Vacation rentals with a sauna in Pêra

A really great apartment! It is perfectly equipped and modern and stylishly furnished, everything is very clean. A highlight is the private garden with pool. The entire resort is quietly located and also offers a large pool, indoor pool, jacuzzi, sauna and gym. We felt very comfortable and can highly recommend this apartment. Communication with CoolHouses was very friendly and quick. Thanks for the lovely stay, it was great!

There was not ONE single thing that we lacked at this home. We loved how clean everything was, especially all of the appliances, bathroom, kitchen, floors, bed linens etc. All appliances worked very well especially the air conditioning; it was quiet & kept the entire home cool and comfortable. The home was very spacious, quiet and well laid out. The 2 separate porches were both spacious and furnished well. There was lots of hot water - great shower. The large fridge/freezer, oven, cooktop, dishwasher & clothes washer all worked very well. The living room couch was comfortable and the TV was of very high quality. We also enjoyed swimming in the pool. The view from the porch over the pool and surrounding hillside was gorgeous. The bed was very comfortable and we slept well. The parking was close by, easy & there were always spaces available. We loved it so much that we immediately booked our next vacation here for 2 weeks. We HIGHLY recommend this home. Beautiful little place to fully enjoy the Algarve. The grounds, the beautiful view, and the location are the memorable points of this place. And that's not to mention the hosts who are super nice, attentive and have good recommendations to maximize the experience. Very good communication and responsiveness from Martine, the little extras offered to facilitate our arrival and accommodate the little one were greatly appreciated! The place has everything you need and is very cute. Perfect for couple or small family We spent a month there with our little 5-month-old baby and loved it!:)

We were lucky enough to spend six weeks at Kurt’s apartment & it was definitely home from home!! The apartment was lovely with everything you’d need there. It was walkable to everywhere in Lagos with the Marina just across the bridge with a selection of bars & restaurants The old town was a lovely stroll away along the Marina walkway & the stunning beaches were within walking distance as well. We had an amazing stay & would highly recommend this apartment

Andrés’ apartment was so incredible that we didn’t want to leave! It was spacious, beautiful, and so perfectly located for a wonderful beach weekend. Watching the sun rise from our balcony was the best part of the trip!

We are family og 5 with 2 kids ( 11,7 ) and we loved everyday that we spent in this apartment. All instructions were clear, the host was responsive and flexible with earlier check in ( as it was possible this day ). This is a beautiful apartment, matching the pictures on Airbnb, very close to the beach, ocean, local restaurants and bars, shopping possibilities are very close too. As we cooked, kitchen was good equipped, very good oven, micro, dishwasher and washing machine… as well as airfrier ( that was very handy ), coffee machine and so on. I want also to write that we travelled in February and it was lovely with the heated pool and 2 types of sauna! Rally good option for families with kids! The apartment was very clean, beds were perfect for us and in general furniture of a very good quality. Giant terrace with. We were very glad to live there and hope to come back one day. 🙂

Sean's apartment is great! Beautiful and clean, equipped with every comfort and a perfect location with plenty of parking. Sean thinks along and has made sure that we could get into the apartment well in time and before the agreed time. Already with all a super accommodation!

We stayed at Casa Monki for 6 days and this was very much appreciated! The photos from the listing match what you get! Clean apartment, good beds, clean kitchenette and communal kitchen and nice shared pool. Also plenty of privacy on our own terrace! The only improvement would be to renew the screens in front of the windows so that you are not bothered by mosquitoes all night. But outside of this a great holiday! Upon arrival, we also immediately received a lot of tips about restaurants and activities nearby! Very nice!

Great apartment in Bayline, you don’t have a sea view but you have access to all the facilities and gardens. You are right by the beach and walking distance to lots of good restaurants. Everything at Bayline is new and well cared for. We had everything we needed and Carlos was very responsive.

Beautiful flat! Amazing sea view. We felt at home from the moment we walked in. Everything is exactly as described and on the pictures. Spacious, beautifully decorated, warm and cozy vibes. Perfect for 2 couples or a family of 4 plus a baby. They offer so many things for kids which was perfect for our son. The supermarket is close, within a 5min walk you are at the beach, nice restaurants around, private parking is a plus. Communication was easy, kitchen well equipped. There is really nothing that we did not like about the flat. If you are sensible for noise, you should not that you can hear everything from the street. At this time of the year, we did not mind hearing a car passing by or people talking. But i guess if maybe in summer it’s really touristic, it could be different. That’s really the only thing I would mention. For us, it was no problem and we are looking forward to come back one day. Thanks for this beautiful time there 🤗

We come to boavista every year and we really enjoyed this apartment. We love the location as it was close to the pool but not too close and we loved the back garden area with table and chairs to watch golfers

Amazing host! Clean and tidy, all day sun on the terrace (huge one too!), beach 3 mins walk down!

Susanne was great at communicating and provides a list of instructions and places to visit and eat. Everything is in walking distance and the 2 balconies are fab. We loved the apartment so much it was hard to leave! thanks so much 🩷

Great hosts, great house would return and would recommend to all.

We had a wonderful stay here as a group of 6 adults and 2 kids. They have thought of everything from cosy blankets to keep you warm in the evening outside to a well equipped kitchen. The outdoor space is amazing and the pool was perfect, even though we were a bigger group there was plenty of space in the house and garden and we never felt on top of each other. We chose not to rent a car and it was a 20-25 minute walk to the supermarket which was fully stocked with everything and had good wine and seafood selection. You also have a beautiful view of a winery across the road. Jeroen was a super helpful host who always replied very quickly and accommodated an early check in for us. We had a lovely peaceful stay and would come back again.

Beautiful scenery. Pool as on the picture. Big kitchen. Nice quiet place. Spectacular sunrise/ sunset.

House was absolutely brilliant with everything we could need. Children loved the pool and the games room. Host was great at communicating.

The place is paradise on earth honestly the best place I have ever been in Portugal. This gave me even more reasons why I should relocate to Portugal. Everything was spot on and the most valuable and priceless experience was Rui. Rui is an Angel on earth I have never met anyone like him before he is exceptional he will go above and beyond to make sure you are ok. The day we arrived our flight was delayed we got there really late almost midnight he was waiting for us and he had done some shopping for us in his own time. That very night everyone was exhausted from the delays but he drove me to McDonald’s to get some food for the family in his own time. The following day he took us to do more food shopping it was my 40th, he was patient with us because we were not driving. There is so much he did for us all I can say is thank you this is where I will be spending most of my holidays going forward. THANK YOU RUI a you are a phenomenal person.

Villa Jasmine was absolutely incredible! It was by far the most amazing place we have ever stayed. It felt like a mansion. It was immaculate. It was peaceful and quiet. The pool was fantastic and really warm (we paid a little extra to have it heated since it’s autumn). There was even table tennis in the garage. Sara met us as the villa and was available all week to message with any questions we had. She gave us recommendations for parking, restaurants and even where to get a bucket and spade. I’d highly recommend staying here!

Beautiful home with very tasteful decor in a quaint part of the Algarve. Great location if you plan to discover the Algarve by car. I would definitely book this home again
