Super attentive host,showed concern all the time about our arrival, a wonderful home in everything,cozy and easy access to everything. I'll come back more often, I definitely recommend it.

The property of Patrícia is a wonderful house, very spacious, well built and well located. Patrícia was extremely solicitous and the homemade Kleber gave us all the support we need during the stay. Because it is a very large and relatively old property, some maintenance is necessary, but nothing that would hinder our stay with comfort and tranquility.

It was all perfect. The house is excellent,very cozy, the very good location, and, Victória's service was impeccable. we will return more often.

The description of the house is exactly the one found on-site. Excellent swimming pool and the homeowners make guests comfortable being very discreet while I was staying.

The place is exactly as it is in the picture, blunt say q even bigger. The location is perfect less than 2 minutes walking, markets, bakery, fair all around. We don't use a car for anything. Perfect for those with children. Super recommend this place.

The best of the holidays in the best place. Silvia's apartment is beautiful, it has all the amenities one expects and more , spacious and comfortable, nicer even than in the photos . The condominium in which it is located is very safe , facing the sea and with all the services and kindness of its employees . Silvia and her husband were excellent hosts , we felt right at home , they always responded very kindly and gave a solution to everything . Silvia was always attentive to us having an excellent stay !!! We would come back without hesitation !!! Guaruja is a dream place for those who love the beach and the sea . Thank you Silvia !!!!!!!

Quiet place, we went to enjoy a pool fds and barbecue. It served very well. The view of the beach gives an extra charm in the stay.

The apartment is a delight and the building is very comfortable and quiet. We went to 8 adults and my 4-month-old, and it was really good! The rooms serve all people very well. The air in the room can maintain a pleasant temperature in every room. I was in during the new year period, consequently there was a lot of noise in the region and in the neighboring buildings. It is a space that I would return more often, because of the apartment itself, but the region could be better served as places for rides and family (in addition to the beach itself). Juliana was very friendly and attentive with us and for sure this would also be one of the reasons that would bring me back.

The stay was great, beautiful and comfortable apartment, clean and quality linen, air-conditioning in all rooms and enough kitchen utensils. The view is wonderful, and gourmet balcony is a differential to make a barbecue and enjoy the space. The condominium offers amenities, ice service and 24-hour market were very helpful. The leisure spaces are beautiful and well cared for, but we end up not having time to enjoy it. If we get a chance, we'll be back for sure.

The roof is exactly like in the pictures, the space is well organized and clean, the pool was clean and catered to the need of my family. The apt is close to Adega, market, butcher, the helpful trustee, Mr. João answers all doubts promptly. We will definitely return. were perfect days.

The apartment is impeccable, clean and still has Nespresso with some complimentary capsules, I really like this building... but this time I had problems with the checkin, because the car I registered broke down and I went with another car, when I arrived I had to wait 40 minutes on the street to get in with a car, so be aware of any change. Another attention is that the checkin of this apartment is at 3 pm, I found it late but I hired and tried to negotiate the arrival a little before, which was not accepted because the information I had is that the cleaning demand was high. I think it would be interesting to rethink and restructure this time so late.

All according to the photos, beautiful apartment, clean, smelling, utensils of great quality, only did not take 10 in my opinion because only one room has a safety net in the window, my autistic son had to always have a window and the windows of the balcony closed, perhaps with the net spoil the beautiful view of the balcony, more in terms of the safety of our children is extremely important. Just this addendum, everything else is ok.
