Beautiful house with everything you need, lovely and quiet neighborhood, easy to find, Traci's communications were clear and precise, the place was clean with plenty of room for our part of 7. The theater room was a bonus! Would definitely stay again and highly recommending this place.

This immaculately clean house was exactly as pictured, and Beatriz did a great job of doing small things that make huge differences. There were shampoos and soaps in both bathrooms. Dish soap and dishwasher detergent. Extra garbage bags and toilet paper. Laundry soap. Enough towels, washcloths, coffee cups, glasses, wine glasses, rocks glasses, plates, and silverware for our large group. Toys and gated stairs for our two 2-year olds. Beds were extremely comfortable and showers were nice and strong. We got to go for a nice walk in the park across the street. The house was close to EVERYTHING. Multiple family members suggested we book this home again in the future. One of the best Airbnbs we’ve been to (and there have been many!). Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Wonderful! It’s a great place, and the host proactively thought of everything we might need. I highly recommend this place. Clean, spacious, well stocked with all a traveler needs. The host is really great, kind, and has great communication. We truly felt at home!

This is our fourth visit at this Airbnb and it is our absolute favorite. The private fenced in yard is perfect for our dogs. The indoor heated pool is one of a kind and incredible

We loved our stay for our annual summer end vacation that we’re planning on booking for next year. The pool & hot tub are absolute perfection. We were able to comfortably cook all our meals & simply enjoy being in a home away from home. There were plenty of towels, pillows, linens & blankets. On top of the 4 beds, there is a Murphy bed & chairs that convert to beds! The property has gorgeous views of the bay with quiet but friendly neighbors. If you’re looking for a peaceful getaway with everything that you could possibly need then this is the place for you!

really lovely home that easily accommodated our group of 7 adults. plenty of spaces to congregate inside (and outside!). we only used a fraction of all the amenities, but we're thrilled with what was available for us. two of our travelers said this was their first Air BNB experience and they're total fans; like, this is a high bar for future homes. thanks!!!!

Cheryl got us in on short notice and her house was exactly what we needed while we waited for our house to close. The house had plenty of room and all the amenities (Keurig, pots and pans, dishes, toiletries, cleaning products, etc.) for 3 adults. The street is quiet and close to everything (Wegmans, Walgreens, Target, etc.) One of our favorite things about this location was that it was within walking distance to Sunscape Farms.

We loved the house and loved being right on the water. The house had great views, was cozy, and super clean. It is decorated very cute. Our stay was mid-December and it was very cold outside. However, we were able to stay warm as long as all doors to bedrooms/bath stayed open at night. Those rooms do not have any registers in them. I thought the house was dark, especially the bathroom and dining room, and it could use brighter and more lights throughout. The neighborhood was quiet and convenient to everything. We ate at a restaurant right down the street and it was delicious.

Our stay on the lake was wonderful. The housing was perfect and met our needs. This would be a great house to rent during the summer months. WE had a little trouble locating the house initially as it is located among other houses and the drive down to the house is not clearly marked. If you are coming from the south you need to make a turn almost opposite the way you are coming into a steep drive to the housing. It needs to be better marked, maybe with an arrow and house number. The house could also us a little address sign on the walkway for clarification. HOWEVER, the stay was great and getting information to the person in charge was easy. The accommodations were very good. The view was wonderful. The water frontage is a bit steep but there are steps to bring you to the water. In all this is a wonderful home for vacation with amenities about 15 minutes away. I would give Nancy or Eric a call again.

Nice place. Beautiful view out the front windows over the orchard. Due to the house design, it is very quiet, even when it is really windy. Heated floors keep the place evenly heated. Only downside for us was that the showers in both bathrooms were a little on the tight side. May be a bit difficult for older and/or bigger folks, or someone with balance issues. We’d stay here again though.

This was my families second stay and I must say it was even better. The new setup furniture in the front room gave it a good face lift. The area is also so quiet and private. I visit Rochester twice a year and this is my favorite when available.

Beautiful apartment- loved all the natural light. Washer /dryer was a bonus when my daughter spilled on herself.

We were very satisfied with our stay stay at Chris's place! Check in was easy, the place was spotless and in a great location! We look forward to staying here again when the weather is warmer and are able to enjoy the outdoors! Chris was very accommodating when we requested to extend our stay for an additional day.

Margaret's place was the perfect spot to kick back and spend some time with my daughters.

Very nice place. Clean and well stocked, with ample space for our party. Convenient to nearby dining spots and easy access to highway to get to family home in suburbs.

The perfect retreat… easy to check in, the property had picturesque scenic views of the lake in a private setting with bountiful wildlife and plenty of activities close when we decided to get out of the house. We enjoyed every minute of it and highly recommend staying here! We just may return to do the same..

We stayed a week with another family. The location is great for several reasons including walkable to restaurants, wineries, breweries, hiking and other small shops. We chose it mainly for its central location to large state parks like Letchworth and Watkins Glen although there was a great hike just down the street. The home was clean, neat, updated and well appointed. Keypad entry was good for easy access. Nice touches inside and out that made it homey like decorative lights on the deck, books on the shelves, artwork on the walls. The unique layout also allowed each family some privacy. Homeowner was a pleasure to interact with, very responsive to questions and had helpful advice for the area. We very much enjoyed our stay!

As described- nice place on the water great for a nice quiet getaway. I would definitely go back. Amenities are super close by and the grill and fire pit are huge adds for an awesome weekend. Some parts of the house are starting to show age a bit and some simple upgrades like bathroom doorknobs could go a long way, but the place is definitely charming and quaint!

Great place to stay in the Finger Lakes! Dana was very nice and kind, super responsive and made checking in and checking out really simple. Not far from many places to eat and drink. Hot tub was very nice. Would love to stay again, as Dana said she would gladly make even last minute accommodations to have me again in the future!

Ruth’s home was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. The street was quiet and the location was great.

Loved staying here! So cozy. Our pup really appreciated the backyard and the proximity to the lake was wonderful for walks. Would definitely stay again!
