Cute very large house with plenty of space in a quiet neighborhood. Plenty of towels, Comfortable beds and clean . Not too far from restaurants/gas stations which is very nice.

Everything at the property was great. Easy check in and the place was very quiet. Nice view of the Illinois River . We will return

So happy we chose to stay at Ryan's House of Arcade especially during the cold month of January in Illinois! The house was spacious & roomy and accommodated us perfectly for 6 people! Would definitely love to come back and stay in the summer as the winter time is a bit difficult to travel in general but again, the House of Arcade was worth it!

One of the best host I've had the pleasure of working with. Prompt responses, very kind, thorough, and I loved the home. Very nice and cozy. On a cold evening, it's the place to be!

Doug and team were amazing and made our stay so great for Christmas. We were all in town to see my grandma for Christmas. Unfortunately she passed the day after we left but we created the best memories with family in this home. I’m sure this will become a tradition for our family now. Really unique home in a beautiful area just outside of Peoria.

We loved our stay at the Searle House. Jaiden was an amazing host, very responsive and helpful. His property is absolutely adorable, comfortable, and immaculately clean. The kitchen and bath were well appointed. We loved the open floor plan and wish our stay was in warm weather, so we could have enjoyed the cute back yard. We will definitely look to stay at this property again, when staying in the area.

We have stayed multiple times at Shawn’s place. We are comfortable with its location and the home set up. I like having my son upstairs in a quiet area as opposed to a basement. Enjoy walking to shops and coffee/dining. We always feel confident in Shawn hearing our needs if any.

Perfect place to stay for my weekend visit! The house itself is stunning. I loved all the hard wood and stained glass. It was so clean and fresh. The host left very clear and detailed instructions for entering the house and my apartment. It was so peaceful and quiet aside from the old pipes/radiators, but I was warned of that in advance! The fan and space heater were helpful in regulating the room temperature. Softest sheets ever! I would recommend this place to anyone and would definitely stay again!

great long term stay, less than 10 minutes to any store and shopping. Close to baseball, hockey and museums. A handful or restaurants and Starbucks within walking distance.

We have stayed at Rebekahs place multiple times. We enjoy staying there! We will continue to stay there when we visit our grandchildren. Rebekah is always accommodating! Great place to stay

Bob and Wendy were super helpful while accommodating staff for a company event. Everyone loved their rooms and had a great stay!

Sheila‘s place is incredibly cute and well appointed. You could hear a little conversations from people walking on the sidewalk below, but I was there on a Friday night, and so that was to be expected, and it didn’t last very long at all, and not very late either. Sheila was very good at staying in communication, especially when I booked late in the day for the next day. As long as you don’t have a problem, climbing the stairs to the second level unit, this is a great stay, and I highly recommend it.
