This is our 3rd stay at Jackie's amazing apartment & it has become a 'home away from home' for us! It's close to Bradley University, where my daughter goes to school so this is a given for our family weekends to visit her. The apartment is cozy, roomy, has everything you need to settle in. Jackie is always responsive & so very friendly. And she always leaves us the nicest notes & sweet treats :) We love it here!

We really enjoyed our stay at this Airbnb! It was clean and exactly as described in the pictures. Our host was responsive, accommodating, and friendly. The location was perfect—right next to the Bradley University campus and Campus Town, which was exactly what we needed for this visit. Everything was just a short walk away. If we come back to Peoria, we’d definitely stay here again!

Stayed in Peoria for the Ledgestone Open Disc Golf tournament. Steve's place was perfect for us as we were playing. Kitchen was clean and had what we needed for cooking. Walmart only 7 mins away. The location was great for all the different courses we had to go to. Steve was quick to respond and helpfull. I highly recommend a stay here!!

The price is very cheap Due to Triton Just Starting out, as he just moved in his new house. With Airbnb Being His Side Hustle/2nd income. He told me he just moved down here from Chicago and doesn't know a single soul, and trying to make new friends. Well, Ill say, give Peoria a try. You'll love it here. It's a boring city surrounded by small towns, not much happens here in Peoria, but you'll adjust. Even though Trivon's house is 90% empty, He doesn't have much, and I'm not too judgy. The honesty of his advertisement is what's most important. He was very nice and respectful. I'm down-to-earth. We had a long conversation about "life". It was a stormy night too, which made it more memorable of me and Trivon sitting in his living room, chatting about life, while listening to the thunder storms. Triton was a vibe. Trivon was a really chill guy & it's his sweet personality that will definitely convince me to book again. And with that being said, Im looking forward to booking again.

I enjoyed my stay. Kathryn is very friendly and quick to respond. Kathryn was flexible with check in and check out which I appreciate coming so far away timing can change. I enjoyed being out of town and in a country location. I liked that I was able to chill on the wrap around deck and walk around the property. I plan to stay again in the future.

The place looks exactly as picture and the host is amazing. Very responsive to any concerns. Didn’t run into any hiccups with check in and they even allowed me a complimentary late check out. Definitely recommend, would book again :)

Joseph was very responsive and helpful from booking through checkout. The place looks exactly like the pictures - It’s a very clean and unique apartment. It’s been renovated while keeping a lot of the cool original features. The blinds provided plenty of shade when closed, allowing a great night of sleep. The place was calm and peaceful. Joseph stocked the apartment with everything you could need, including a well equipped kitchen, coffee pods, dishwasher detergent, etc. I would absolutely recommend this place. There was nothing i needed and I felt well taken care of.

Stayed in the River Room October 2024 Absolutely spotless room! Super clean and really nicely decorated. Spotless bathroom, plush towels. Temperature wise, probably the most comfortable Airbnb I've ever been in! Located by several eating and drinking establishments and within walking distance to several shops and a nice little green space/park right across the street. Would love to stay here again sometime soon.
