What a gem in the Czech countryside. We were there in early autumn to visit Karlovy Vary and Cheb and truly enjoyed Robert's (and his mother's hospitality). The village is an ideal spot for fall vibes and the place is cozy as all get out. Definitely will stay there again!

The accommodation is very idyllically located on the forest slope. Due to the icy temperatures, you had a wonderful view of the white Vogtland. Everything was there and the communication with Matthi was just great. Thank you for the beautiful start to the new year.

We had a super nice time in the colorful chaos in the countryside: incredibly beautiful nature, wonderful silence and a wonderfully cozy cottage. So, so nice, we will be happy to come back!

A great place to feel right at home. Everything newly furnished, with many extras, everything you need, including a welcome gift. Everything clean, tidy and cozy. Absolutely recommended.

Highly recommend it. We were there with our dog and had a very nice holiday there. Steffen was always there when you needed him and super nice!

We have been at Marketa's place for the second time and loved it as much as the first time. The house is simply wonderful - cozy, comfy, warm, well-equipped, quite and perfectly located! When we entered it felt as coming back home. Marketa is a great host. Responsive, respectful and super friendly. We are already looking forward to staying again next year!

We stayed for the second time in the apartment with Rosa and had a very great extended weekend. Even after the really easy and flexible check-in, we felt very comfortable again. The apartment is spacious and also offers enough space for a large family (we were 8 adults and 2 children). The kitchen is very good, equipped with everything needed. The house is simply super cozy and very lovingly furnished, especially now during the Advent season. We slept heavenly in the cozy beds after our excursions. Rosa responded promptly to inquiries or requests in a friendly and extremely courteous manner. She was always there for us. We will be back for sure. Thank you for the time. We had a wonderful stay in this small, cozy cottage, overlooking the beautiful Pöhlberg and within walking distance of the center of Annaberg.

A wonderful place to stay: modern, clean, functional and very well appointed. Ideally located for winter sports enthusiasts, because the walk to the ski resort/lift takes less than 5 minutes. We felt very comfortable as a family of four from the first minute and were looked after by the host Robert very well and flexibly. Due to the permanently assigned parking space directly in front of the door secured by a barrier, you are always mobile. Loučná is within walking distance, Oberwiesenthal and Jachimov can be reached quickly by car, but also a detour to Karlovy Vary (Karlovy Vary) is absolutely worthwhile and should not be missed on the list. Perhaps the only small criticism: The mattresses in one of the two bedrooms were extremely hard. But this is of course a matter of taste and habit.

We felt very comfortable in this accommodation. Everything was there. And very nicely decorated for Christmas. The fireplace was the highlight at the end of the evening.

We stayed at Karola's place for the Moto GP weekend. Everything was as described and very clean! Karola is very friendly, the communication is great and straightforward !!! We would come back any time!!! Thank you so much 😊

Though we never met Andrea, she was always responsive to questions. The apartment (Villa Stark) was just as described. It was up about 4 flights of stairs. The apartment was cosy, comfortable and clean. Mattresses were comfy and allowed us to sleep well. Location is just a few minutes walk to the main Marktplatz. The shower was powerful and nice to use. Overall it was a very pleasant stay.

The place was very nice. The area is very quiet. And the hostess was very sweet.

The accommodation was good and conveniently located near the highway exit. Highly recommend!

Everything was as described, uncomplicated and very nice. We had beautiful days in this beautiful apartment in Schlettau.

We had a great weekend in Renata‘s house. It is nice to sit on the terrace and have all meals there. The garden is spacious, but has a slope. So playing ball is not possible. But the children found other ways to play there. Renata replied within short time when we had any questions.

A very nice and large log cabin in a fantastic location - quiet and overlooking the Fichtelberg. We were 4 adults, 4 children and 2 dogs and enjoyed the stay very much. The large terrace with garden invites you to grill, the Weber gas grill is fantastic. The outdoor area does not seem to be completely ready yet, which did not disturb us. Overall a very nice stay.

Accommodation and location are fantastic, we had a wonderful family weekend. The house, location and amenities are high quality and top notch. Everything exactly as described.

Was a great stay in an excellent location with a lovely pool, mini golf and all that you need for a nice stay. Please note that the bedding is actually 10 euro per set and the check out is actually 10AM and not 11. Other than that the stay was great. Can totally recommend it :-)

The cottage is even more beautiful in real life than the pictures with beautiful nooks and seats in the garden. Very peaceful area. The cottage oozes personality and Anne-Marie is a superhost: from the start of the booking she asked us to reach out if we needed any information, during the stay she gave us helpful local tips and made us feel at home.
