Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Pere Marquette Township

The house was easy to access, surprisingly spacious and very tidy with everything we needed for our 4 night stay. The location was central to so many areas and attractions. The place was perfect for our girls weekend and we would recommend it to anyone visiting the area. We had no issues and a very pleasant trip thanks to Jennifer.

I rented Sherrys beautiful home to have a laid back girls weekend for my mom’s 60th birthday! It was the perfect place to relax and hang out. Sherry was always responsive, met us at check in to walk us through the house and amenities, and also gave us recommendations for activities and restaurants. Sherry is such an Amazing soul and her and her family put lots of care into the home and into hosting guests. Although it was 25 degrees the hot tub was also a perfect addition to the weekend! We finished the trip with in home massages from a local spa and everything was marvelous. 10/10 will for sure be back!

Amazing place to stay at such a reasonable price! Very old home with necessary remodels, cozy with antique charm. Had just what we needed for a weekend stay.

I have stayed a few times over the past few years and always appreciate a chance to book with Kellie. Fast and clear communication, and also responsive to questions. Always stocked with the needed amenities, available for a great price and nearby to some local shops. Would recommend!

This place has it all if you are looking for peace and tranquility. A beautiful view of Hamlin Lake and trees surrounding the area. There is no way that you can go wrong here. Plan on spending at least 10 days in Ludington if you are a first timer. The Ludington State Park will keep you occupied for three days at least. If you are a boater, there are many places to rent one along the upper and lower bayous. In the summer, stretch out over the beach on lake Michigan a short distance away. All in all, the best place to stay in the Ludington area.

Staying here made it easy to get to downtown and east town during our weekend in Grand Rapids. The home is spacious and comfortable. Would stay here again!

Lovely place RIGHT on the lake. My husband and I went for a date weekend of ice fishing and relaxation. Yes-it was a perfect spot to walk out and fish despite the quantities of snow! Restaurants all right there in walking distance- hours are different than what is on menus or online so be aware. Very clean and cozy place that was spacious and warm. We will definitely keep it on our list for the future!

I greatly enjoyed my stay at Ronda's place! The bed was extremely comfortable, the kitchen well equipped, and the bathtub was a delight to use. It was a perfect space for a little weekend getaway; many restaurants and beach access within easy driving distance. There is not a ton of natural lighting, unless you leave the french door curtains open. I found having to compromise privacy for natural light to be a little disappointing, but I had a wonderful time. I would stay here again!

Andy's place was amazing and comfortable! This was probably our favorite stay on Airbnb! It was exceedingly clean, and it had everything we needed! Andrew was extremely friendly and WE WILL BE BACK! Look no further- it was super close to Bear Lake and a short drive to Crystal Mountain. I cant say enough about the cleanliness and hospitality! A+!!!! Thanks for everything, Andrew!

My daughter had her cancer treatment and check up and we also had a family wedding the same weekend. Tina was kind and wonderful. I had my elderly mom with me who has mobility issues. Tina was fast to answer questions and gave wonderful descriptions so I could ensure my mom could make it into the house and have a bedroom on the first floor. The house was wonderful and clean and the perfect location. The beds were comfortable and clean. It was a wonderful stay. Tina made everything very easy and convenient. I would highly recommend. She was kind enough to allow us a later check out and the house was even ready early for us to check in. I hope to come back to the area for more of a long, fun weekend before the snow flies, and I will for sure book with Tina again. Without a doubt. She was so kind and empathetic to the main reason we were there. Having to go anywhere for you child to have cancer treatment is never fun. Working with someone so wonderful made it that much easier. Thank you.

We loved our stay here! Ken and Rhonda were the perfect hosts, they were very flexible with check in and check out times and available to us during our stay. The stay is in a renovated garage next to their house, but we felt like we had lots of privacy and the setting with the pond and lots of land is wonderful. Everything seemed new, clean, and comfy, with lots of games that our kid loved. We loved the location, it felt remote but was also very convenient to everything we like to do in the area!

Overall the place was very nice and you can’t beat the location to downtown GH! The check-in was a little hard to navigate, as there weren’t clear instructions where the stairs going up to the place were. More pictures/instructions would be helpful!

The condo was beautiful and very clean! It was super easy to find and get in/out of. There was plenty to do on the property and nearby!

We had such a wonderful time! The location was perfect for exploring Frankfort and the rest of Northern Michigan. The place had everything we needed and great views! We hope to be back!

Had a great stay at the condo for a few days! Great location. Quiet area but a quick drive to shops and the beach

We came to Frankfort for winter hiking, but were surprised and delighted by the glacier-like ice covering the beach and the lake right outside our room and we spent an entire day just exploring the ice structures. The sunsets are amazing and last FOREVER! 45 minutes after sunset the sky was still putting on a show. The condo was a perfect home base. Clean and comfortable with everything you need in the kitchen, right down to a Ninja for smoothies. We enjoyed the pool, and the hot tub was a perfect way to end a day of adventuring! We will be back!!

Easy registration; unit as simple to enter as home; host and co-hosts friendly and neighborly; unit as shown if not better; well stocked for preparing and cooking; nice beds and bathrooms; wood floors throughout; nice windows with lake view; nice and serene grounds with best kayak launch I have ever seen - anyone could get in and kayak - seriously. I would easily recommend to a friend without reservation.

Perfect space for the few days we needed it. Very clean and spacious. The pots and pans were in bad shape-but Kelly took care of that for us pretty quickly. Kids were a little disappointed that the wifi didn’t connect in their rooms-but all survived. Tv controls/remotes were a little confusing- but we weren’t there to watch tv. Maybe directions would have been helpful initially. Only big downside for us was that one of our kids has a severe peanut allergy, and we weren’t aware the store below us was going to be roasting nuts as part of their business. The peanut fumes consumed the upstairs rental on roasting day, so we had to leave the windows open on a very cold day -just for our son to be in there safely. We tried to spend most of our time away, which wasn’t initially what we were planning to do. We would recommend the place to any non-peanut allergy humans looking for a convenient place by the lake.
