Traci was a great host and the house is beautiful and convenient. It’s in a very quiet neighborhood and has all the amenities we needed. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again!

I would highly recommend Beatriz’s house! The property was just as described online. We enjoyed the cozy fireplace. Easy checking and check out. The location was perfect, with nearby shopping centers, restaurants and grocery stores. It is very close to the highway. Our flight was canceled on the last day of our reservation, Beatriz was very responsive and gracious to extend our stay. Overall, our experience was nothing short of amazing. Thanks again Beatriz!

A really wonderful find just outside of Rochester (around 2 hours away from Ithaca, Niagara Falls, Buffalo, or the NYS Fair). The house and pool were wonderful, with really comfortable beds, a large living room, a full kitchen, and a great backyard. Sergey was wonderful from start to finish. He made sure the pool was cleaned every morning, answered all of our questions, and was just overall very friendly. Our group of 6 felt right at home. Would love to return at some point in the future!

We had an incredible stay at this rental! The indoor pool was absolutely fantastic - a highlight of our trip. Check- in and check-out were seamless, and Neil was wonderful to communicate with - responsive, friendly, and helpful. The location was ideal, with easy access to resturants and groceries. The kitchen was well appointed and had everything we needed to cook meals comfortably. Overall, this rental exceeded our expectations, and we will definitely stay here again. Highly recommend.

Our family stayed here right after Christmas & not only did the accommodations fit us perfectly, it was nice to be somewhere that was decorated for the holiday. The house was of course old, but that is part of the charm. The bathrooms were pristine & the grounds were beautiful! We would definitely stay here again! Thank you Martha!

really lovely home that easily accommodated our group of 7 adults. plenty of spaces to congregate inside (and outside!). we only used a fraction of all the amenities, but we're thrilled with what was available for us. two of our travelers said this was their first Air BNB experience and they're total fans; like, this is a high bar for future homes. thanks!!!!

Cheryl got us in on short notice and her house was exactly what we needed while we waited for our house to close. The house had plenty of room and all the amenities (Keurig, pots and pans, dishes, toiletries, cleaning products, etc.) for 3 adults. The street is quiet and close to everything (Wegmans, Walgreens, Target, etc.) One of our favorite things about this location was that it was within walking distance to Sunscape Farms.

This is our fourth time staying at this house and it is our favorite, we come to Rochester twice a year for family gatherings, the only reason we stay anywhere else is if Ambers house is not available on our dates. Amber is a fabulous host, communicative from start to finish.

Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay for the holidays. The host had the house beautifully decorated for the holidays which made us feel right at home. They also provided coffee, a few snacks and all the kitchen items we could need which saved us a grocery trip. The house was very dog friendly. Dog bowls were provided and they even used and left us dog paw-friendly salt for the icy front porch. You can’t beat the view and the neighborhood is quiet and peaceful.

Our stay on the lake was wonderful. The housing was perfect and met our needs. This would be a great house to rent during the summer months. WE had a little trouble locating the house initially as it is located among other houses and the drive down to the house is not clearly marked. If you are coming from the south you need to make a turn almost opposite the way you are coming into a steep drive to the housing. It needs to be better marked, maybe with an arrow and house number. The house could also us a little address sign on the walkway for clarification. HOWEVER, the stay was great and getting information to the person in charge was easy. The accommodations were very good. The view was wonderful. The water frontage is a bit steep but there are steps to bring you to the water. In all this is a wonderful home for vacation with amenities about 15 minutes away. I would give Nancy or Eric a call again.

Beautiful apartment- loved all the natural light. Washer /dryer was a bonus when my daughter spilled on herself.

This was a return visit for us. We love it here. Cute and clean and well-located for us to visit nearby friends. Chris is responsive and helpful. Am sure we'll be back again next year!

My daughter and I had a great brief stay at Margaret's Place. The space was excellent. Great kitchen and cable tv. Plenty of space.

We loved this house in every way: how quiet it was even in a city neighborhood, how clean everything was, how the rooms are laid out with plenty of room and distance for those on different sleep schedules, and how the decorations emphasized the city of Rochester. I only wish we had visited in the warm weather so we could sit on the porch, sip our Boulder Coffee House drinks, and say hello to the many friendly passersby. The beds were very comfy (a must for this traveler), as were the chairs and couch. Peter and Ana were very responsive and clearly invested in making sure we had a positive two-week experience. We absolutely loved the South Wedge neighborhood, walked a great deal, and always felt safe. This is a gem of a property and location, one I would visit again without hesitation.

We stayed only one night for New Year's eve. We had a lovely time. Beautiful view on the lake. The house is charming! Plenty of space. We would have stayed longer.. Derrick responded quickly to our queries. All was perfect! Thank you.

We really enjoyed our stay at this home. It was the middle of winter and it snowed off and on while we were there. It was absolutely beautiful and peaceful. The surroundings are rural and lovely. The home was clean and comfortable, as well as warm, and was exactly as described. The kitchen was well equipped, and we prepared several meals while we were there. Not surprised since a nice Italian family owns the home! We hope to return again.

We stayed a week with another family. The location is great for several reasons including walkable to restaurants, wineries, breweries, hiking and other small shops. We chose it mainly for its central location to large state parks like Letchworth and Watkins Glen although there was a great hike just down the street. The home was clean, neat, updated and well appointed. Keypad entry was good for easy access. Nice touches inside and out that made it homey like decorative lights on the deck, books on the shelves, artwork on the walls. The unique layout also allowed each family some privacy. Homeowner was a pleasure to interact with, very responsive to questions and had helpful advice for the area. We very much enjoyed our stay!

This was a perfect place to stay! Everything was very clean and has enough room for a big group of people. The views are amazing & could not recommend enough!! Host are super responsive as well!

As described- nice place on the water great for a nice quiet getaway. I would definitely go back. Amenities are super close by and the grill and fire pit are huge adds for an awesome weekend. Some parts of the house are starting to show age a bit and some simple upgrades like bathroom doorknobs could go a long way, but the place is definitely charming and quaint!

We had a fantastic stay during Thanksgiving week. Perfectly situated on Beach Ave., close to lots of bars and restaurants. The home was fantastic. Really beautiful. As a small, but appreciated bonus, it was nice to have coffee pots in the front bedroom and kitchenette upstairs. Worth every penny. Gregory was a great host!

Ruth’s home was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. The street was quiet and the location was great.
