Otima option to stay and know the beauties of Arraial. Also, the Roseli team very sympathetic and answered us promptly when we requested. We love it!
