Great stay in a wonderful location. We would definitely go back.

I stayed here with my 3 year old son for a few days to visit family in the area. The place was very clean. Had a well stocked kitchen with plenty of pots pans and dishes and even had coffee, oil and basic spices. There was a huge tub of beach toys for my kiddo to use including floaties and sand toys. There were some toys in the house for young kids too and lots of games for kids and adults of all ages. I would totally stay here again!

The host's communication was amazing! Timely feedback and some great local recommendations. The property was perfect for a couple and the amenities are simply amazing. The pool and hot tub were a great addition and the only issue I have was I wish I could stay longer. The bed is comfy and the small kitchen was perfect for the space. Keep in mind the bathroom is small but completely manageable if you communicate with your travel partner. Easy to find and easy to access. Persons with mobility issues may have some difficulties navigating the stone pavers and the multi-level backyard. The kitchen also has two steps down from the main level of the studio. Bottom line…we loved it and think you will too! Time to stop reading and book before you miss your chance. I will 100% book again when I am in the area.

Beautiful condo, clean and perfect location. We loved sitting on the balcony that overlooks the bay watching the sunset and all of the boats coming in every evening. The pools were relaxing and the walk to the beach wasn’t bad. Easy Instructions for check in and check out, very responsive to questions. We will definitely be coming back again!

Andy was wonderful to work with. There were some maintenance issues that he got on top of and handled. Really appreciate his help especially with a houseful of people at Christmas. Great to work with.

Clare’s place was great for our family of 4. We felt like the price was right for spring break pricing for the location, which was a block off the main strip and a short walk to the beach. It was clean upon arrival, and she was willing to let us check in a few hours early since there was not a guest staying immediately prior our arrival. She was a great communicator and her response time was minimal. The AC did not kick on so we reached out. Within about 30 minutes Dave showed up to trouble shoot, and within about 45 minutes of him being there, an HVAC pro was on site. After a quick repair, the place cooled off and no more issues. We were grateful for such quick action!

The condo was exactly as described and even exceeded expectations. Very clean, phenomenal view, comfortable beds! Couldn’t have asked for better accommodations. The property was also very clean and the beach so accessible. We would stay here again.

Convenient location and great place to stay. It was equipped with anything and everything you would need. Lived that it was walkable to downtown yet separate enough for some relaxation time with peace and quiet.

This was my third or fourth time staying here over the years. Fantastic as always. My favourite shower of all the Airbnb's I have stayed in. Very clean and comfortable, close to downtown.

We loved staying here. Very quiet neighborhood and close to everything we needed. We come to Pensacola every year and this will definitely be our go to stop. As soon as we walked in we noticed it was very clean and had everything we needed. It had tons of beach accessories,towels and blankets. They also left cookies with a note. My husband and daughter ate all the cookies in two days, they were great. The back yard is lovely and private. You’ll seriously never want to leave.

We can't wait to come back and stay at Life's a Breeze in Gulf Breeze FL! It was an adorable, 3 bedroom, 2 bath home with a converted garage "chill room" with plenty of games and space for the whole family! The house was clean and well-appointed. Close to stores and restaurants in the area and minutes from the beach...The host was SO thoughtful and we could tell just wanted to make sure everything about our stay was enjoyable...I highly recommend visitors heading to Pensacola, Gulf Breeze or Navarre to choose this house!

Very nice place. Michele was an awesome host. She had lots of great recommendations and was very communicative. The only thing I would say is that the loft bed is a little challenging to access if you’re older. So maybe not the greatest place for two older couples. Probably better for a family with a couple kids who love climbing a ladder! The condo was super nice and totally worth it.

Highly recommend this cute cottage. My mom, my dog, and I spent the month there. East Hill is a safe and peaceful neighborhood. The cottage is close to the dog park, which is by the water and has tennis courts! It’s a short drive from downtown and the Mako Athlete CrossFit gym, where I spent a lot of my time. The shared courthouse was peaceful and very private. Terri and Stuart are very kind hosts. They’re easy to talk to, but also gave us our space. I will be back!

This is our second stay with Rolf and Caroline. It is perfect for us! My husband fished continually off the private pier and caught redfish this trip. I caught up on my reading and embroidery projects. The weather was beautiful all week. We truly rested and enjoyed watching Mobile Bay and the wildlife. We saw our first protected Alabama Beach Mouse! So cute, but very elusive and shy. We hope to return in October if time permits.

We liked everything about this place. It was a quick walk to the beach, the pool was refreshing, and clean. We had our dog with us and there were plenty of areas to walk him. The first couple days he cried when we left him, we heard other dogs occasionally also, but the buildings are far enough away from each other that it wasn’t a bother. The furnishings were nice and clean, and didn’t look like dogs had been in the room. The only complaint would be the loud trucks on the road behind it.

This place is a perfect place to stay. It has all you need and the view is breathtaking. We have stayed here several times now and keep coming back because we love it so much. The space is like having your own little private beach and is perfect for young children.

The house and the host are wonderful. The area is very peaceful and quiet which was perfect for my husband and I. The local neighbors are very friendly too. The home was very clean and well stocked. The host is very responsive and helpful. We would certainly stay here again.

We had a wonderful extended family stay for the Christmas holiday. The condo was clean and in a great location to watch the beach or sit, walk play on the beach. We enjoyed our stay in orange beach very much and were able to cook as to not spend lots of time eating out. The weather was a little chilly on the beach but it was still beautiful. Thank you for a great Christmas beach get away.

We enjoyed our stay at Connie's place. The complex was in a peaceful setting on the bay but still convenient to the beach and restaurants. The convenience of the condo to the pool was a great asset - walk right outside the balcony and enjoy the pool. The complex was undergoing some renovations & repairs but Connie was great about communicating all of that with us. It did not interrupt our fun! :)

This place is literally a 2 minute walk to the beach. There were quite a few restaurants and shops well within walking distance. The reserved parking just under the condo was very handy. The upstairs bathroom door wouldn't close but my husband finagled it a bit but it was only a temporary fix. The upstairs bathtub drained extremely slow. Some of the pictures on the listing are a little deceiving, e.g., the kitchen and pool are smaller than they look. This was not an issue for us. I would DEFINITELY stay here again.

As a former housekeeper myself, Shanna's place is in PRESTINE condition, cleanliness is top notch I would give it a AAA, very organized, warm atmosphere, very roomy. I love the lay out of the house. Surprisingly eventho it's in a old neighborhood location it's very quite during most of the time especially at night which is very nice. Overall I highly recommend her place, planning to visit again soon.

Jeff was very accommodating and everything was as explained. A few hiccups with checkin but no fault of owners. The security guard at the complex couldn’t tell us how to get to the unit with the construction happening. All in all, great value and very clean accommodations!

The house was peaceful and in a quiet historic neighborhood. Dick had bikes available for us and even offered a bike tour! The house had plenty of amenities, we didn’t need anything because it was all there! The bedrooms were beautiful and quiet. I highly recommend this house!

This place is amazing! You're minutes away from the gulf or the bay! Decks on either side of the house, with full kitchen. The master has a HUGE shower and a King bed, which is super comfy. The art gives it a beachy feel, and there are beach toys available for use. Shelia is an awesome host, and is super responsive to your needs. We can't wait to come back and enjoy this spot again!
