Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Peoria

Fun place to stay. Room for all of us! Four bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Very comfy beds and furniture! Lots of soft throw blankets!! Fun basement! Stocked kitchen easy to cook in. Clean bathrooms with plenty of towels and extra HABA. We had a few remodeling timing challenges, but we were compensated. The original floors were a bit squeaky, but that happens in older houses. Our family would recommend this home as a comfy, homey nice place to stay!!

Staying at this place was like living in a time machine! We really enjoyed the house and relaxing in the living room by the fire. Plenty of space inside and out was very kid friendly as well. The house had nice notes with instructions and tidbits of house history. The hosts were great and very responsive. No issues getting in or with our stay. Would recommend to anyone wanting to add even more fun to their stay in Blo-No.

I have never rented an Airbnb before, and I must say that Ryan made my first experience wonderful. The house was perfect for our occasion; my son's wedding. We were able to socialize together while playing games and moving around the house. It's a split level so it was easy to move about, and the details of the decor were perfect. It was truly an amazing time for all. Ryan has the house stocked with everything you could need, even free ice cream, pop and bags of ice! Our family had such a great time that we are looking forward to going back again. I would definitely recommend this home to anyone looking for quality family time.

Jim And Rebecca are great hosts. This is my 2nd stay at one of their properties. It was the perfect place for a quick getaway. I hope to check out their other properties sometime soon!

This was a perfect place to stay for workers. I felt very comfortable while during my stay for two months, and the apartment had everything I needed. the place was quiet, tidy, and the on site amenities made life very easy. I would definitely recommend anyone to stay here.

Nice and cozy place, loved the decorations and amazing host!

We would definitely stay here again. The apartment was well kept, only issues being it was dusty in some places like the air vents and window sills and there were old open taco shells in a cabinet. Another negative is just apartments in general, you can hear the neighbors upstairs walking. We have stayed at other places that offer more convenience items like coffee creamer and sugar which would have been nice. I had asked if there were blackout curtains and unlike the response stating "the unit should have them" and there wasn't. Luckily, I brought our travel ones. Response time for communication was quick and friendly. Overall a pleasant stay for a great price!

Sheila‘s place is incredibly cute and well appointed. You could hear a little conversations from people walking on the sidewalk below, but I was there on a Friday night, and so that was to be expected, and it didn’t last very long at all, and not very late either. Sheila was very good at staying in communication, especially when I booked late in the day for the next day. As long as you don’t have a problem, climbing the stairs to the second level unit, this is a great stay, and I highly recommend it.

My husband and I very much enjoyed our stay, everything was very cozy and clean and quiet. We are Lord of the Rings nerds and greatly appreciated the decor. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others!

Great communication and amenities. On a work trip and Marti was available to answer questions and assist in any way. All was a described. Water was nice and hot. Neighborhood was quiet and close to the college, restaurants, and downtown. Thank for a peaceful stay.

Fun place in a small town. Classic arcade games inside the unit and next door. Would be a convenient stop for Rt. 66 enthusiasts.

Because I didn't read entirely the place description I struggled to find the correct apartment and had a minor issue that Jake helped me out quickly and was supportive at all times.
