The best of the holidays in the best place. Silvia's apartment is beautiful, it has all the amenities one expects and more , spacious and comfortable, nicer even than in the photos . The condominium in which it is located is very safe , facing the sea and with all the services and kindness of its employees . Silvia and her husband were excellent hosts , we felt right at home , they always responded very kindly and gave a solution to everything . Silvia was always attentive to us having an excellent stay !!! We would come back without hesitation !!! Guaruja is a dream place for those who love the beach and the sea . Thank you Silvia !!!!!!!

I liked the stay. The apartment is wide and airy. Wonderful view and top condominium. Only a few details that we had to call on the host, but she helped us with everything we need. I'll be back soon!

The Wonderful Apartment, as per the listing described. My family and I have already stayed in the Building, but for the first time at Joaquim's AP. Everything was clean , with clean bedding, equipped kitchen ready for use. My son enjoyed the pool a lot… You can rent it without fear, you won't regret it. We will definitely return more often at Joaquim's ap.

The house is wonderful, the view is surreal! All rooms are air-conditioned, the game room has an arcade that was the joy of the children. Privileged location, close to the beach and all trades, in addition to the security of the condominium. We had good communication with Henrique (host) and Mrs. Bete (service provider). We'll be back for sure and recommend getting to know.

The apartment is very nice and has a beautiful view. Well-maintained, with a full kitchen, very clean. The shower is electric and hot. The bed is comfortable and the rooms have air conditioning. The condominium is very quiet and well-maintained (airbnb renters are not allowed to use a sauna and gym). The beach is easily accessible by the stairs or the jeeps of the condominium. The beach is very beautiful, and the beach service is very good. The beach bar (exclusive to the condominium) serves delicious portions. Raquel is a great amphirian, flexible, easy to communicate and objective. I really enjoyed staying there, I hope to come back more often.

Great place! Facing the beach, many shops around, clean and organized, ideal size for few people. Paulo always responds to messages quickly and was flexible with our needs. I highly recommend it!
